Effect of lamellarization on the microstructure and mechanical properties of marine 10Ni5CrMoV steel

Multistage heat treatment involving quenching(Q),lamellarizing(L),and tempering(T)is applied to marine 10Ni5CrMoV *** microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by multiscale characterizations,and the kinetics of reverse austenite transformation,strain hardening behavior,and toughening mechanism were further *** lamellarized specimens possess low yield strength but high toughness,especially cryogenic *** leads to the development of film-like reversed austenite at the martensite block and lath boundaries,refining the martensite structure and lowering the equivalent grain *** analysis of austenite reversion based on the JMAK model shows that the isothermal transformation is dominated by the growth of reversed austenite,and the maximum transformation of reversed austenite is reached at the peak temperature(750℃).The strain hardening behavior based on the modified Crussard-Jaoul analysis indicates that the reversed austenite obtained from lamellarization reduces the proportion of martensite,significantly hindering crack propagation via martensitic transformation during the *** a consequence,the QLT specimens exhibit high machinability and low yield *** with the QT specimen,the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the QLT specimens decreases from-116 to-130℃due to the low equivalent grain size and reversed austenite,which increases the cleavage force required for crack propagation and absorbs the energy of external load,*** work provides an idea to improve the cryogenic toughness of marine 10Ni5CrMoV steel and lays a theoretical foundation for its industrial application and comprehensive performance improvement.

Noise-induced hearing loss is the primary non-genetic factor contributing to auditory ***,there are currently no effective pharmacological interventions for patients with noise-induced hearing ***,we present evidence suggesting that the lysine-specific demethylase 1 inhibitor–tranylcypromine is an otoprotective agent that could be used to treat noise-induced hearing loss,and elucidate its underlying regulatory *** established a mouse model of permanent threshold shift hearing loss by exposing the mice to white broadband noise at a sound pressure level of 120 d B for 4 *** found that tranylcypromine treatment led to the upregulation of Sestrin2(SESN2)and activation of the autophagy markers light chain 3B and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 in the cochleae of mice treated with *** noise exposure group treated with tranylcypromine showed significantly lower average auditory brainstem response hearing thresholds at click,4,8,and 16 k Hz frequencies compared with the noise exposure group treated with *** findings indicate that tranylcypromine treatment resulted in increased SESN2,light chain 3B,and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 expression after noise exposure,leading to a reduction in levels of 4-hydroxynonenal and cleaved caspase-3,thereby reducing noise-induced hair cell ***,immunoblot analysis demonstrated that treatment with tranylcypromine upregulated SESN2 expression via the autophagy *** treatment also reduced the production of NOD-like receptor family pyrin domaincontaining 3(NLRP3)*** conclusion,our results showed that tranylcypromine treatment ameliorated cochlear inflammation by promoting the expression of SESN2,which induced autophagy,thereby restricting NLRP3-related inflammasome signaling,alleviating cochlear hair cell loss,and protecting hearing *** findings suggest that inhibiting lysine-specific demethylase 1 is a

Objective The mode of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) transmission via injection drug use(IDU)still exists, and the recent shift in IDU-related transmission of HIV infection is largely unknown. The purpose of this study was to analyze the spatiotemporal sources and dynamics of HIV-1 transmission through IDU in *** We performed a molecular epidemiological investigation of infections across guangxi from2009 to 2019. Phylogenetic and Bayesian time-geographic analyses of HIV-1 sequences were performed to confirm the characteristics of transmission between IDUs in combination with epidemiological *** Among the 535 subjects, CRF08_BC(57.4%), CRF01_AE(28.4%), and CRF07_BC(10.7%) were the top 3 HIV strains;72.6% of infections were linked to other provinces in the transmission network;93.6% of sequence-transmitted strains were locally endemic, with the rest coming from other provinces,predominantly Guangdong and Yunnan;92.1% of the HIV transmission among people who inject drugs tended to be transmitted between HIV-positive *** HIV recombinants were high diversity, and circulating local strains were the transmission sources among IDUs in guangxi. However, there were still cases of IDUs linked to other *** of traditional prevention strategies should be expanded, and inter-provincial collaboration between guangxi, Yunnan, and Guangdong provinces should be strengthened.

Damage-constitutive model for seawater coral concrete using different stirrup confinements subjected to axial loading

Recently,the application of detrital coral as an alternative to natural aggregates in marine structures has attracted increased *** this study,research on the compressive performance of coral aggregate concrete(CAC)confined using steel stirrups with anti-rust treatment was experimentally conducted.A total of 45 specimens were cast,including 9 specimens without stirrups and under different strength grades(C20,C30,and C40)and 36 specimens under different strength grades(C20,C30,and C40).Moreover,three stirrup levels(rectangular,diamond-shaped compound,and spiral stirrups)and different stirrup spacings(40,50,60,and 70 mm)were ***,the stress−strain curves of specimens subjected to axial loading were *** effects of the stirrup spacing and stirrup configurations on the stress and strain were investigated,respectively,and the lateral effective stress of the different stirrups was calculated based on the cohesive-elastic ring model and modified elastic beam ***,a damageconstitutive model of CAC considering the lateral stress was set up based on damage mechanics *** results indicated an increase in the stress and strain with a decrease in the stirrup spacing,and the adopted stirrup ratio had a better strengthening effect than the different concrete grades,and the variation in the deformation was restricted by the performance of coral coarse aggregate(CA).However,an increment in the lateral strain was observed with an increase in the axial *** lateral stress model showed a good agreement with the experimental data,and the proposed damageconstitutive model had a good correlation with the measured stress−strain curves.
