Do PON1-Q192R and PON1-L55M polymorphisms modify the effects of hypoxic training on paraoxonase and arylesterase activity?

Background:Low levels of antioxidant paraoxonase 1(PON 1)enzyme activity,PON1-Q192R polymorphism(a glutamine(Q)to arginine(R)substitution at position 192),PON1-L55M polymorphism(a leucine(L)to methionine(M)substitution at position 55),and oxidized low-density lipoprotein(oxLDL)are risk factors for coronary heart *** exercise improves PON1 activity,but the effects of hypoxic exercise are yet *** aim of this study was to determine the effects of hypoxic underwater rugby training on PON1 activity and oxLDL levels and the role of the mentioned ***:Serum PON1 and arylesterase activities(ARE),PON1,PON3,and oxLDL protein levels(by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays)were determined in an athletic group(42 trained male underwater rugby players;age=21.7±4.2 years,mean±SD)and a control group(43 sedentary men;age=23.9±3.2 years).The polymorphisms were determined from genomic DNA ***:PON1 activity(25.1%,p=0.052),PON3(phigher than those of the control *** comparison to the controls,PON1 activity levels(p=0.005)of the PON1-Q192R homozygote QQ genotype group and PON1 activity levels(30%,p=0.116)of the PON1-L55M homozygote LL genotype group were higher,whereas ARE activity values of athletic R allele carrier(Rc=QR+RR)(p=0.005)and LL group(p=0.002)were lower than the control genotype groups related to their ***:Hypoxic training can cause(1)significant oxidative stress,including oxLDL,and an antioxidant response(increase in PON1 activity and PON3),(2)differences in the activity of PON1 and ARE,which are modified by PON1-Q192R and PON1-L55M polymorphisms,respectively,and(3)improvements in PON1 activity of QQ and LL ***,hypoxic training can cause a disadvantage of LL and Rc groups for ARE.

The growing development of the Internet of Things(IoT)is accelerating the emergence and growth of new IoT services and applications,which will result in massive amounts of data being generated,transmitted and pro-cessed in wireless communication *** Edge Computing(MEC)is a desired paradigm to timely process the data from IoT for value *** MEC,a number of computing-capable devices are deployed at the network edge near data sources to support edge computing,such that the long network transmission delay in cloud computing paradigm could be *** an edge device might not always have sufficient resources to process the massive amount of data,computation offloading is significantly important considering the coop-eration among edge ***,the dynamic traffic characteristics and heterogeneous computing capa-bilities of edge devices challenge the *** addition,different scheduling schemes might provide different computation delays to the offloaded ***,offloading in mobile nodes and scheduling in the MEC server are coupled to determine service *** paper seeks to guarantee low delay for computation intensive applica-tions by jointly optimizing the offloading and scheduling in such an MEC *** propose a Delay-Greedy Computation Offloading(DGCO)algorithm to make offloading decisions for new tasks in distributed computing-enabled mobile devices.A Reinforcement Learning-based Parallel Scheduling(RLPS)algorithm is further designed to schedule offloaded tasks in the multi-core MEC *** an offloading delay broadcast mechanism,the DGCO and RLPS cooperate to achieve the goal of delay-guarantee-ratio ***,the simulation results show that our proposal can bound the end-to-end delay of various *** under slightly heavy task load,the delay-guarantee-ratio given by DGCO-RLPS can still approximate 95%,while that given by benchmarked algorithms is reduced to intolerable *** simulation resul

The hardness,wettability,and electrochemical properties of Ti6Al4V alloy surfaces treated with anodic oxidation and plasma oxidation as well as the viabilities of the different cell lines on the obtained surfaces were *** anodic oxidation was performed for 10 min under 100 V potential,and it resulted in a 0.95μm thick nanoporous anatase-TiO2 *** the other hand,plasma oxidation was carried out at 650℃ for 1 h and resulted in a dense rutile-TiO2 structure with a thickness of 1.2μ*** a hardness of HV0.025823 and roughness of^220 nm were obtained by plasma oxidation,those obtained by anodic oxidation were HV0.025512 and^130 nm,*** anodic oxidation process created a more hydrophilic surface with a contact angle of 87.2°.Both oxidation processes produced similar properties in terms of corrosion behavior and showed better resistance than the as-received state in a certain range of ***,the surface treatments led to no significant change in the protein adsorption levels,which indicates that the difference in viability between the osteoblast and fibroblast cells was not due to the difference in surface protein *** all the factors,the surfaces obtained by anodic oxidation treatment revealed higher cell viability than those obtained by plasma oxidation(p=0.05).

