A sensitive and selective electrochemical sensor was developed to detect Vanillin using Mn/Zn/V(MZV)*** nanocomposites were synthesized by modified Sol-gel technique and characterized by FT-IR,UV-VIS,SEM,and XRD *** Voltammetry,Linear Sweep Voltammetry,and Differential Pulse Voltammetry experiments were performed on a three-electrode-based electrochemical system.A computational study(DFT)was used to support experimental data and understand chemistry at the working electrode/electrolyte *** specially designed working electrode showed a good sensing ability toward Vanillin in real and reference *** working electrode displays a linear response between the current density and concentration of Vanillin(20-120μM)with a lowest detection limit of 120μ*** characteristic oxidative(0.051 V)and reductive peak(0.47 V),formal potential(0.270 V),open circuit potential(-570 mV),current density,and Emid potential(0.025 V)of Vanillin help in qualitative *** and stability of working electrodes were tested for 60 days.

A well developed macropore network is advantageous in terms of transport processes regarding gas and water,as well as nutrient acquisition and root growth of crops.X-ray computed tomography provides a non-destructive method to visualize and quantify three-dimensional pore *** and morphological parameters of the complex pore system such as connectivity,tortuosity,porosity and pore surface area would be very useful for modeling and simulation of transport and exchange processes by providing quantitative data on relevant soil structural features and their modification by soil *** scope of this study was to analyze and quantify the development of soil structure in the subsoil depending on three different precrop species(alfalfa A,chicory C and fescue F),at three depths(45,60 and 75 cm)and cultivation periods(1,2 and 3 years).Furthermore,morphological(air-filled porosityθa,pore surface area)and geometrical(pore diameter,connectivity,continuity,tortuosityτ)parameters were gathered with X-ray CT and image *** an experimental field trial(Germany)with a Haplic Luvisol as soil type samples were taken and ***-capacity(θa)was measured in the laboratory for the same cylinders and compared to the results derived by image ***-capacity was highest for alfalfa(3 years,75 cm).Tortuosity(τ)ranged between 1.3 and 4.38,while alfalfa(3 years)showed the highest value,which indicated structural development due to crack formation by enhanced root water ***,an increase in accessible surface may improve water and nutrient supply for plants,whereas the highτvalues may assume that oxygen supply is *** was found that the interaction of gas-diffusivity and the calculated parameters should be further investigated in terms of limitations to plant growth.

The study on condition for enzymic hydrolysis of in egg white proteins using a dual quadratic rotary, orthogonal and regressive design shows that the optimum temperature was 68 5 ℃, and the optimum pH is 8 21 at the substrate concentration of 5 5%. Mathematic model has been established to reveal the relationship between enzyme concentration and hydrolytic time with respect to the same NR.

The optimization of fermentation medium for alpha-galactosidase production by Aspergillus foetidus ZU-G1 was investigated in shaker flask fermentation.A one-factor-at-a-time experiment was used to screen the preferable nutriment(carbon sources,nitrogen sources,and essential elements) for alpha-galactosidase production. A fractional factorial design was used to screen the main 5 factors,soybean meal,wheat bran,KHPO,FeSO·7HO, and the medium initial pH,that affected the production of *** central composite experimental design was further adopted to derive a statistical model for optimizing the composition of the fermentation medium. The experimental results showed that the optimum fermentation medium for alpha-galactosidase production by Aspergillus foetidus ZU-G1 was composed of 3.2%soybean meal(w/v),2%wheat bran(w/v),0.1%KHPO(w/v), and 0.05%FeSO·7HO(w/v);initial medium pH was *** results further predicted that alpha-galactosidase activity reached 64.75 U/mL after 96-h incubation in this medium,which was approximately 7 times higher than that incubated in the nonoptimized *** time course of alpha-galactosidase production in the optimized medium composition was also carried out to validate themodel.

Our trial was conducted to study the effects of formic acid(FA) and potassium di-formate(KDF) in broiler ration on performance, carcass traits, blood biochemical, intestinal microbial load, histological picture of intestine and immune parameters of broilers. In this study 360 one-day-old broiler chicks were divided to 3 groups with 3 replicates of 40 chicks each. The trial continued for 35 days. The control group was fed only basal diet(G1). Group 2(G2) were fed basal diet supplemented with FA(5 g/kg diet), and group 3(G3) received basal diet supplemented with KDF(5 g/kg diet). The results showed that both FA and KDF significantly increased body weight gain(BWG), dressing percentage of broilers and significantly decreased feed conversion ratio(FCR)(P < 0.05). The highest percent of breast and thigh was observed in G3. The improvement in villus height was observed in G2 and G3 compared with the control one, and the highest was in G3. The results evidence that the using of FA or KDF in broiler feeds have significant effects on performance, immune parameters, and gut health without having any significant effects on blood biochemical. However, KDF is more effective than FA as little amount of FA reaches the small intestine due to metabolism and absorption, whereas KDF permits a proportion of FA to pass through the fore-gut intact and enter the small intestinal tract. In addition, FA has a strong odor and corrosiveness to gastrointestinal tract which limits its use.

