目的探讨BRCA相关蛋白1（BRCA assoeiated protein1，BAP1）在恶性间皮瘤、肺腺癌、肺鳞癌和癌肉瘤中表达情况及其在鉴别诊断中的作用。方法选取恶性间皮瘤22例，其中上皮样型17例，肉瘤样型2例，双相型3例。另选取侵犯胸膜的非小细胞肺癌共80例（肺腺癌40例、肺鳞癌40例）和全身各部位癌肉瘤15例作为对照。应用免疫组织化学方法检测BAP1在各组病例的表达情况，并分析各组表达差异。同时所有病例均检测了常规用于间皮瘤鉴别诊断的抗体组合，包括calretinin、wTl、细胞角蛋白5／6、D2．40、CAM5．2、癌胚抗原、甲状腺转录因子1、Napsin A、p63和p40。结果所有80例非小细胞肺癌和15例癌肉瘤均BAP1核表达阳性，而64％（14／22）恶性间皮瘤出现BAP1表达缺失，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。间皮瘤诊断标志物组合中，增加BAP1后，诊断恶性间皮瘤的诊断正确度达93％。BAP1灶性表达表明肿瘤细胞具有多克隆性。结论BAP1核表达缺失有助于鉴别恶性间皮瘤和非小细胞肺癌。因此推荐BAP1与其他间皮瘤抗体一起应用于恶性间皮瘤的诊断，提高恶性间皮瘤的诊断准确性。

The validity of ^99mTc-YIGsR, a novel receptor radio-tracer, in imaging the Ehrlich ascites tumor was evaluated. YIGsR, a pentapeptide of laminin, was labeled with ^99mTc by using a bifunctional chelator s-Acetly-Nh3-MAG3. The MIBI was labeled with ^99mTc by following the kit instruction. The mice of tumor group were intravenously injected 1-2 mCi of ^99mTc-YIGsR or ^99mTc-MIBI via caudal vein, immobilized and imaged under a Gamma camera. The same procedure was performed in mice of blockade group, in which the unlabeled YIGsR was previously injected to block the receptor-recognition sites, and inflammation group serving as control. The reverse-phase sep-Pak C18 chromatogram was found to have an essentially complete conjugation between YIGsR and s-Acetly-Nh3-MAG3. The conjugated YIGsR could be radio-labeled successfully with ^99mTC at room temperature and neutral ph, with a radio-labeling yield of 62%. Without the chelator s-Acetly-Nh3-MAG3, the YIGsR was labeled with ^99mTc at an efficiency of 4%. The imagological study revealed obvious tumor accumulation of ^99mTc-YIGsR 15 min after the injection, and the uptake peaked after 3 h with a tumor-to-muscle ratio （T/M） of 11.36. The radio-tracer was slowly cleared up and resulted in a T/M of 3.01 at the 8th h after the injection. As for blocked group, the tumor uptake of radiotracer was significantly lower, with the highest T/M being 4.61 after 3 h and 0.89 after 8 h. The T/M was 3.72 at the 3rd h and 1.29 at the 8th h after the ^99mTc-YIGsR injection in the inflammatory group. The T/M was significantly higher in tumor group than in inflammatory group or control group （P〈0.001）. In the ^99mTc-MIBI group, the T/M was 1.40 at the 3rd h and 0.55 at the 8th h after the injection, which showed a significant difference as compared with ^99mTc-YIGsR （P〈0.001）. The delafossite CuCrO2 elaborated by sol-gel from 40 nm diameter colloid is optically active in the visible region. It is characterized physically and photoelectrochemically. The microstrncture is fairly homogenous with a mean crystallite size of ca. 2 Ixm. The optical gap （1.30 eV）, determined from the diffuse reflectance, is well suited to the sunlight spectrum. The Mott schottky plot is characteristic of P-type conductivity with a flat band potential of-0.26 VscE. As application, the photoreduction of chromate is successfully achieved in air-equilibrated suspension CuCrO2/ZnO （1/1）. CuCrO2 is photoactivated by visible light and the electrons in the conduction band （-1.34 VscE） are injected to ZnO. In the presence of salicylic acid, a conversion of Cr（VI） to Cr（III） of 57% is obtained under optimal conditions （ph 3 at 25~C, 5x 10-4 mol/L） because of the hCrO4- dark adsorption onto ZnO （4hCrO4- ＋ 3C7h603 ＋ 1802 ＋ 16h~ 4Cr3＋＋ 21CO2 ＋ 19h20, AGO = -557 kcal/mol）. Prolonged illumination is accompanied by a deceleration in the photoactivity owing to the competitive water reduction, an issue of energetic concern. The hetero-system exhibits self sensitization for hydrogen production with an evolution rate of 149 Ixmol/（hr.g）.

Objective： To investigate the effect and molecular mechanism of Tiantai No.1 （天泰1号）, a compound Chinese herbal preparation, for the prevention and reduction of neurotoxicity induced by betaamyloid peptides （Abeta） in vitro and its effects on nuclear factor-κB （NF-κB） and cAMP responsive element-binding protein （CREB） pathways using the gene transfection technique. Methods： B104 neuronal cells were used to examine the effects of Tiantai No.1 on lowering the neurotoxicity induced by Abeta. The cells were pre-treated with Tiantai No.1 at doses of 50, 100,150, or 200μg/mL respectively for 3 days and co-treated with Tiantai No.1 and beta-amyloid peptidel-40 （Aβ 1-40, 10 μmol/L） for 48 h or post-treated with Tiantai No.1 for 48 h after the cells were exposed to beta-amyloid peptides25-35 （Aβ 25-35） for 8 h. In gene transfection assays, cells were treated with Tiantai No.1 at 50 μg/mL and 150μg/mL for 5 days or co-treated with Tiantai No.1 and A 13 1-40 （5 μmo/L） for 3 days after electroporation for the evaluation of NF- κB and CREB expression. Results： Pre-treating and co-treating B104 neuronal cells with Tiantai No.1 lowered the neurotoxicity induced by Abeta, and post-treating with Tiantai No.1 reduced or blocked B104 neuronal apoptotic death induced by Abeta （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. With a dose-dependent relationship, the same treatments increased the expression of NF-κB or CREB in B104 neuronal cells （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Meanwhile, Tiantai No.1 reduced Aβ-40 induced inhibition on NF-κB expression （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Tiantai No.1 can protect neurons against the neurotoxicity induced by Abeta. The neuroprotective mechanisms may be associated with the activation of NF-κB and cAMP cellular signal pathways.

Reactions of (Nh4)2Ms4, AgBr and CuBr in r-methylpyridine produced one new compound, [Ms4Cu4(r-MePy)8]M6O19] (1, M = W; 2, M = Mo), of which 1 was characterized by single crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal data: orthorhombic, Pbcn, a = 15.434(4),b= 16.732(2), c = 28.657(7) A, V = 7400.8(8) A3, Z = 4, R = 0.072 for 3121 independent data. The compound is the first example which contains both polyoxotnngstate anion and heteropolynuclear cluster cation. In the structure of the cation four edges of the tetrahedral Ws42- core are coordinated by four copper atoms, giving a Ws4Cu4 aggregate of approximate D2h symmetry. The differences between the reaction of Cu+ with Ms42- and that of Ag+ with Ms42- in pyridine and its derivatives are discussed.