In the literature, p-nilpotency of the normalizers of p-subgroups has an important influence on finite p-nilpotent groups. In this paper, we extend the p-nilpotency to psupersolvability and choose every normal p-subgroups H of P such that |H| = pdand explore p-supersolvability of G by the conditions of weakly M-supplemented properties of H and psupersolvability of the normalizer NG(H), where 1 ≤ p~d<|P |. Also, we study the p-nilpotency of G under the assumptions that NG(P) is p-nilpotent and the weakly M-supplemented condition on a subgroup K such that K?K and P′≤ K≤ Φ(P), Kp is a Sylow p-subgroup K. To some extent, our main results can be regarded as generalizations of the Frobenius theorem.

In order to understand the influence of nano-sized B4C additive on ZA27 alloy, mechanical and physical properties of ZA27-B4C nanocomposites were investigated in terms of B4C content. While physical properties were determined in terms of microstructural studies, density and porosity tests, mechanical properties were determined in terms of ultimate tensile strength（UTS） and hardness experiments. Morphological and microstructural studies were carried out with scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. The experimental results indicate that nano-sized B4C can be used to enhance the mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy effectively. The highest mechanical performance can be obtained at ZA27-0.5% B4C（in weight） nanocomposite with values of tensile strength（247 MPa） and hardness（141,18 BH） and low partial porosity（0.5%）. After a pick point, increasing B4C ratio may cause the formation of agglomeration in grain boundaries, that＇s why density, tensile strength, and hardness values are declined.

从铜渣中回收有价金属的技术虽然很多,但其经济和环境相容性都不理想。用双氧水和有机酸乙酸研究了铜渣中金属在常压下的溶解行为。该渣为转炉渣和闪速炉渣的混合物,含Cu 6.74%,Zn 4.34%,Fe 36.45%。常规的常压浸出实验在100 mL的玻璃烧杯中进行,在磁力搅拌器中使用涂有聚四氟乙烯的磁性搅拌棒。在最佳浸出条件下,铜提取率为98.04%,锌提取率为28.8%,铁提取率为2%。拉曼光谱显示Cu^(2+)/Zn^(2+)与AcO^(-)(乙酸)存在配位。溶解过程用一级动力学方程描述。表观活化能为23.7 kJ/mol,表明溶解过程受扩散控制。H_(2)O_(2)和CH_(3)COOH的反应级数分别为1.24和0.1。本文提出的湿法冶金新工艺简单、环保,在常规条件下从铜渣中获得醋酸铜溶液的性能明显优于其他方法。

Phototheranostics have attracted tremendous attention in cancer diagnosis and treatment because of the noninvasiveness and promising *** advanced phototheranostic agents with long emission wavelength,excellent biocompatibility,great tumor-targeting capability,and efficient therapeutic effect is highly ***,the mutual constraint between imaging and therapeutic functions usually hinders their wide applications in biomedical *** balance this contradiction,we herein rationally designed and synthesized three novel tumor-targeted NIR-Ⅱ probes(QR-2PEG_(321),QR-2PEG_(1000),and QR-2PEG_(5000)) by conjugating three different chain lengths of PEG onto an integrin α_(v)β_(3)-targeted NIR-Ⅱ heptamethine cyanine fluorophore,*** virtue of the essential amphiphilic characteristics of PEG polymers,these probes display various degree of aggregation in aqueous buffer accompanying with differential NIR-Ⅱ imaging and photothermal(PTT) therapeutic *** in vitro and in vivo results have demonstrated that probe QR-2PEG_(5000) has the best NIR-Ⅱ imaging performance with prominent renal clearance,whereas QR-2PEG_(321)possesses excellent photoacoustic signal as well as PTT effect,which undoubtedly provides a promising toolbox for tumor diagnosis and *** thus envision that these synthesized probes have great potential to be explored as a toolkit for precise diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.