In this study,co-encapsulation technique was used to produce microcapsules utilized as a multi-functional delivery vehicle for valuable nutritional *** compounds including probiotic bacteria namely Bifidobacterium lactis BB12,fish oil and pomegranate peel extract(PPE)that is rich in polyphenols as revealed by HPLC *** with different formulae were produced and the encapsulation efficiency(EE)of probiotic bacteria and fish oil was *** suggest that the presence of fish oil and PPE enhanced the EE of probiotic bacteria and this positive effect increased with the increasing of the mentioned 2 ***,PPE protected the encapsulated probiotic bacteria from declining during the storage for 30 *** acted as an effective antioxidant and decreased the formation of both dienes and trienes and assisted in the preservation of the unsaturated moiety of fish oil compared to other microcapsules with no *** food application,the multi-functional microcapsules were incorporated into soft *** analysis of fish oil was carried out during cheese storage and showed similar results to those found with free *** addition,the presence of probiotic bacteria and/or PPE in microcapsules decreased the deterioration and delayed the oxidation of fish *** the other hand,probiotic survivability showed to be similar in different microcapsules incorporated into cheese.

The management of post-stroke complications plays an important role in the quality of ***-Tan Decoction(DTD;涤痰汤)is a widely used traditional Chinese *** study incorporated systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy of DTD in post-stroke neurological *** clinical trials(RCTs)were searched from English,Chinese and Korean electronic medical databases,by including the keywords"Di-Tan Tang","Di-Tan Decoction","Scour Phlegm Decoction","stroke",and"*** RCT included control(placebo,conventional therapy,or Western medicine)and experimental(DTD treatment)*** patients inflicted with stroke for 1-6 weeks,the outcomes of post-stroke neurological disorders were measured by scales for post-stroke symptoms and were classified as"completely healed","markedly effective","effective"and"ineffective".Totally,11 RCTs(n=490 controls and n=502 DTD subjects)were selected from 210 articles identified in the initial search.A metaanalysis of evaluation criteria in post-stroke symptoms revealed that the overall odds ratio(ORs)for alleviating post-stroke neurological disorders were 0.30-fold lower(95%CI=0.21-0.43)in the DTD group than the control(Western medicine)group(P<0.00001).Moreover,regardless of the type of stroke diagnostic scale applied(including NFA,HDS,and NIHSS),the overall post-stroke symptoms determined were less severe in the DTD group(n=219)than the control group(n=217).No adverse effects of DTD were observed in the 11 RCTs *** 11 studies used an appropriate method for randomization of subjects to evaluate the risk of bias(ROB),and 7 studies included allocation concealment as well as blinding of patients and ***-risk ROB was included in6 *** significant publication bias was derived from the funnel *** results indicate that the administration of DTD alone,and DTD in combination with Western medicine,exert greater efficacy for post-stroke complication therapy,than Western medicine administ

Objective:Fascioliasis and dicrocoeliasis are the two endemic parasitic diseases of Iran that make lots of economical damages *** study has been performed to evaluate infection rate of domesticated animals to fascioliasis and dicrocoeliasis among of slaughtered animals in slaughterhouses of ***:In this crosssectional study infection rate of slaughtered animals has been analyzed in 28 provinces of Iran during 5 years period(2003-2007).Results:It is indicated that infection rate was 4.84%to fascioliasis and dicrocoeliasis in this five-year study *** removed livers were 815 807 and 771 026 numbers from consumption cycle for fascioliasis and dicrocoeliasis respectively from 32 714 926 slaughtered *** highest infection rate was Gilan(20.91%),Mazandaran(16.36%),and Esfahan(9.95%) respectively among studied provinces while the lowest infection rate was indicated in Ilam(0.76%),Boushehr(0.84%),and Yazd(1.51%) respectively. Our data proved the highest frequency rate were identified in summer and autumn for both fascioliasis and ***:Fascioliasis and dicrocoeliasis are continuously increasing in slaughter animals of *** the results of current study can improve and move up activities against these zoonosis diseases.
