Deployment Dynamic Modeling and Driving Schemes for a Ring-Truss Deployable Antenna

Mesh reflector antennas are widely used in space tasks owing to their light weight,high surface accuracy,and large folding *** are stowed during launch and then fully deployed in orbit to form a mesh reflector that transmits *** deployment is essential for duty services;therefore,accurate and efficient dynamic modeling and analysis of the deployment process are *** major challenge is depicting time-varying resistance of the cable network and capturing the cable-truss coupling behavior during the deployment *** paper proposes a general dynamic analysis methodology for cable-truss *** the topological diversity and geometric nonlinearity,the cable network's equilibrium equation is derived,and an explicit expression of the time-varying tension of the boundary cables,which provides the main resistance in truss deployment,is *** deployment dynamic model is established,which considers the coupling effect between the soft cables and deployable *** effects of the antenna's driving modes and parameters on the dynamic deployment performance were investigated.A scaled prototype was manufactured,and the deployment experiment was conducted to verify the accuracy of the proposed modeling *** proposed methodology is suitable for general cable antennas with arbitrary topologies and parameters,providing theoretical guidance for the dynamic performance evaluation of antenna driving schemes.

Energy-Function Based Pilot Protection Scheme for Hybrid UHVDC Transmission Applying Improved Hausdorff Distance

Neuromodulation for diabetic peripheral neuropathy represents a significant area of interest in the management of chronic pain associated with this *** peripheral neuropathy,a common complication of diabetes,is characterized by nerve damage due to high blood sugar levels that lead to symptoms,such as pain,tingling,and numbness,primarily in the hands and *** aim of this systematic review was to evaluate the efficacy of neuromodulatory techniques as potential therapeutic interventions for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,while also examining recent developments in this *** investigation encompassed an array of neuromodulation methods,including frequency rhythmic electrical modulated systems,dorsal root ganglion stimulation,and spinal cord *** systematic review suggests that neuromodulatory techniques may be useful in the treatment of diabetic peripheral *** the advantages of these treatments will enable physicians and other healthcare providers to offer additional options for patients with symptoms refractory to standard pharmacologic *** these efforts,we may improve quality of life and increase functional capacity in patients suffering from complications related to diabetic neuropathy.

Mechanically strong magnesium-doped Ca-silicate bioceramic scaffolds have many advantages in repairing large segmental bone *** we combine β-TCP with 6 mol%magnesium-doped calcium silicate(Mg6)at three different ratios(TCP,TCP+15%Mg6,TCP+85%Mg6)to find an appropriate ratio which can exert considerable influence on bone *** this study,the bioceramic scaffolds were assessed for mechanical strength,bioactive ion release,biocompatibility,and osteogenic capacity through in vitro ***,the potential for promoting bone regeneration was investigated through in vivo implantation of porous tube-like *** results showed that the compressive strength increased with the augmentation of Mg6 *** the compressive strength of the TCP+85%Mg6 group reached 38.1±3.8 MPa,three times that of the other two ***,extensive in vivo investigations revealed that the TCP+85%Mg6 bioceramic scaffolds were particularly beneficial for the osteogenic capacity of critical-sized femoral defects(20 mm in length).Altogether,magnesium doping in bioceramic implants is a promising strategy to provide stronger mechanical support and enhance osteogenesis to accelerate the repair of large defects.

Association of miR-499 rs3746444, miR-149 rs2292832 polymorphisms and their expression levels with helicobacter pylori-related gastric diseases and Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes

