介绍了由导电HDPE防渗膜和预埋渗漏监控模块共同构成的集成永久性防渗膜渗漏监控系统及其基本工作原理,阐述了第3代导电防渗膜以及渗漏监控模块的特点,重点介绍了在贵州省环境保护厅监督下进行的我国第1次防渗膜永久监控系统现场验证实验,就实验场地规划、导电防渗膜的安装与检测、渗漏监控模块的安装、系统调试和实验过程分别做了说明。实验结果表明,监控系统可以对直径1 cm的小孔渗漏发出实时报警信号,定位的漏点与实际漏点间的差距仅为0.68 m,相对于1 405 m^2的实验区域,定位精度达到了1/1 000,显示了极高的敏感度和良好的渗漏定位能力。该现场验证实验的成功,对于建立有效的填埋场环境监控系统有着积极的影响。

Adsorption behavior of Azo Dye C. I. Acid Red 14 in aqueous solution on surface soils

Azo dyes have received considerable attention because of their association with various human health problems. The aim of the investigation is to determine the adsorption behavior ofazo dyes in aqueous solution on DG06, gse17200, and gse17201 soils using C. I. Acid Red 14 （AR14） as example. The experimental results indicate that the Freundlich model expresses the adsorption isotherm better than the Langmuir model and the pseudo-second-order model achieves adsorption of AR14 on the three soils well. Based on the pseudo-second-order model, the adsorption thermodynamic of AR14 on DG06 soil have been studied and the thermodynamics parameter of AGO is determined and AGO value shows the adsorption process of AR14 on DG06 is mainly physical in nature. Furthermore, the effects of temperature, pH and salinity （NaC1） on adsorption have been investigated. The decrease in pH or the increase in salinity enhances the adsorption of AR14 by DG06, gse17200, and gse17201.

A geospatial search engine for discovering multi-format geospatial data across the web

The volume of publically available geospatial data on the web is rapidly increasing due to advances in server-based technologies and the ease at which data can now be ***,challenges remain with connecting individuals searching for geospatial data with servers and websites where such data *** objective of this paper is to present a publically available Geospatial Search Engine(gse)that utilizes a web crawler built on top of the Google search engine in order to search the web for geospatial *** crawler seeding mechanism combines search terms entered by users with predefined keywords that identify geospatial data services.A procedure runs daily to update map server layers and metadata,and to eliminate servers that go *** gse supports Web Map Services,ArcGIS services,and websites that have geospatial data for *** applied the gse to search for all available geospatial services under these formats and provide search results including the spatial distribution of all obtained *** enhancements to our gse and to web crawler technology in general lie ahead,our work represents an important step toward realizing the potential of a publically accessible tool for discovering the global availability of geospatial data.

Bioinformatics Analysis of the Relationship between Lifestyle and Prostate Cancer

In this study,we assessed the relationship between lifestyle and prostate *** selected the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)dataset gse10306 to analyze the expression levels of ataxin10(ATXN10),interferon related developmental regulator 1(IFRD1),formin-binding protein 1 like(FNBP1 L)and THO complex 2(THOC2)in prostate biopsies pre and post intensive nutrition and lifestyle *** a three-month intervention of nutrition and lifestyle,these genes showed a significant *** database analysis showed that the four genes exhibited high expression in prostate cancer tissues compared with normal prostate tissues,which indicated that comprehensive lifestyle changes may modify the progression of prostate cancer mediated by altering the expression of ATXN10,FNBP1 L,THOC2 and *** the four genes,the high expression of IFRD1 was found to indicate a worse overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS).FNBP1 L and THOC2 were associated with CD8+T cell infiltration of prostate *** also speculated a possible regulatory network for lifestyle to influence miRNA,subsequently influencing the expression of relevant *** findings suggested that these genes may be used as potential target sites for the treatment of prostate cancer.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)is a malignancy of bone marrow lymphoid *** effective treatments,the causes of its progression or recurrence are still *** prognostic biomarkers is needed for early diagnosis and more effective *** study was performed to identify long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)involved in ALL progression by constructing a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)*** lncRNAs may serve as potential new biomarkers in the development of *** gse67684 dataset identiﬁed changes in lncRNAs and mRNAs involved in ALL *** from this study were re-analyzed,and probes related to lncRNAs were ***,miRTarBase,and miRcode databases were used to identify microRNAs(miRNAs)related to the discovered genes and *** ceRNA network was constructed,and the candidate lncRNAs were ***,the results were validated with reverse transcription quantitative real-time PCR(RT-qPCR).The ceRNA network outcomes demonstrated that the top lncRNAs associated with altered mRNAs in ALL are IRF1-AS1,MCM3AP-AS1,TRAF3IP2-AS1,HOTAIRM1,CRNDE,and *** of the subnets linked to MCM3AP-AS1,TRAF3IP2-AS1,and IRF1-AS1 indicated that these lncRNAs were considerably related to pathways associated with inﬂammation,metastasis,and *** expression levels of IRF1-AS1,MCM3AP-AS1,TRAF3IP2-AS1,CRNDE,and TUG1 were found in ALL samples compared to *** expression of MCM3AP-AS1,TRAF3IP2-AS1,and IRF1-AS1 is signiﬁcantly elevated during the progression of ALL,playing an oncogenic *** to their role in the main cancer pathways,lncRNAs could be suitable therapeutic and diagnostic targets in ALL.

Background:Primary biliary cholangitis(PBC)is a chronic biliary autoimmune liver disease characterized by intrahepatic *** mussotii Franch.(SMF)is a Tibetan medicine with hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory *** this study,the therapeutic effect and potential mechanisms of SMF on PBC were investigated by bioinformatics analysis and in vitro experimental validation,with the aim of promoting the progress of SMF and PBC ***:We first explored the therapeutic effects and key targets of SMF on PBC using a network pharmacology approach,further screened the core targets using the gse79850 dataset,and finally validated the results using molecular docking techniques and in vitro ***:By bioinformatics analysis,we identified core targets of SMF for PBC treatment(STAT3,JAK2,TNF-α,and IL-1β)and important signaling pathways:JAK-STAT,TNF,and *** molecular docking results showed that the significant components of SMF had good binding properties to the core *** vitro experiments showed that SMF extracts improved the extent of epithelial-mesenchymal transition in human intrahepatic biliary epithelial cells and had a significant reversal effect on epithelial-mesenchymal transition process markers and potential targets in ***:SMF may exert its therapeutic effects on PBC by acting on important targets such as STAT3,JAK2,TNF-α,IL-1β,Vimentin,and E-cadherin and the pathways in which they are involved.
