This study analyzed migration characteristics of neural stem cells （NSCs） in vitro and in vivo, as well as exogenous gene expression in the brain following transfection of NSCs with an enhanced green fluorescent protein （EGFP） gene expression vector plRES2-EGFP plasmid, in glioma experimental models. NSCs slowly migrated towards glioma cells （C6 cells） in culture, although mouse embryonic fibroblasts 3T3 cells did not migrate. NSCs rapidly migrated to the tumor bed, and to tissues surrounding the tumor and metastatic lesions. A large number of EGFP-expressing cells formed distinct colonies in and surrounding the tumor following NSCs-EGFP transfection. EGFP-positive cells aggregated in incubation sites following 3T3-EGFP treatment. Results suggested that NSCs could be used to track tumor cells in vitro. In vivo, transplanted NSCs survived expressed transfected exogenous genes, migrated to the tumor bed, and expressed exogenous genes.

We present here a pilot study to examine trophic level effects and migration patterns at the middle Shang Dynasty site of Xiaoshuangqiao in Henan Province using δD results combined with δ^13C and δ^15N values. A total of 33 specimens（17 humans, 7 cattle, 5 pigs, 3 sheep, 1 dog） of bone collagen were isotopically analyzed for δ^13C, δ^15N, and dD values. A strong positive correlation（R^2 = 0.94）between mean δ^15N and δD values of herbivores（cattle and sheep）, omnivores（pig）, carnivores（dog）and humans was observed. The δD results were found to increase by -10‰ to 20‰ from herbivores to omnivores to carnivorous, evidence that collagen δD results are a useful indicator for the study of trophic levels and dietary patterns at archaeological sites. The δD results were also used to examine the origins of two different groups of individuals buried at Xiaoshuangqiao. Individuals buried in sacrificial pits of district V had mean δD values（-47.0 ± 2.9‰, n = 11） that were significantly（p =0.049） elevated compared to the people buried in the stratigraphy of district IX（-51.3 ± 3.3‰, n = 3）,indicating that they were ingesting water from different locations. In addition, the D values of the people buried in the stratigraphy were similar to the pigs（-54.5 ± 4.2‰, n = 5） at Xiaoshuangqiao,suggesting that they were most probably of the local population, and that the individuals buried in the sacrificial pits were most possibly from the coast and prisoners of the Dongyi（“东夷”）people. Thus,δD results have the potential to examine human origins and migration patterns and should be increasingly used in conjunction with δ^13C and δ^15N values at archaeological sites.

To realize low-cost freight transport in the logistics network and improve the network operation efficiency， a multi-objective optimization model and the corresponding algorithm for a hub-and-spoke logistics network are proposed based on the multi-level location of hub points and channels layout. By considering the structure of the multi-level hub-and-spoke logistics network and the features of the connectivity between the hub and spoke points， the multi-objective optimization model is constructed with two objectives of minimizing the total network operation costs and the total network service time. By considering the characteristics of decision variables and models， a Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS)-Niched Pareto Genetic Algorithm (NPGA) approach with a three-stage encoding structure chromosome is proposed， where the VNS algorithm nested in NPGA is used for individual variable neighborhood search to optimize individual channel level genes， and NPGA is adopted to solve the multi-objective optimization model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed VNS-NPGA approach， a real-life case study based on a small-scale Australia Post data set was conducted， and 25 nodes of the Australia Post and 14 nodes of the gansu Province 3-level hub-and-spoke logistics networks were established， respectively. The analysis results indicated that the network structure of multi-level hub points could avoid the detour problem existing in the traditional hub-and-spoke network， and showed better applicability in the narrow geographical structure. Compared to the traditional multi-objective evolutionary algorithms， VNS-NPGA can obtain better solutions through the distributed optimization of channel levels， avoiding the problem that a single algorithm cannot effectively deal with coupling relationships in genes.

