This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between nursing informatics(NI)competency and information literacy skills for evidencebased practice(EBP)among intensive care *** cross-sectional study was conducted on 184 nurses working in intensive care units(ICUs).The study data were collected through demographic information,Nursing informatics Competency Assessment Tool(NICAT),and information literacy skills for EBP *** intensive care nurses received competent and low-moderate levels for the total scores of NI competency and information literacy skills,*** received a moderate score for the use of different information resources but a low score for information searching skills,different search features,and knowledge about search operators,and only 31.5%of the nurses selected the most appropriate *** competency and related subscales had a significant direct bidirectional correlation with information literacy skills for EBP and its subscales(P<0.05).Nurses require a high level of NI competency and information literacy for EBP to obtain up-to-date information and provide better care and *** planners and policymakers should develop interventions to enhance NI competency and information literacy skills among nurses and motivate them to use EBP in clinical settings.

Whether the complex game system composed of a large number of artificial intelligence(AI)agents empowered with reinforcement learning can produce extremely favorable collective behaviors just through the way of agent self-exploration is a matter of practical *** this paper,we address this question by combining the typical theoretical model of resource allocation system,the minority game model,with reinforcement *** individual participating in the game is set to have a certain degree of intelligence based on reinforcement learning *** particular,we demonstrate that as AI agents gradually becomes familiar with the unknown environment and tries to provide optimal actions to maximize payoff,the whole system continues to approach the optimal state under certain parameter combinations,herding is effectively suppressed by an oscillating collective behavior which is a self-organizing pattern without any external *** interesting phenomenon is that a first-order phase transition is revealed based on some numerical results in our multi-agents system with reinforcement *** order to further understand the dynamic behavior of agent learning,we define and analyze the conversion path of belief mode,and find that the self-organizing condensation of belief modes appeared for the given trial and error rates in the AI ***,we provide a detection method for period-two oscillation collective pattern emergence based on the Kullback–Leibler divergence and give the parameter position where the period-two appears.

Combinations of metal and lanthanide oxides have been done through casted films for potential medical applications. In this regard, samarium(Ⅲ) oxide/chromium(Ⅲ) oxide/graphene oxide(GO)/polycaprolactone(PCL) based films nano-composites(NCs) were fabricated, pointing their utilization as a biological scaffold for wound dressing purposes. Also, samarium(Ⅲ) oxide and chromium(Ⅲ) oxide have been merged as promising optical constituents due to their unique optical behavior. The structural and compositional examination of the studied NCs was executed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman, and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM). The Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL NC exhibits a surface with a lower roughness degree owing to the presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)shows size reduction upon GO insertion to reach 1.2 μm as the average grain size, whilst Sm_(2)O_(3)records an average grain size of less than 1 μm. As well, the polymeric nano-compositions exhibit variation in contact angle values that hit 29.76°± 3.52°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/PCL, and 48.62°± 1.37°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL as the second lowest contact angle. The optical behavior contributes to absorption edge relocation along the x-axis from 1.7 eV for pure PCL, to 2.65 eV for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL. Regarding biological responses, the cell exposed to 2.5 μg/m L of Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL shows cell viability of 119.31%, while 5 μg/m L hits 99.6%. Additionally, the resulting cell attachment micrographs show layers of fibroblast tissue, besides the proliferation and growth of cultivated cells. Thus, the Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL scaffold provides 3D proliferation of fibroblast cells endorsing the wound healing process.

Dy^(3+) and Lu^(3+) co-doped CaLaGa_(3)O_(7) phosphors were prepared via high-temperature solid-phase *** electronic structures of LuxCaLa_(0.98-x)Ga_(3)O_(7) were investigated by the first-principles *** influence of Lu^(3+) on yellow light emission was studied using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and photoluminescence(PL) *** XRD results indicate that compared to Dy^(3+):CaLaGa_(3)O_(7),the cell parameters of Dy^(3+):LuCaLaGa_(3)O_(7) tend to decrease,which is due to the smaller radius of Lu^(3+).When pumped by blue GaN laser diode(LD),the emission peaks of phosphors with different Lu^(3+)doping concentrations in the visible region are similar,with the strongest peak at 574 nm in the yellow light region,which is sensitive to human *** optimal doping concentration of Lu^(3+) is confirmed to be1 at%,when all emission spectra and measured fluorescence lifetimes are taken into ***,the optimal phosphor composition Dy^(3+):Lu_(x)CaLa_(0.98-x)Ga_(3)O_(7)(x=0.01) has an internal quantum efficiency(IQE) of 46.94% and an external quantum efficiency(EQE) of 15.19%.Most notably,the prepared phosphor demonstrates excellent thermal stability and a high activation energy(0.203 eV).In addition,the International Illumination Commission color coordinates of the Dy^(3+):LuxCaLa_(0.98-x)Ga_(3)O_(7) phosphors are in the yellow light *** above analysis indicates that the Dy^(3+):LuxCaLa_(0.98-x)Ga_(3)O_(7)(x=0.001)phosphor has promising application prospects in yellow light-emitting devices.
