The role of Chinese expert consensus in standardization and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is self-evident. As clinical and basic research in China becomes standardized under a better understanding of IBD, more data on Chinese patients have become available to develop a consensus and guideline. This guideline, collaboratively developed by the IBD Group, Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, incorporates the latest international consensus statements,[1-7] domestic research findings, and practical considerations, as an update based on the 2018 Chinese consensus on IBD management.[8] The IBD guideline consists of two parts: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, and this manuscript presented the UC part. The evidence used in this guideline was collected and analyzed by the standard of guideline, and the contents were organized as problem statements, for clarity. The formulation of this guideline aimed to reflect the latest progress in IBD, providing comprehensive and valuable guidance for the clinical management of IBD.

Background Primary percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） has been clearly identified as the first therapeutic option for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI）. The importance of reducing door-to-balloon （D2B） time has gained increased recognition. This study aimed to assess the feasibility, safety and efficacy of the strategy of direct ambulance transportation of patients with acute STEMI to catheterization lab to receive primary *** The study population included 141 consecutive patients with chest pain and ST-segment elevation who were admitted to the catheterization laboratory directly by the ambulance and underwent primary PCI （DIRECT group）.Another 145 patients with STEMI randomly selected from the PCI database, were served as control group （conventional group）; they were transported to catheterization laboratory from emergency room （ER）. The primary endpoint of D2B time,and secondary endpoint of in-hospital and 30-day major adverse cardiac events （MACE, including death, non-fatal reinfarction, and target vessel revascularization） were *** Baseline and procedural characteristics between the two groups were comparable, except more patients in the DIRECT group presented TIMI 0-1 flow in culprit vessel at initial angiogram （80.1% and 73.8%, P=0.04）. Clinic Pathological Features of Angiomyofibroblastoma in Vulva

Objective： To analyze the clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis of angiomyofibroblastoma （AMFB） of the vulva. Methods： Two cases of AMFB were examined by light microscopy and immunohistochemical study and to discuss the clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis of AMFB with the reference to the literature. Results： Tumors were all circumscribed, and 〈5 cm in diameter. Microscopically, the tumors were composed of spindle or polygonal cells that were cellularly or hypocellularly arranged with perivascular accentuation in a mucoid or fibrocollagenous background. The tumors contained numerous small- to medium-sized blood vessels, which were characteristically thin walled. Immunohistochemically, two cases of tumor cells were positive for vimentin, SMA, CD34（＋） and FⅧ（＋）. Desmin and MSA were positive in one case; Cytokeratin, S-100, CD31 were negative in both. Conclusion： AMFB is a rare, benign soft tissue tumor that occurs in the genital tract of adult women. The origin remains unclear, but it is suggested that an origin from a perivascular pluripotent stem cell that is capable of myofibroblastoma differentiation. Angiomyofibroblastoma should be differentiated from other neoplasms of the vulva such as aggressive angiomyxoma, superficial angiomyxoma and cellular angiofibroma.
