Linear tomographic absorption spectroscopy(LTAS) is a non-destructive diagnostic technique widely employed for gas *** inverse problem of LTAS represents a classic example of an ill-posed problem. Linear iterative algorithms are commonly employed to address such problems, yielding generally poor reconstruction results due to the incapability to incorporate suitable prior conditions within the reconstruction process. Data-driven deep neural networks(DNN) have shown the potential to yield superior reconstruction results;however, they demand a substantial amount of measurement data that is challenging to *** surmount this limitation, we proposed an untrained neural network(UNN) to tackle the inverse problem of LTAS. In conjunction with an early-stopping method based on running variance, UNN achieves improved reconstruction accuracy without supplementary training data. Numerical studies are conducted to explore the optimal network architecture of UNN and to assess the reliability of the early-stopping method. A comparison between UNN and superiorized ART(SUP-ART) substantiates the exceptional performance of UNN.

Iatrogenic preterm premature rupture of fetal membranes(iPPROM)after fetal surgery remains a strong trigger for premature *** fetal membrane defects do not heal spontaneously and amniotic fluid leakage and chorioamniotic membrane separation may occur,we developed a biocompatible,fetoscopically-applicable collagen plug with shape memory to prevent *** plug expands directly upon employment and seals fetal membranes,hence preventing amniotic fluid leakage and potentially *** typeⅠcollagen plugs were given shape memory and crimped to fit through a fetoscopic cannula(Ø3 mm).Expansion of the plug was examined in phosphate buffered saline(PBS).Its sealing capacity was studied ex vivo using human fetal membranes,and in situ in a porcine bladder *** crimped plug with shape memory expanded and tripled in diameter within 1 min when placed into PBS,whereas a crimped plug without shape memory did *** both human fetal membranes and porcine bladder,the plug expanded in the defect,secured itself and sealed the defect without membrane *** conclusion,collagen plugs with shape memory are promising as medical device for rapid sealing of fetoscopic defects in fetal membranes at the endoscopic entry point.

The author presents an overview of the current trends in acute neonatal gastrointestinal surgery. Necrotizing enterocolitis and focal intestinal perforation are disorders of different etiology, appearance, and prognosis. In neonates with focal perforation, a good prognosis can be expected. Primary anastomosis is a valid option for primary surgery. Meconium ileus is based on obstruction of the terminal ileum. Medical treatment is the primary therapeutic option, although surgery may be required. In contrast, meconium plug syndrome is based on stool plugging in the left colon, and surgery is not appropriate. Hirschsprung’s disease is confirmed on the basis of representative biopsy of the rectum just above the dentate line. There is a trend toward a single-step pull-through operation without protective stoma. Open hernia repair in small neonates can be performed via a mini-incision and without opening the external inguinal ring. Laparoscopic hernia repair has some advantages, especially in girls. In infants with pyloric stenosis, laparoscopic pyloromyotomy is a first line option for treatment. There is a general trend toward single-stage procedures and laparoscopic reconstructive surgery for gastrointestinal malformations. With the exception of tracheoesophageal fistula and low bowel obstruction, the vast majority of upper gastrointestinal malformations can be identified using prenatal ultrasound examination. One-stage repair with excellent results is even possible in neonates below 1000 g. Surgery of duodenal or small bowel atresia can be performed following the postnatal adaptation period. For some forms of anorectal malformation, the need for a protective stoma has been questioned in the last decade. Posterior sagittal anorectoplasty remains the standard procedure for the majority of cases. Midgut or segmental volvulus affects different groups of infants. Iron isotopes， represented by δ56Fe， serve as valuable tools for constraining the surface iron processes and as potent tracers for studying the biogeochemical cycle of iron. Nevertheless， our comprehension of iron isotopes in the land surface processes of the Tibetan Plateau （TP） remains limited. In this study， we present the results of iron isotopic composition (δ56Fe) in the surface soils of the TP， encompassing both glacial and non-glacial regions characterized by rugged and flat topographies. Our findings reveal that soil δ56Fe values ranged from -0.01±0.05‰ to 0.14±0.01‰， with the highest values observed in eastern locations （0.14‰） and the lowest appeared in the northeast （-0.1‰）. On a global scale， the δ56Fe values observed in Tibetan soils exhibited relatively small variability compared to reservoirs marked by significant iron isotope fractionation. By contrast， the range of TP soils measured here was slightly larger than that of the Chinese Loess. Furthermore， we discerned noticeable spatial variations in δ56Fe across the large-scale region of TP， indicating a gradual increase trend from the northeast to the south and from the west to the east. These regional disparities in δ56Fe likely arise from a combination of constraining factors， including differences in mineralogy， lithological variations， organic matter content， and variations in chemical weathering intensity. This study is pivotal in advancing our understanding of land surface iron isotope δ56Fe dynamics and its role in the biogeochemical cycle within the TP region.

The spatially resolved photoelectric response of a single axial GaAs nanowire pn-diode has been investigated with scanning photocurrent and Kelvin probe force microscopy. Optical generation of carriers at the pn-junction has been shown to dominate the photoresponse. A photocurrent of 88 pA, an open circuit voltage of 0.56 V and a fill factor of 69% were obtained under AM 1.5 G conditions. The photocurrent followed the increasing photoexcitation with 0.24 A/W up to an illumination density of at least 90 W/cm2, which is important for potential applications in concentrator solar cells.

In this paper, we present a novel approach to automated route generation of global positioning system(GPS) artwork. The term GPS artwork describes the generation of drawings by leaving virtual traces on digital maps. Until now, the creation of these images has required a manual planning phase in which an artist designs the route by hand. Once the route for this artwork has been planned, GPS devices have been used to track the movement. Using our solution, the lengthy planning phase can be significantly shortened,thereby opening art creation to a broader public.
