[Objectives]The paper was to figure out the distribution of Monochamus alternatus in the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City and to provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.[Methods]The factors influencing the number of epidemic small classes and infected plants in all counties and districts of Lu'an City were analyzed by GIS method,and the number of worms and wormholes of *** inside and outside the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City were investigated on the spot.[Results]There were 98,40,54,781,193,268 and 34 epidemic small classes of pine wood nematode disease,and 7241,6099,9532,39161,11079,49876 and 4853 infected plants in Yu'an District,Jin'an District,Yeji District,Shucheng County,Huoshan County,Jinzhai County and Huoqiu County,*** wood nematode disease in Lu'an City mostly occurred in Huoshan County,Shucheng County and Jinzhai County,with relatively high altitude,paddy soil,the annual precipitation higher than 2062 mm,and the annual average temperature lower than 16.2℃.The number of diseased plants of pine wood nematode disease was positively correlated with altitude and annual precipitation,and was negatively correlated with annual average *** number of worms and wormholes in pine wood nematode infected wood was very small at different altitudes,stump heights and stump diameters.[Conclusions]The pine wood nematode infected wood can be differentially processed after stump treatment,and stumps can be *** results will provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.

Background:Lipusu is the first commercialized liposomal formulation of pacli-taxel and has demonstrated promising efficacy against locally advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)in a small-scale ***,we conducted a multicenter,randomized,phase 3 study to compare the efficacy and safety of cis-platin plus Lipusu(LP)versus cisplatin plus gemcitabine(GP)as first-line treat-ment in locally advanced or metastatic ***:Patients enrolled were aged between 18 to 75 years,had locally advanced(clinical stage IIIB,ineligible for concurrent chemoradiation or surgery)or metastatic(Stage IV)LSCC,had no previous systemic chemother-apy and at least one measurable lesion as per the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(version 1.1)before administration of the trial *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).The secondary endpoints included objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),overall survival(OS),and safety *** explore the possible predictive value of plasma cytokines for LP treatment,plasma samples were collected from the LP group at baseline and first efficacy evaluation time and were then subjected to analysis by 45-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 1 to detect the presence of 45 cytokines using the Luminex xMAP *** correlation between treatment outcomes and dynamic changes in the levels of cytokines were evaluated in preliminary ***:The median duration of follow-up was 15.4 months.237 patients in the LP group and 253 patients in the GP group were included in the per protocol set(PPS).In the PPS,the median PFS was 5.2 months versus 5.5 months in the LP and GP group(hazard rtio[HR]:1.03,P=0.742)*** median OS was 14.6 months versus 12.5 months in the LP and GP group(HR:0.83,P=0.215).The ORR(41.8%versus 45.9%,P=0.412)and DCR(90.3%versus 88.1%,P=0.443)were also similar between the LP and GP group.A significantly lower proportion of patients in the LP group experienced adverse events(AEs)le

Background Epidemiologic studies have shown an independent and definite association between obstructive sleep apnea （OSA） and hypertension. This study aimed to define the association between daytime blood pressure and severity of OSA in Chinese population in mainland of China. Methods Twenty university hospital sleep centers in mainland of China were invited by the Chinese Medical Association （CMA） to participate in this epidemiologic study and 2297 consecutive patients （aged 18-85 years; 1981 males and 316 females） referred to these twenty sleep centers for evaluation of OSA between January 2004 and April 2006 were prospectively enrolled. Nocturnal polysomnography was performed in each patient, and disease severity was assessed based on the apnea-hypopnea index （AHI）. These patients were classfied into four groups： non-apneic control （control, n=257） with AHI 〈5 episodes/hour; mild sleep apnea （mild, n=402） with AHI 〉5 and 〈15 episodes/hour; moderate sleep apnea （moderate, n=460） with AHI 〉15 and 〈30 episodes/hour and severe sleep apnea （severe, n=1178） with AHI 〉30 episodes/hour. Daytime blood pressure measurements were performed under standardized conditions in each patient at 10 a.m. in office on the day of referring to sleep centers for getting average value. All the patients were requested to quit medications related to blood pressure for three days before the day of assessing. Results Both daytime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure values were significantly related to AHI positively （r = 0.201 and 0.276, respectively; both P values 〈0.001） and to nadir nocturnal oxygen saturation negatively （r = -0.215 and -0.277, respectively; both P values 〈0.001）, which were the parameters of OSA severity. 目的采用调强放疗(IMRT)技术进行食管鳞状细胞癌同步放化疗,比较60 Gy的放疗剂量是否优于国际标准的50 Gy。方法2013年4月至2017年5月将来自22家医院的331例经病理证实的无法手术的ⅡA~ⅣA期食管鳞状细胞癌患者以随机数字表法分为60 Gy和50 Gy两组接受放疗。最后纳入可分析病例305例,其中60 Gy组152例,50 Gy组153例。中位年龄63岁,男242例(79.3%),女63例(20.7%)。原发灶中位长度5.6 cm。两组基础资料具有可比性。所有患者放疗2 Gy/次,每周5次。同步化疗5周,每周1次:多西紫杉醇(25 mg/m2)+顺铂(25 mg/m2);巩固化疗2周期,3周重复:多西紫杉醇(70 mg/m2),d1+顺铂(25 mg/m2),d1~3。首要研究终点为局部区域无进展生存期(LRPFS)。两组分类变量比较采用Pearsonχ^2检验或Fisher精确检验。结果中位随访27.3个月,60 Gy组疾病进展率为37.5%(57/152),50 Gy组为43.8%(67/153),组间差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.251,P=0.263)。60 Gy组和50 Gy组1、2、3年LRPFS分别为75.4%、56.8%、52.1%和74.2%、58.4%、50.1%(HR:0.95,95%CI:0.69~1.31,P=0.761)。两组1、2、3年总生存率分别为84.1%、64.8%、54.1%和85.4%、62.9%、54.0%(HR:0.98,95%CI:0.71~1.38,P=0.927)。两组1、2、3年无进展生存分别为70.8%、54.2%、48.5%和65.5%、51.9%、45.1%(HR:0.93,95%CI:0.68~1.26,P=0.621)。60 Gy组3级以上肺炎发生率为7.2%,50 Gy组为3.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.596,P=0.021),其他毒副作用两组相似。结论同步放化疗模式治疗食管癌,50 Gy与60 Gy的疗效无差异,推荐50 Gy为常用放疗剂量。
