Constitutionally adaptive chemistry of selenium-containing crown ethers(CEs) offers a new platform for controlling/switching the hydration of bolaamphiphile skeletons in water in an effective and simple manner by the virtue of covalent bonding. The adaptive behaviour of the macrocyclic bolaamphiphiles(transformations between C7SeBola and C7SeOBola) in response to redox environment was found to be a decisive factor.

Atomic layers are sought after for molecular sensing due to their available high surface interaction area,and different types of monolayers are attempted for sensing in the recent ***,their chemical stability towards these molecules is questioned in recent times and alternate methods need to be developed to circumvent such issues,while maintaining high ***,the van der Waals(vdWs)stacks of molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))and graphene are shown for their stable electrochemical sensing towards ascorbic acid(AA)and dopamine(DA)-two important *** is known to chemically react with MoS_(2) leading to unstable sensing platform,while here the graphene coverage is shown to protect the MoS_(2) even from low-energy plasma exposure while keeping the same high *** proving the graphene-based protection of the sensor,such a sensing platform is shown for its applicability in DA sensing,where it is found to give a linear response in a wide range of concentrations(2.5 to 600μmol·L^(−1))and even selective sensing in the presence of *** a stack is found to be not merely giving protection to the beneath MoS_(2) layer but also the inter-layer charge transfer due to work function differences being beneficial in bringing fast and high sensitivity to the next-generation sensors and point-of-care devices.

Control of self-assembly is significant to the preparation of supramolecular materials, but the control of hydration, responsiveness, dimension, catalysis of macrocyclic amphiphiles in an atom-economic manner is still a great challenge. The herein presented 527 Da low-molecular-weight macrocyclic amphiphile was fabricated by utilizing the selenium-containing crown ether as a hydrophobic motif together with guanidinium group as the hydrophilic moiety. The resulting benzo[21]crown-7 based macrocyclic amphiphile readily forms a redox-responsive solid nanoparticles in water, which can further interconnect into wrinkled pattern on-surface, as well as exhibits as a nanozyme for catalyzing disulfid bond formation. The present work highlights the great potential of guanidinium-and selenium-containing crown ethers for the control of functional assemblies.

Recently,many knowledge graph embedding models for knowledge graph completion have been proposed,ranging from the initial translation-based model such as TransE to recent CNN-based models such as *** models fill in the missing relations between entities by focusing on capturing the representation features to further complete the existing knowledge graph(KG).However,the above KG-based relation prediction research ignores the interaction information among entities in *** solve this problem,this work proposes a novel model called Gate Feature Interaction Network(GFINet)with a weighted loss function that takes the benefit of interaction information and deep expressive features ***,the proposed GFINet consists of a gate convolution block and an interaction attention module,corresponding to catching deep expressive features and interaction information based on these valid features *** method establishes state-of-the-art experimental results on the standard datasets for knowledge graph *** addition,we make ablation experiments to verify the effectiveness of the gate convolution block and the interaction attention module.

In the recent years, deep learning models have addressed many problems in various fields. Meanwhile, technology development has spawned the big data in healthcare rapidly. Nowadays, application of deep learning to solve the problems in healthcare is a hot research direction. This paper introduces the application of deep learning in healthcare extensively. We focus on 7 application areas of deep learning, which are electronic health records （EHR）, electrocardiography （ECG）, electroencephalogram （EEG）, community healthcare, data from wearable devices, drug analysis and genomics analysis. The scope of this paper does not cover medical image processing since other researchers have already substantially reviewed it. In addition, we analyze the merits and drawbacks of the existing works, analyze the existing challenges, and discuss future trends.
