The trend towards smart greenhouses stems from various factors,including a lack of agricultural land area owing to population concentration and housing construction on agricultural land,as well as water *** study proposes building a full farming adaptation model that depends on current sensor readings and available datasets from different agricultural research *** proposed model uses a one-dimensional convolutional neural network(CNN)deep learning model to control the growth of strategic crops,including cucumber,pepper,tomato,and *** proposed model uses the Internet of Things(IoT)to collect data on agricultural operations and then uses this data to control and monitor these operations in real *** helps to ensure that crops are getting the right amount of fertilizer,water,light,and temperature,which can lead to improved yields and a reduced risk of crop *** dataset is based on data collected from expert farmers,the photovoltaic construction process,agricultural engineers,and research *** experimental results showed that the precision,recall,F1-measures,and accuracy of the one-dimensional CNN for the tested dataset were approximately 97.3%,98.2%,97.25%,and 97.56%,*** new smart greenhouse automation system was also evaluated on four crops with a high turnover *** system has been found to be highly effective in terms of crop productivity,temperature management and water conservation.

Interface engineering has gradually attracted substantial research interest in constructing active bifunctional catalysts toward urea *** fundamental understanding of the crystallinity transition of the components on both sides of the interface is extremely significant for realizing controllable construction of catalysts through interface engineering,but it still remains a ***,the Ni/NiO heterogenous nanoparticles are successfully fabricated on the porous N-doped carbon spheres by a facile hydrothermal and subsequent pyrolysis *** for the first time we show the experimental observation that the Ni/NiO interface can be fine-tuned via simply tailoring the heating rate during pyrolysis process,in which the crystalline/amorphous or crystalline/crystalline Ni/NiO heterostructure is deliberately constructed on the porous N-doped carbon spheres(named as CA-Ni/NiO@NCS or CC-Ni/NiO@NCS,respectively).By taking advantage of the unique porous architecture and the synergistic effect between crystalline Ni and amorphous NiO,the well-designed CA-Ni/NiO@NCS displays more remarkable urea oxidation reaction(UOR)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activity than its crystalline/crystalline counterpart of CC-Ni/NiO@***,the whole assembled two-electrode electrolytic cell using the elaborate CANi/NiO@NCS both as the anode and cathode can realize the current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2)at a super low voltage of 1.475 V(264 mV less than that of pure water electrolysis),as well as remarkable prolonged stability over 63 ***,the H_(2)evolution driven by an AA battery and a commercial solar cell is also studied to enlighten practical applications for the future.

Changing climate intensifies heat stress,resulting in a greater risk of workplace productivity decline in timber office buildings with low internal thermal *** impact of climate change induced heat exposure on indoor workplace productivity in timber office buildings has not been extensively ***,further investigation to reduce the work capacity decline towards the end of the century is ***,heat exposure in a net zero-carbon timber building near Brussels,Belgium,was evaluated using a reproducible comparative approach with different internal thermal mass *** analysis indicated that strategies with increased thermal mass were more effective in limiting the effects of heat exposure on workplace *** medium and high thermal mass strategies reduced workplace productivity loss to 0.1%in the current,0.3%and 0.2%in the midfuture,and 4.9%and 3.9%for future *** comparison,baseline with low thermal mass yielded a decline of 2.3%,3.3%,and 8.2%.The variation in maximum and minimum wet-bulb globe temperatures were also lower for medium and high thermal mass strategies than for low thermal mass *** study findings lead to the formulation of design guidelines,identification of research gaps,and recommendations for future work.

The rapid advancement of wireless communication is forming a hyper-connected 5G network in which billions of linked devices generate massive amounts of *** traffic control and data forwarding functions are decoupled in software-defined networking(SDN)and allow the network to be *** switch in SDN keeps track of forwarding information in a flow *** SDN switches must search the flow table for the flow rules that match the packets to handle the incoming *** to the obvious vast quantity of data in data centres,the capacity of the flow table restricts the data plane’s forwarding ***,the SDN must handle traffic from across the whole *** flow table depends on Ternary Content Addressable Memorable Memory(TCAM)for storing and a quick search of regulations;it is restricted in capacity owing to its elevated cost and energy *** the flow table is abused and overflowing,the usual regulations cannot be executed *** this case,we consider lowrate flow table overflowing that causes collision flow rules to be installed and consumes excessive existing flow table capacity by delivering packets that don’t fit the flow table at a low *** study introduces machine learning techniques for detecting and categorizing low-rate collision flows table in SDN,using Feed ForwardNeuralNetwork(FFNN),K-Means,and Decision Tree(DT).We generate two network topologies,Fat Tree and Simple Tree Topologies,with the Mininet simulator and coupled to the OpenDayLight(ODL)*** efficiency and efficacy of the suggested algorithms are assessed using several assessment indicators such as success rate query,propagation delay,overall dropped packets,energy consumption,bandwidth usage,latency rate,and *** findings showed that the suggested technique to tackle the flow table congestion problem minimizes the number of flows while retaining the statistical consistency of the 5G *** putting the proposed flow method

Optimal Location to Use Solar Energy in an Urban Situation

This study conducted in Lima, Peru, a combination of spatial decisionmaking system and machine learning was utilized to identify potentialsolar power plant construction sites within the city. Sundial measurementsof solar radiation, precipitation, temperature, and altitude were collectedfor the study. Gene Expression Programming (GEP), which is based on theevolution of intelligent models, and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) wereboth utilized in this investigation, and the results obtained from each werecompared. Eighty percent of the data was utilized during the training phase,while the remaining twenty percent was utilized during the testing phase. Onthe basis of the findings, it was determined that the GEP is the most suitablenetwork for predicting the location. The test state’s Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency(NSE) was 0.90, and its root-mean-square error (RMSE) was 0.04. Followingthe generation of the final map based on the results of the GEP model, itwas determined that 9.2% of the province’s study area is suitable for theconstruction of photovoltaic solar power plants, while 53.5% is acceptable and37.3% is unsuitable. The ANN model reveals that only 1.7% of the study areais suitable for the construction of photovoltaic solar power plants, while 66.8%is acceptable and 31.5% is unsuitable.
