Objective:To assess the epidemiology of urinary schistosomiasis and soil-transmitted helminthiasis among women of reproductive age in Mwaluphamba,Kwale County,***:A community-based cross-sectional study design was employed to randomly sample 422 women of reproductive age(15-ges in Mwaluphamba *** specimens were collected and examined using the Kato-Katz method,while filtration technique was used to analyze urine ***’sociodemographic details were obtained using a standardized ***:Urinary schistosomiasis prevalence was at 4.7%(20/422,95%CI 2.8%-6.9%)while the prevalence of soil-transmitted helminthiasis infection was 4.5%(19/422,95%CI 2.6%-6.7%).The infection intensities of urinary schistosomiasis among the study participants ranged from 1 to 120 eggs/10 mL of urine with median egg count of 18.45 eggs/10 *** patients were diagnosed with light infection,of 56.16 egg/gram and 48.48 egg/gram for Trichuris trichiura and hookworms,*** without latrines had 15.7 times higher risk of having urinary schistosomiasis compared to those with a ***,use of surface water(aOR=1.0,95%CI 0.2-1.4,P=0.010)and crossing the river to go to a place(aOR=1.1,95%CI 0.3-1.6,P=0.009)were statistically significant risk factors for getting urinary *** bivariable regression analysis,defecating around the water source(OR=4.3,95%CI 1.5-12.9)had a statistically significant association with the prevalence of soil-transmitted helminthiasis(P=0.008).Conclusions:This study has given an insight on the prevalence and intensity of urinary schistosomiasis and soil-transmitted helminthiasis in Mwaluphamba location that form a basis for strengthening the control and elimination programmes for these neglected tropical diseases.

This paper regards the uncredited value-added tax(VAT)refund policy promulgated in 2018 as an exogenous shock to improve the neutrality for *** on the statistics of listed companies in the non-financial sectors from 2013 to 2020,this paper applies the difference-in-differences(DID)approach to study the impact of the uncredited VAT refund policy on corporate cash *** study finds that the policy has eased the impact of non-tax-neutral impact of non-refundable tax credits and lowered the level of corporate cash ***,the analysis of capital sources verified that the policy has optimized the corporate capital *** findings have proved to be robust after a series of *** the level of cross-sectional differences,the uncredited VAT refund policy exerts both"resource effect"and"signal effect",enabling companies to reduce cash holdings in the dimensions of both tax endowment and market *** the level of policy effects,the policy improved the corporate behavior of high cash holdings for the production and operation cycle,with more notable impact on enterprises with higher tax credit *** the level of economic consequences,the adjustment of corporate cash holdings induced by uncredited VAT refund policy has significantly improved operating performance and reduced performance volatility,with a greater impact on enterprises with high capital *** research findings evaluate the uncredited VAT refund policy from the perspective of tax neutrality,laying a theoretical foundation for further optimizing the uncredited VAT refund policy and the modern fiscal,tax and financial systems.

The study on corporate governance evaluation and index is a worldwide topic in the area of corporate governance theory and practice. The top management acts as the core in the corporate governance evaluation system and the evaluation on top management is the final receptor of the corporate governance *** management governance evaluation also has unique characteristics for different nations. The fundamental cause of the frequent infringement of the top management in the public-listed companies is the governance runaway in the process of change from the current administrational governance to economical governance. The top management’s existing problems indicate remarkably the corporate governance risk. The issue of management governance has become the prominent token of the sticking point of the public-listed companies’ governance in China. The thesis, on the basis of the review of the top management governance evaluation in China and abroad, and from the perspective of the object of corporate governance--the management, constructs the evaluation index to measure and assess top management governance of the public-listed companies in China, and makes an empirical study on the current situation of 931 Chinese public-listed companies governance in terms of industry (trading), nature of the biggest shareholder, appointment and removal system, execution guarantee system, motivation and regulation system. Meanwhile, the thesis constructs comprehensive performance evaluation system of the public-listed companies by reviewing the efficiency of the companies from optimization and safety, and makes a comprehensive and regression research on the two evaluation indexes. The evaluation result shows that the overall top management governance in China is poor;The scores, which main factors get, are remarkably different.