BACKGROUND An in-depth study of the pathogenesis and biological characteristics of ampullary carcinoma is necessary to identify appropriate treatment strategies. To date, only eight ampullary cancer cell lines have been reported, and a mixed-type ampullary carcinoma cell line has not yet been *** To establish a stable mixed-type ampullary carcinoma cell line originating from *** Fresh ampullary cancer tissue samples were used for primary culture and subculture. The cell line was evaluated by cell proliferation assays, clonal formation assays, karyotype analysis, short tandem repeat(STR) analysis and transmission electron microscopy. Drug resistances against oxaliplatin, paclitaxel, gemcitabine and 5-FU were evaluated by cell counting kit-8 assay. Subcutaneous injection 1 × 106 cells to three BALB/c nude mice for xenograft studies. The hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to detect the pathological status of the cell line. The expression of biomarkers cytokeratin 7(CK7), cytokeratin 20(CK20), cytokeratin low molecular weight(CKL), Ki67 and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) were determined by immunocytochemistry *** DPC-X1 was continuously cultivated for over a year and stably passaged for more than 80 generations;its population doubling time was 48 h. STR analysis demonstrated that the characteristics of DPC-X1 were highly consistent with those of the patient’s primary tumor. Furthermore, karyotype analysis revealed its abnormal sub-tetraploid karyotype. DPC-X1 could efficiently form organoids in suspension culture. Under the transmission electron microscope, microvilli and pseudopods were observed on the cell surface, and desmosomes were visible between the cells. DPC-X1 cells inoculated into BALB/C nude mice quickly formed transplanted tumors, with a tumor formation rate of 100%. Their pathological characteristics were similar to those of the primary tumor. By capturing the online evaluation data of tourists on Zhuhai coastal tourist attractions in the two domestic OTA platforms Ctrip and Mafengwo, word cloud and word frequency statistics and complex semantic network analysis are used to carry out the research of image perception and emotional evaluation. The results show that:① Zhuhai City is the main body of the composition of tourists' image perception of Zhuhai coastal tourism, showing the 3S(seafood, sand, scenery) coastal tourism image of Zhuhai characteristics, and the rapid development of Zhuhai City is an important driving force for the transformation of the city's image perception.② The single core and two wings is the hierarchical pattern of tourists' image perception of Zhuhai's coastal tourism, namely Zhuhai as the centre and sand and seafood as the two wings.③ After evaluating the emotions of tourists in Zhuhai's coastal area, it is found that overall the tourists' perceived image is relatively good, with a large proportion of positive emotions, but there are also some negative and neutral emotions.

The trackway of a swimming theropod (ichnogenus Characichnos) is reported from the Lower Cretaceous Feitianshan Formation of Sichuan, China. These swim tracks help confirm that non-avian theropods were capable of forging moderately deep bodies of water. The trackway occurs on the same surface as a typical walking trackway of a sauropod (ichnogenus Brontopodus). Both occurrences are the first reported from the Cretaceous of Sichuan, and the swim tracks are the first well-preserved example of a Characichnos trackway from China. Additionally, a theropod walking trackway and several ornithopod walking trackways (similar to the ichnogenus Caririchnium) occur in the same horizon. The ornithopod trackways show a parallel orientation, suggesting gregarious behavior of the trackmakers, which may have been iguanodontiforms and/or hadrosauriforms. The co-occurrence of theropod swim tracks and theropod walking tracks suggests a fluctuation of water depth within a distinct time span.

Environmental change since mid-Pleistocene recorded in Shangshan achaeological site of Zhejiang

At about 173 ka BP of the late period of mid-Pleistocene, the second terrace of the river had been formed as a result of uplift happening in Shangshan area because of the climate, sea level change and tectonic action. Between 173-75 ka BP, aeolian deposited on the terrace, a layer of reticulate red clayey soil about 80-100 cm thick deposited and developed under the warmer and higher temperature. In the last glacial period, the drop of the temperature and the decrease of the precipitation induced the dust-storms increased, A layer of Xiashu loess about 1.0-1.5 m thick accumulated on Shangshan terrace in the last glacial, which has the reticulate red clayey soil buried. At the beginning of the Holocene （11500 a BP-）, temperature went higher gradually and precipitation got more, the pre-persons moved on the Shangshan terrace （11,400-8600 a BP）, which is one of the most important archaeological sites, and can connect the paleolithic culture with Neolithic culture. It could be assumed from the results that the lower reaches of the Yangtze River are the home of rice cultivation, too. The lower place to the west of the Shangshan site experienced the two cycles process of the fluvial facies and the lacustrine facies, indicating that the water source of the pre-historical Shangshan is the river water or lake water. Two AMS 14C age proved the water source disappeared more than 1000 years ago.

As the National Conference on New Urbanization proposed, "(new urbanization) should enable residents to see mountains and waters, and remember nostalgia". Nostalgia is a kind of memories and yearning deep in the heart for one's homeland or the place once lived in, it is the softest emotion and also a spiritual need. To keep nostalgia in new urbanization is to preserve history, culture, memories, and humanistic spirits of the homeland, and also to maintain local cultural genes and carry forward rural civilization. The foundation of remembering the nostalgia is to intensify culture protection. And by means of protecting cultural heritage and style of the traditional settlement practically, preserving cultural gene, inheriting cultural memory, creating cultural brand and characteristic landscape etc., the nostalgia can meet the spiritual demands of the residents, such as homesickness, life emotion, historical emotion and cultural emotion in the process of new urbanization. The key of remembering nostalgia is to promote the construction of small characteristic towns. Relying on on-site urbanization, the signifi cant ways of achieving new urbanization are star-studded layout of small towns and the construction of small characteristic tourism town. The construction of Hunan-style tourism Town is a positive attempt and exploration of remembering nostalgia, and it contributes to the construction of a beautiful and poetic homeland for the human-centered new urbanization.
