The incidence and mortality rates of cancer are increasing every year worldwide but the survival rate of cancer patients is still ***,it is necessary to further elucidate the molecular mechanisms involved in tumor development and drug resis-tance to improve cancer cure or survival *** recent years,autophagy has become a hot topic in the field of oncology research,which plays a double-edged role in tumorigenesis,pro-gression,and drug ***,long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)has also been shown to regulate autophagy,and the two-sided nature of autophagy determines the dual regulatory role of autophagy-related IncRNAs(ARlncRNAs).Therefore,ARlncRNAs can be effective ther-apeutic targets for various ***,the high abundance and stability of ARlncR-NAs in tumor tissues make them promising *** this review,we summarized the roles and mechanisms of ARlncRNAs in tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion,drug resistance,angiogenesis,radiation resistance,and immune *** addition,we described the clinical significance of these ARlncRNAs,including as biomarkers/therapeutic targets and their association with clinical drugs.

A major challenge for the efficient treatment of traumatic brain injury is the need for therapeutic molecules to cross the blood-brain barrier to enter and accumulate in brain *** overcome this problem,researchers have begun to focus on nanocarriers and other brain-targeting drug delivery *** this review,we summarize the epidemiology,basic pathophysiology,current clinical treatment,the establishment of models,and the evaluation indicators that are commonly used for traumatic brain *** also report the current status of traumatic brain injury when treated with nanocarriers such as liposomes and *** can overcome a variety of key biological barriers,improve drug bioavailability,increase intracellular penetration and retention time,achieve drug enrichment,control drug release,and achieve brain-targeting drug ***,the application of nanocarriers remains in the basic research stage and has yet to be fully translated to the clinic.

The formation of humins hampers the large-scale production of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)in ***,a detailed reaction network of humin formation at the initial stage of fructose-to-HMF dehydration in water is delineated by combined experimental,spectroscopic,and theoretical *** bimolecular reaction pathways to build up soluble humins are *** is,the intermolecular etherification of β-furanose at room temperature initiates the C12 path,whereas the C-C cleavage of a-furanose at 130-150℃ leads to C11 path,and that of open-chain fructose at 180℃ to C11' *** successive intramolecular dehydrations and condensations of the as-formed bimolecular intermediates lead to three types of soluble *** show that the C12 path could be restrained by using HCl or AlCl_(3) catalyst,and both the C12 and C110 paths could be effectively inhibited by adding THF as a co-solvent or accelerating heating rate via microwave heating.

Objective: Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic inflammatory and destructive arthritis, characterized by inflammatory infiltration and bone destruction. Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(HGWD) is traditional chinese medicine, which has been applied in the treatment of RA in clinical. The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of HGWD on collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) mouse ***: DBA/1J female mice were used to establish the collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) model. HGWD was administered intragastrically once a day for four weeks starting on the 22nd day after the first immunization. The body weight, hind paw thickness and clinical score were measured every five days. Gait analysis, histopathological staining, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), ultrasound imaging and micro-computed tomography imaging were performed to determine the effects of HGWD treatment on inflammation and bone structure in this model. Moreover, Real-time PCR and Western blot analysis were used to detect inflammatory factors m RNA and protein levels after HGWD intervention in RAW264.7 ***: HGWD attenuated symptoms of arthritis, suppressed inflammatory synovium area and the serum levels of inflammatory factors, inhibited joint space enlargement in the knee and ankle joints,reduced numbers of osteoclasts, protected bone destruction, as well as improved motor *** decreased the expression of m RNA for inflammatory factors and the protein expression levels of p-NF-ΚB and ***: These results suggested that HGWD suppresses inflammation, attenuates bone erosion and maintains motor function in collagen-induced arthritis mice.

Bile acids(BAs)are natural metabolites in mammals and have the potential to function as drugs against viral ***,the limited understanding of chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA)receptors and downstream signaling,along with its lower suppression efficiency in inhibiting virus infection limits its clinical *** this study,we demonstrate that farnesoid X receptor(FXR),the receptor of CDCA,negatively regulates interferon signaling,thereby contributing to the reduced effectiveness of CDCA against virus *** deficiency or pharmacological inhibition enhances interferon signaling activation to suppress virus ***,FXR impairs the DNA binding and transcriptional abilities of activated interferon regulatory factor 3(IRF3)through *** IRF3 transcriptional activity by FXReIRF3 interaction significantly undermines the expression of Interferon Beta 1(IFNB1)and the antiviral response of cells,especially upon the CDCA *** FXR-deficient cells,or when combined with Z-guggulsterone(GUGG)treatment,CDCA exhibits a more potent ability to restrict virus ***,these findings suggest that FXR serves as a limiting factor for CDCA in inhibiting virus replication,which can be attributed to the“signaling-brake”roles of FXR in interferon *** FXR inhibition represents a promising pharmaceutical strategy for the clinical application of BAs metabolites as antiviral drugs.

Regulatory T(T_(reg))cells play an essential role in maintaining immune balance across various physiological and pathological ***,the mechanisms underlying T_(reg)homeostasis remain incompletely ***,we report that RIPK1 is crucial for T_(reg) cell survival and *** generated mice with T_(reg) cell-specific ablation of Ripk1 and found that these mice developed fatal systemic autoimmunity due to a dramatic reduction in the Treg cell compartment caused by excessive cell *** conventional T cells,Treg cells with Ripk1 deficiency were only partially rescued from cell death by blocking FADD-dependent ***,simultaneous removal of both Fadd and Ripk3 completely restored the homeostasis of Ripk1-deficient Treg cells by blocking two cell death ***,our study highlights the critical role of RIPK1 in regulating Treg cell homeostasis by controlling both apoptosis and necroptosis,thereby providing novel insights into the mechanisms of Treg cell homeostasis.