OBJECTIVE: To provide an objective experimental basis for the gastric mucosa pathological evolution and the transformation of different Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes in helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)-related gastric diseases(HPGD) patients, based on the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation, molecular biology and ***: A total of 203 participants were enrolled in this study. The expressions of miR-499/miR-149 and *** infection in the gastric tissues from all participants were detected. The genotyping for miR-499 rs3746444 and miR-149 rs2292832 was ***: In H. pylori positive subjects, the proportion of precancerous gastric lesions(PGL) in liver-stomach disharmony syndrome(LSDS) group was higher than in spleen Qi deficiency syndrome(SQDS) group(P < 0.001);The proportion of gastric cancer(GC) in SQDS group was higher than in spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome(SSDHS) group and LSDS group(all P < 0.001). We also found C allele of miR-149 rs2292832 was linked to lower risk of gastric atrophy [miR-149 rs2292832 C vs T:adjusted odds ratio = 0.207; 95% confidence interval(0.043-0.989); P = 0.048]. Compared with healthy control(HC) group, the expression of miR-499 was significantly increased in GC group, while the expression of miR-149was significantly decreased in chronic inflammation group,PGL group and GC group(all P < 0.05). Test for trend showed that GC risk was on a rising trend with the increasing expression of miR-499 and decreasing expression of miR-149(both P for trend < 0.05).CONCLUSION: The C allele of miR-149 rs2292832 may be a protective factor for gastric mucosal atrophy. *** may participate in the evolution of benign to malignant gastric mucosa lesions by inducing the overexpression of miR-499 and down regulation of miR-149. In addition, patients with H. pylori infection combined SQDS or LSDS may have higher risk of gastric mucosal malignant lesions.

Spatial Structure of Peer Networks and Academic Achievement Based on a Random Control Trial Experiment

This paper investigates whether changing the seating arrangement in a classroom can facilitate positive spillovers from top-performing students to others,using a field experiment conducted in a Chinese high *** study groups with balanced abilities,the treatment altered the spatial distribution by assigning the two top students to seats in the spatial center of each *** the reference groups where students were allowed to choose their own seating arrangements,the lowest performing were significantly less likely to sit next to a top student than they would be under a random *** results suggest that,in the treated groups,there could be enhanced academic spillovers from the top *** treatment especially benefited the two lowest performing students in science *** contrast,the treatment exerted negative effects on the test scores of the two middle-performing students,due to a disruption *** results suggest that the spatial layout of a peer network can have a significant impact on learning outcomes.

Calycosin improves atherosclerosis by reshaping the interaction between the gut microbiome and bile acid metabolism

Calycosin， Astragali Radix most prominent ingredient， has drawn more attention as a result of its ability to treat atherosclerosis(AS). However， the mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated. We investigated the effects of calycosin on bile acid (BA) metabolism and gut microbiome in ApoE-/-mice fed a high-fat diet (HFD). The data showed that the aorta of ApoE-/-mice treated with HFD showed significant atheromatous plaque formation and lipid accumulation， and the levels of TC， TG and LDL-C were significantly increased， while the levels of HDL-C were significantly decreased. Calycosin can substantially regulate lipid levels， thereby alleviating liver lipid deposition induced by atherosclerosis. In addition， 16S rRNA sequencing showed that calycosin treatment has reshaped the gut microbiota disturbed by HFD， in particular， increasing the ratio of Bacteroidetes/Firmicutes， and improving the relative abundance of Bilophila， Desulfovibrio， Bacteroides， Lactobacillus， etc. Meanwhile， targeted metabolomics analysis showed that calycosin treatment significantly modulated CDCA， TCA， LCA， DCA， TDCA and bile acid pool composition， which were associated with atherosclerotic plaque areas. In addition， calycosin treatment also down-regulated FXR protein levels and up-regulated CYP7A1 protein levels in the hepatic. At the same time， calycosin inhibits the ileum FXR/TGR5 signaling pathway， inhibits BA reabsorption， promotes BA excretion， and reduces hepatic cholesterol accumulation by enterohepatic circulation. In addition， we found that calycosin significantly promoted the expression of hepatic ABCA1 and ABCG1 to mediate cholesterol efflux. Meanwhile， calycosin regulates gut microbiota， and Bacteroides， Alistipes， Desulfovibrio， Lactobacillus， Bilophila and Odoribacter are closely related to specific BAs.
