Taking role conflict as the starting point,this article examines and reflects on the development of clinical *** the process of the occurrence,development,and resolution of role conflicts among clinical teachers,there are many hidden issues related to the development of clinical *** development of clinical teacher teaching and role conflict management contain similar educational philosophies and practical *** study draws on classic theories and research achievements in the development of university teachers and conducts theoretical analysis and practical reflection on the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges from the perspective of role conflict in social *** recommendations are proposed,including strengthening the construction of teaching systems at the hospital organizational environment level,enhancing the role identity and teacher beliefs of clinical teachers,promoting their teaching development and academic learning,and ensuring their normal teaching investment;promoting leadership support at the level of interpersonal interaction and leveraging the role of colleague support in alleviating role conflicts;enhancing individual teacher beliefs,teacher role learning,and role skills.

结直肠的新生物发生总是被认为与饮食习惯有关,部分病因可能归咎于胆酸的变化,在动物模型试验中它已被证实能促进新生物形成.Newmark和他的同事们提出钙在肠腔内能与胆酸结合,从而抑制了它们促进增生和致癌的作用.已有动物实验表明,食物中的钙对胆酸引起的肠粘膜损伤和实验性肠内致癌效应有一种保护作用.大量的动物研究也支持钙在结直肠内有抗新生物的作用:①钙能抑制由胆酸和其他致癌物质引起的肠内粘膜损伤和过度增生;②一项实验室研究表明钙能抑制肿瘤ras基因突变;③钙的作用是通过与磷酸钙形成复合物使胆酸或粪便脂肪沉淀.补钙能降低粪便的细胞毒性,降低胆酸池中的二次性胆酸比例以及降低粪便中胆酸的浓度.

Gravitational wave(GW) astronomy is witnessing a transformative shift from terrestrial to space-based detection, with missions like Taiji at the forefront. While the transition brings unprecedented opportunities for exploring massive black hole binaries(MBHBs), it also imposes complex challenges in data analysis, particularly in parameter estimation amidst confusion *** this gap, we utilize scalable normalizing flow models to achieve rapid and accurate inference within the Taiji environment. Innovatively, our approach simplifies the data's complexity, employs a transformation mapping to overcome the year-period time-dependent response function, and unveils additional multimodality in the arrival time parameter. Our method estimates MBHBs several orders of magnitude faster than conventional techniques, maintaining high accuracy even in complex backgrounds. These findings significantly enhance the efficiency of GW data analysis, paving the way for rapid detection and alerting systems and enriching our ability to explore the universe through space-based GW observation.

High-sensitivity room-temperature multi-dimensional infrared(IR)detection is crucial for military and civilian ***,the gapless electronic structures and unique optoelectrical properties have made the two-dimensional(2D)topological semimetals promising candidates for the realization of multifunctional optoelectronic ***,we demonstrated the in-situ construction of high-performance 1T’-MoTe_(2)/ge Schottky junction device by inserting an ultrathin AlOx passivation *** good detection performance with an ultra-broadband detection wavelength range of up to 10.6 micron,an ultrafast response time of~160 ns,and a large specific detectivity of over 109 Jones in mid-infrared(MIR)range surpasses that of most 2D materials-based IR sensors,approaching the performance of commercial IR *** on-chip integrated device arrays with 64 functional detectors feature high-resolution imaging capability at room *** these outstanding detection features have enabled the demonstration of position-sensitive detection *** demonstrates an exceptional position sensitivity of 14.9 mV/mm,an outstanding nonlinearity of 6.44%,and commendable trajectory tracking and optoelectronic demodulation *** study not only offers a promising route towards room-temperature MIR optoelectronic applications,but also demonstrates a great potential for application in optical sensing systems.

During the 20th century the global climate has been shifted towards warmer and drier regimes, mainly due to anthropogenic warming [1,2]. Climate changes can notably disrupt the environment and ecosystems. To evaluate the impacts of climate change on ecoregions, the Kdppen-Trewartha (K-T) climate classification [3] is widely used because it was constructed on the basis of surface vegetation. The K-T classification system combines temperature, precipitation, and their seasonality into a single metric. Six major climate types and several sub-climate types are defined (A: tropical, B: dry, C: subtropical, D: temperate, E: subpolar, F: polar). Each K-T climate type is consistent with certain prevalent plant species. Definitions and criteria of K-T climate types were outlined by Feng et al.[4].

As the evolution of mobile technology, mobile devices have become an essential tool in people＇s daily life. Moreover, with the rapid growth of Internet and mobile networks, people can easily access various services provided by mobile platforms. Many services can be executed on the mobile devices with various mobile applications launched to mobile platforms. People can choose what they like to install in their mobile devices and hence make their life more convenient, entertaining, and productive. However, there are too many mobile applications for users to choose. The goal of this research is to propose a methodology which can recommend top-N lists for mobile applications. A comment correlation matrix is proposed. Furthermore, a recommendation algorithm for mobile applications based on user comments and key attributes is built. With the proposed method, it outperforms Google play and is closer to user real feelings.

An interdisciplinary investigation was conducted to assess the impact of climate change on grain yields using an economy-climate model （C-D-C）. The model was formulated by incorporating climate factors into the classic Cobb-Douglas （C-D） economic production function model. The economic meanings of the model output elasticities are described and elucidated. The C-D-C model was applied to the assessment of the impact of climate change on grain yields in China during the past 20 years, from 1983 through 2002. In the study, the land of China was divided into eight regions, and both the C-D-C and C-D models were applied to each individual region. The results suggest that the C-D-C model is superior to the classic C-D model, indicating the importance of climate factors. Prospective applications of the C-D-C model are discussed.
