BACKGROUND Hyperuricemia(HUA)is a public health concern that needs to be solved *** lyophilized powder of Poecilobdella manillensis has been shown to significantly alleviate HUA;however,its underlying metabolic regulation remains *** To explore the underlying mechanisms of Poecilobdella manillensis in HUA based on modulation of the gut microbiota and host *** A mouse model of rapid HUA was established using a high-purine diet and potassium oxonate *** mice received oral drugs or ***,16S rRNA sequencing and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry-based untargeted metabolomics were performed to identify changes in the microbiome and host metabolome,*** levels of uric acid transporters and epithelial tight junction proteins in the renal and intestinal tissues were analyzed using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** The protein extract of Poecilobdella manillensis lyophilized powder(49 mg/kg)showed an enhanced anti-trioxypurine ability than that of allopurinol(5 mg/kg)(P<0.05).A total of nine bacterial genera were identified to be closely related to the anti-trioxypurine activity of Poecilobdella manillensis powder,which included the genera of Prevotella,Delftia,Dialister,Akkermansia,Lactococcus,Escherichia_Shigella,Enterococcus,and ***,22 metabolites in the serum were found to be closely related to the anti-trioxypurine activity of Poecilobdella manillensis powder,which correlated to the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways of cysteine and methionine metabolism,sphingolipid metabolism,galactose metabolism,and phenylalanine,tyrosine,and tryptophan *** analysis found that changes in the gut microbiota were significantly related to these *** The proteins in Poecilobdella manillensis powder were effective for ***,they are associated with improvements in g

The 2009 annual special issue of Time Magazine on March 23rd summarized the ＇10 Ideas Changing the World Right Now＇, in which ＇Biobank＇ had been listed as the eighth. Biobank or biorepository has been developed since last century. Tissue banks represented the early type of clinical biobanks and mainly concentrated on clinical usage such as transplantation at the beginning. The first tissue bank in the United States started in 1949 is the United States Navy Tissue Bank. In 1976, the foundation of American Association of Tissue Banks （AATB） claimed the official show of biobanks on social stage （***）. From the end of 20th Century to the beginning of 21st Century, diverse biobanks of clinical samples, seed banks, gene banks, germplasm banks of non-human species and other various types have sprung up.

Objective Little is known about the association between whole-blood nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))levels and nabothian *** study aimed to assess the association between NAD^(+)levels and nabothian cysts in healthy Chinese *** Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the association between NAD^(+)levels and nabothian *** The mean age was 43.0±11.5 years,and the mean level of NAD^(+)was 31.3±5.3μmol/*** cysts occurred in 184(27.7%)participants,with single and multiple cysts in 100(15.0%)and84(12.6%)participants,*** total nabothian cyst prevalence gradually decreased from37.4%to 21.6%from Q1 to Q4 of NAD^(+)and the prevalence of single and multiple nabothian cysts also decreased across the NAD^(+)*** compared with the highest NAD^(+)quartile(≥34.4μmol/L),the adjusted odds ratios with 95%confidence interval of the NAD^(+)Q1 was 1.89(1.14–3.14)for total nabothian *** risk of total and single nabothian cysts linearly decreased with increasing NAD^(+)levels,while the risk of multiple nabothian cysts decreased more rapidly at NAD^(+)levels of 28.0 to35.0μmol/***:Low NAD^(+)levels were associated with an increased risk of total and multiple nabothian cysts.

To effectively deal with fuzzy and uncertain information in public engineering emergencies,an emergency decision-making method based on multi-granularity language information is ***,decision makers select the appropriate language phrase set according to their own situation,give the preference information of the weight of each key indicator,and then transform the multi-granularity language information through *** this basis,the sequential optimization technology of the approximately ideal scheme is introduced to obtain the weight coefficient of each key ***,the weighted average operator is used to aggregate the preference information of each alternative scheme with the relative importance of decision-makers and the weight of key indicators in sequence,and the comprehensive evaluation value of each scheme is obtained to determine the optimal ***,the effectiveness and practicability of the method are verified by taking the earthwork collapse accident in the construction of a reservoir as an example.

Effect of extrusion on corrosion behavior and corrosion mechanism of Mg-Y alloy

The influences of the hot extrusion process on the microstructure, corrosion behavior and corrosion mechanism for Mg-Y magnesium alloy were studied by means of the microstructure observation, weight loss test, electrochemical test and corrosion morphology test. The results showed that with increasing of the extrusion ratio, the shear flow line on the vertical section of the extruded alloy increased, the shear bands parallel lines became more clearly visible, and a large number of fine equiaxed grains distributed in parallel with the flow lines. The open circuit potential had a certain degree of improvement after extrusion, the open circuit potential increased with increment of extrusion ratio, and the corrosion potential of the vertical section was higher than that of the same alloy in the same compression ratio. The shift rate of the corrosion potential relatively became larger with increasing of the extrusion ratio, and the cathode corrosion current corresponding to the branch migration shifted to the positive direction. The high frequency capacitive arc increased with increment of the extrusion ratio, and the radius of capacitive arc of the vertical section was slightly larger than that of the transverse section. The corrosion morphologies of Mg-0.25 Y alloy were uniform corrosion, and the corrosion morphologies of Mg-（2.5, 5, 8 and 15） were the pitting corrosion and the small range, deep depth localized corrosion.

Effect of solid-solution treatment on corrosion and electrochemical behaviors of Mg-15Y alloy in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution

The effect of solid-solution treatment on corrosion and electrochemical mechanisms of Mg-15Y alloy in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution was investigated by electrochemical testing, immersion testing and SEM observation. The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of Mg-15Y sample gradually deteriorated with immersion time increasing, which was consistent with the observation of corrosion morphologies. The solid-solution treatment decreased the amounts of second phase Mg24Ys. The Ecor~ and corrosion rate of as-cast samples were both lower than those of solid solution-treated samples, and both increased with increment of solid solution-treated time. The corrosion mechanism was proposed for the galvanic, pitting and filiform corrosion which varied with the immersion time and solid-solution treatment.
