This paper deals with the study of fractional order system tuning method based on Factional Order Proportional Integral Derivative( FOPID) controller in allusion to the nonlinear characteristics and fractional order mathematical model of bioengineering systems. The main contents include the design of FOPID controller and the simulation for bioengineering systems. The simulation results show that the tuning method of fractional order system based on the FOPID controller outperforms the fractional order system based on Fractional Order Proportional Integral( FOPI) controller. As it can enhance control character and improve the robustness of the system.

For a large-scale adaptive array, the heavy computational load and the high-rate data transmission are two challenges in the implementation of an adaptive digital beamforming system. An efficient parallel digital beamforming （DBF） algorithm based on the least mean square algorithm （PLMS） is proposed. An appropriate method is found to partition the least mean square （LMS） algorithm into a number of operational modules, which can be easily executed in a distributed-parallel-processing fashion. As a result, the proposed PLMS algorithm provides an effective solution that can alleviate the bottleneck of high-rate data transmission and reduce the computational cost. PLMS requires less computational load than that of the conventional parallel algorithms based on the recursive least square （RLS） algorithm, as well as it is easier to be implemented to do real time adaptive array processing. Moreover, low sidelobe of the beam pattern is obtained by constraining the static steering vector with Tschebyscheff coefficients. Finally, a scheme of the PLMS algorithm using distributed-parallel-processing system is also proposed. The simulation results demonstrate that the PLMS algorithm has the same interference cancellation performance as that of the conventional LMS algorithm. Moreover, the PLMS algorithm can obtain the same good beamforming performance, regardless how the algorithm is partitioned. It is expected that the proposed algorithm will be used in a large-scale adaptive array system to deal with real time adaptive digital beamforming processing.

Since wireless links in Ad hoc networks are more fragile than those in traditional wireless networks due to route flapping,multi-node cooperation plays an important role in ensuring the quality of service( QoS). Based on the authors' previous work,this paper proposes a receiver-controlled multi-node cooperation routing protocol,known as AODV-RCC. In this protocol,nodes form a cooperation group based on signal power. In a cooperation group,signal power between a partner and a transmitter,as well as signal power between the partner and the receiver,must be larger than the signal power between the transmitter and the receiver. Otherwise,the transmission will not benefit from cooperation. To avoid collision or congestion,each cooperation group only contains one partner. This partner offers both data and ACK cooperative retransmission. Its retransmission time should be shorter than the internal retry time of the transmitter's MAC layer,because it is better for the partner to retransmit firstly,as it offers a more reliable cooperative link. In AODV-RCC,it is the receiver that chooses the partner,because the link between the partner and the receiver is the most important. According to our simulation results,AODV-RCC shortens the end-to-end delay and increases the packet delivery ratio.

A new method is proposed to analyze multi-component linear frequency modulated （LFM） signals, which eliminates cross terms in conventional Wigner-Ville distribution （WVD）. The approach is based on Radon transform and Hilbert-Huang transform （HHT）, which is a recently developed method adaptive to non-linear and non-stationary signals. The complicated signal is decomposed into several intrinsic mode functions （IMF） by the empirical mode decomposition （EMD）, which makes the consequent instantaneous frequency meaningful. After the instantaneous frequency and Hilbert spectrum are computed, multi-component LFM signals detection and parameter estimation are obtained using Radon transform on the Hilbert spectrum plane. The simulation results show its feasibility and effectiveness.

Antenna loads can modify the current distribution on the wires, thus improving antenna characteristics in the process. However, it is difficult to calculate appropriate loads of antenna near the ground because in half lossy space there are inherent situational complexities. This paper optimizes loads of antenna near the ground base using a half-determlned genetic algorithm. The numerical results show the HDGA has a quicker convergent speed and a better convergent value than the SGA.

The scheme for tracking maneuvering target based on neural fuzzy network with incremental neural learning is proposed. When tracked target maneuver occurs, the scheme can detect maneuver immediately and estimate the maneuver value accurately , then the tracking filter can be compensated correctly and duly by the estimated maneuver value. When environment changes, neural fuzzy network with incremental neural learning （INL-SONFIN） can find its optimal structure and parameters automatically to adopt to changed environment. So, it always produce estimated output very close to the true maneuver value that leads to good tracking performance and avoids misstracking. Simulation results show that the performance is superior to the traditional schemes and the scheme can fit changed dynamic environment to track maneuvering target accurately and duly.

Hyperspectral data fusion technique is the key to hyperspectral data processing in recent years. Many fusion methods have been proposed, but little research has been done to evaluate the performances of different data fusion methods. In order to meet the urgent need, quantitative correlation analysis(QCA) is proposed to analyse and compare the performances of different fusion methods directly from data before and after fusion. Experiment results show that the new method is effective and the results of comparison are in agreement with the results of application.

A system model is formulated as the maximization of a total utility function to achieve fair downlink data scheduling in multiuser orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （OFDM） wireless networks. A dynamic subcarrier allocation algorithm （DSAA） is proposed, to optimize the system model. The subcarrier allocation decision is made by the proposed DSAA according to the maximum value of total utility function with respect to the queue mean waiting time. Simulation results demonstrate that compared to the conventional algorithms, the proposed algorithm has better delay performance and can provide fairness under different loads by using different utility functions.

Polling system models have a wide range of important applications including time-sharing computer systems, industrial control, communications, and computer networks. In this paper, we propose a two-class priority- based polling system that uses gated and exhaustive services to achieve the priority-based scheme. This model is set up according to the method of the imbedded Markov chain theory and the generation function and explicitly analyzes key system performance characteristics including mean queue length, cyclic time, and throughput. Theoretical and simulation results are identical and demonstrate the efficiency of the model.
