The aim was to develop green strawberry varieties,control soil-borne diseases from facility strawberry continuous cropping,improve the safety and quality of strawberries and promote the healthy and stable development of the strawberry industry. Based on the production practices in recent years,we summarized the physical-biological collaborative prevention and control technology for the disease of facility strawberry continuous cropping facilities,established the technical goals,the main types of soil-borne diseases,and the physical-biological collaborative control prevention and control technologies,mainly including the specific methods and technical points of solar high temperature disinfection technology and biological bacterial fertilizer（ agent） treatment technology.

Metsbolites generated by microalgac cell metabolism have practical application value in the fields of medicine, food, feed and energy. At present, with the development of genetic engineering techniques and continuous reduction in gene sequencing costs, some micrcalgal genomes have been successively published, which enables specific genetic modification of microalgae according to human＇s demand and provides broad application prospects. In this paper, different mediating systems and emerging genome editing techniques were summarized, which laid the foundation for the application of genetic engineering methods for microalgae.

In this study, the antibacterial effects of Chinese herbal medicines against Streptococcus iniae in Oreochromis niloticus were investigated by drug sensitiv- ity test. The results indicated that Streptococcus in/ae was extremely sensitive to Calla Chinensis, Fructus Hippophae and Fructus Murne, highly sensitive to Sappan Lignum, Pericarpium Granati, Folium Eucalypti and Radix Scutellariae, moderately sensitive to Rh/zoma Coptidis, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Flos Caryophyllata, Cortex phellodendri and Rabdosia serra （ Maxim. ） Hara, and insensitive to Herba Portulacae , Herba Houttuyniae , Polygonum hydropiper L. , Herba Menthae , Radix Glycyrrhizae , Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae , Herba Andrographitis and Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii. Chinese medicinal herbs which Streptococcus iniae was extremely sensitive or moderately sensitive to were selected and prepared into three Chinese herbal medicine formulae for medicated bath of Oreochromis niloticus infected arti- ficially with Streptococcus iniae. The results showed that medicated bath elicited therapeutic effects on infected Oreochromis niloticus. Formula II exhibited the best therapeutic effect with an effective percentage of 90%.

[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Yan an gully land reclamation project on farmland soil organic matter and carbon contents.[Methods]Through indirect sampling and random sampling methods,soil samples were collected from six areas of Baota District,Ansai District,and Zichang County in Yan an City,before and after gully land reclamation,and the organic matter and soil organic carbon contained in them were determined.[Results]Through sampling experiments,we initially analyzed the changes of the above components in the land consolidation areas after different years and the reasons for the changes:①after the Yan an gully land reclamation project was implemented,the soil organic matter and carbon contents increased;②directing at the improvement of soil organic matter and carbon content different years after the consolidation,the improvement ranked as 5 a>2 a>1 a;and③correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between soil organic matter and carbon contents.[Conclusions]This study provides scientific decision-making and theoretical basis for the construction of high-standard farmland in gully areas and the implementation and promotion of gully land reclamation projects.

Application of Factor Analysis in Sensory Evaluation of Tobacco Raw Materials

[ Objective] This study aimed to analyze the main sensory quality indexes of reconstituted tobacco materials. [ Method ] The factor analysis was per- formed to analyze sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco raw materials. [ Result] The results showed that the contribution rate was 87. 791% and four factors were obtained via factor analysis. The factor loading of factor 1 （ aroma quality, aroma amount, offensive odor, after-taste） was relatively large. Factor 2 was the exterior factor. Factor 3 was momentum factor. Factor 4 was the concentration factor. The comprehensive scores of samples from different regions demonstrated a descending order of Hubei, Yuxi, Chuxiong, Honghe, Dali, Kunming, hunan, Henan, Fujian, Qujing, Baoshan, Guizhou, Zhaotong, Chongqing, Puer, Wenshan, Guang- dong, and Jiangxi. [ Conclusion] The factor analysis results provided a theoretical basis for subsequent sensory evaluation of reconstituted tobacco.

Optimization of Fermentation Process for Hyaluronic Acid Production by Streptococcus zooepidemicus

Hyaluronic acid （HA） is a high molecular weight glycosaminoglycan consisting of alternating D-glucuronic acid and N-acetylglueasamine and plays ex- tremely important roles in many biological processes. In this study, we optimized fermentation process for the production of HA by Streptococcus zooepidemicus ATCC35246, including fermentation broth composition and various fermentation parameters. The experimental results showed that the optimal fermentation broth composition was： glucose 45 g/L, yeast extract 10 g/L, tryptone 12 g/L, KH2PO4 2 g/L, K2HPO4 . 3H20 2 g/L, MgSO4 · 7H2O 2 g/L, and （NH4 ）2SO4 0.4 g/L. The optimal parameters involved in fermentation was： liquid volume 20%, pH 6. 0, rotation speed 180 r/min, fermentation temperature 35 ℃, fermentation duration 18 h, CTAB concentration 25 mg/L. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of HA was 0. 305 g/L, which was dramatically improved by 43.87% compared to that of 0. 212 g/L before optimization.

Sweet sorghum is a crop with good application prospects, and the research on sweet sorghum breeding people should be strengthened. Based on this, the genetic content of QTLs(quantitative trait loci) for sugar traits in sweet sorghum was introduced, and the analysis content of the genetic breeding of sweet sorghum related to sugar traits was expounded, providing support for the cultivation of sweet sorghum with higher quality and the promotion of agricultural development in China.

Anthocyanins are main coloring substances in plants with various functions such as antioxidant , preventing cardiovascular diseases , and inhibiting oncogenesis. The regulation of transcriptional levels plays a decisive role in the biosynthesis of anthocyanins. Studies have shown that the transcriptional levels of an- thocyanins are mainly regulated by MYB-bHLH-WD40 ternary complex. This paper summarized the structure characteristics of MYB-bHLH-WD40 ternary complex and its regulatory role in anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway, focusing on the regulation mechanism of several important model plants by MYB-bHIM-WD40 complex.

Phthalates( PAEs) compounds are a class of widely used environmental hormone plasticizers. Their harm to the environment and human health has caused a lot of attention. The detection of such substances,especially the simple and rapid detection,is of great significance for the protection of environmental food safety and consumer health. At present,a series of rapid immunoassay techniques have been applied to PAE detection with advantages of simple and fast operation,low cost,high sensitivity,high specificity and high throughput,achieving the goal of screening a large number of samples and making up for the shortcomings of chromatographic detection which uses expensive equipment with cumbersome operation,requires professional and technical personnel,and cannot achieve the target of screening a large number of samples. This paper introduced the research progress of PAE antibodies and their rapid immunoassay technology,and performed evaluation,in order to provide guidance and help for the development and application of PAE rapid detection technology.
