Respiratory rate monitoring is of great significance in pig healthy breeding for the early detection and timely prevention of respiratory diseases. Humidity sensing is an important noncontact method to monitor pig respiration, which does not cause direct harm to pigs and meets the requirements of animal welfare. This paper proposes a humidity sensor based on graphene oxide wrapped-silica microspheres （GO@SiO2）. First, the sensor shows fast response/recovery performances of0.24/0.73 s. Experiments demonstrate that the wrapped microsphere structure can inhibit water aggregation. It is speculated that the wrapped microsphere structure can inhibit the stacking of GO, and its curved surface can promote the evaporation of water molecules. Second, the sensor shows a high sensitivity of 1.2%/%RH–4.2%/%RH in 11%–95%RH range. This can be attributed to different sensing mechanisms, from hopping transport to increasing ion transport, leading to a significant change in the sensor’s resistance. Third, the sensor shows selectivity to water molecules due to the hydrophilic characteristic of GO and the significant increase in conductivity by ion transport. Finally, the sensor is applied to realize the respiratory rate monitoring of adult pigs and piglets.

As a potent pleiotropic cytokine, tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-ct） plays an important role in innate immune responses. The cDNA sequence and genomic structure of the TNF-α gene （AjTNF-c0 in the Japanese eel （Anguilla japonica） were identified and characterized. The full-length AjTNF-α cDNA was 1 546 bp, including a 5＇-untranslated region （UTR） of 13 bp, a 3＇-UTR of 879 bp and an open reading frame of 654 bp encoding a protein of 218 amino acids. The full-length genomic sequence of AjTNF-ct was 2 392 bp and included four exons and three introns. The putative AjTNF-α protein contained TNF family signature motifs, including a protease cleavage site, a transmembrane domain and two conserved cysteine residues. Quantitative real-time reverse transcription PCR analysis revealed AjTNF-α expression in a wide range of tissues, with predominant expression in blood and liver. Lower levels of expression were seen in spleen, gills, kidney, intestine, heart, and skin, with very low levels in muscle. The modulation of AjTNF-ct expression after injection of eels with lipopolysaccharide （LPS）, the viral mimic, poly I：C, or Aeromonas hydrophila was assessed in blood, liver, and kidney. In blood, TNF-α mRNA levels increased rapidly and then rapidly decreased after stimulation with LPS, poly I：C or A. hydrophila. However, the response to LPS and A. hydrophila peaked at 6 h while for poly I：C the peak was at 12 h. In liver, after injection with A. hydrophila, an up- and down-regulation of AjTNF-ct expression occurred twice, peaking at 6 h and 24 h, respectively. No remarkable increase of AjTNF-α expression appeared in liver until 72 h after LPS or poly I：C treatment. In kidney, ApiNF-α expression increased significantly only at 72 h post-stimulation with LPS orA. hydrophila. Our results suggest that AjTNF-α plays an important role in fish in the defense against viral and bacterial infection.

Selective laser melting was used to produce an aluminum alloy Al-8.5Fe-1.3V-1.7Si（wt%）. The effects of heat treatment on microstructure evolution and phase stability during long-term thermal exposure of the deposits were investigated. Results show that the microquasi-crystalline phase, Al12（Fe,V）3Si and AlmF e metastable phases coexisted with α-Al in the as-produced alloy. Annealing at 400 ℃ resulted in decomposition of microquasi-crystalline phase and supersaturated α-Al into Al12（Fe, V）3Si phase in the fusion zone, accompanied by the decrease in alloy hardness. The activation energy of this decomposition process was 115 k J/mol. A more homogenous microstructure was obtained after annealing at 400 °C for 60 min,which was resistant to coarsening exposed at 425 °C up to 500 h. The Al12（Fe,V）3Si and AlmF e phases were coarsened at 475 and 525℃ with increasing the exposure time. Coarsening of Al12（Fe,V）3Si phase was attributed to a combination of volume diffusion and grain boundary diffusion mechanism of Fe. Heat treatment at 600℃ resulted in accelerated microstructure coarsening and formation of large-sized equilibrium phases, which signi？cantly degraded the room temperature microhardness.

The model of using colloidal magnetic fluid to build tunable negative-index photonic crystal is established. The effective permittivity εe and permeability μe of the two-dimensional photonic crystal are investigated in detail. For transverse magnetic polarization, both εe and μe exhibit a Lorentz-type anomalous dispersion, leading to a region where εe and μe are simultaneously negative. Then, considering a practical case, in which the thickness of photonic crystal is finite, the band structures for odd modes are calculated by the plane wave expansion method and the finite-difference time-domain method. The results suggest that reducing the external magnetic field strength or slab thickness will weaken the periodic modulation strength of the photonic crystal. Simulation results prove that the negative-index can be tuned by varying the external magnetic field strength or the slab thickness. The work presented in this paper gives a guideline for realizing the flat photonic crystal lens with tunable properties at optical frequencies, which may have potential applications in tunable near-field imaging systems.

Improving the application of nanomaterials has always been a research hotspot in the field of energetic materials(EMs)due to their obvious catalytic effect on the EMs,especially the uniformly dispersed ***,few studies have reported the dispersion of *** this study,the dispersity and mixing uniformity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)was evaluated based on the difference of solid UV light absorption between the nano-catalytic materials and *** nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)/ultrafine AP composites with different dispersity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)were prepared by manual grinding and mechanical grinding with different grinding strength and griding *** then,the absorbance of different samples at 212 nm was obtained by solid UV testing due to the high repeatability of the absorbance at 210-214 nm for three parallel experiments,and the dispersity of different samples was calculated through the established difference ***,the samples were characterized by XRD,IR,SEM,EDS,DSC and TG-MS,which confirmed that different mixing methods did not change the structure of the samples(XRD and IR),and the mixing uniformity improved with the increase of grinding strength and grinding time(SEM and EDS).The scientificity and feasibility of the difference equation were further verified by *** dispersity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)exhibits a positive intrinsic relationship with its catalytic performance,and the uniformly dispersed nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)significantly reduces the thermal decomposition temperature of ultrafine AP from 367.7 to 338.8℃.The TG-MS patterns show that the dispersed nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)advanced the thermal decomposition process of ultrafine AP by about 700 s,especially in the high temperature decomposition stage,and the more concentrated energy release characteristic is beneficial to further enhance the energy performance of AP-based *** above conclusions show that the evaluation method of dispersity based on solid UV curves could pro
