Image Hiding with High Robustness Based on Dynamic Region Attention in the Wavelet Domain

Hidden capacity,concealment,security,and robustness are essential indicators of hiding ***,hiding algorithms tend to focus on algorithmic capacity,concealment,and security but often overlook the robustness of the *** practical applications,the container can suffer from damage caused by noise,cropping,and other attacks during transmission,resulting in challenging or even impossible complete recovery of the secret *** image hiding algorithm based on dynamic region attention in the multi-scale wavelet domain is proposed to address this issue and enhance the robustness of hiding *** this proposed algorithm,a secret image of size 256×256 is first decomposed using an eight-level Haar wavelet *** wavelet transform generates one coefficient in the approximation component and twenty-four detail bands,which are then embedded into the carrier image via a hiding *** the recovery process,the container image is divided into four non-overlapping parts,each employed to reconstruct a low-resolution secret *** lowresolution secret images are combined using densemodules to obtain a high-quality secret *** experimental results showed that even under destructive attacks on the container image,the proposed algorithm is successful in recovering a high-quality secret image,indicating that the algorithm exhibits a high degree of robustness against various *** proposed algorithm effectively addresses the robustness issue by incorporating both spatial and channel attention mechanisms in the multi-scale wavelet domain,making it suitable for practical *** conclusion,the image hiding algorithm introduced in this study offers significant improvements in robustness compared to existing *** ability to recover high-quality secret images even in the presence of destructive attacksmakes it an attractive option for various *** research and experimentation can explore the algorith

Dear Editor,This letter is concerned with the role of recurrent neural networks(RNNs)on the controller design for a class of nonlinear *** by the architectures of RNNs,the system states are stacked according to the dynamic along with time while the controller is represented as the neural network *** build the bridge between RNNs and finite-time controller,a novel activation function is imposed on RNNs to drive the convergence of states at finite-time and propel the overall control process *** stability proof is briefly provided for the convergence of the proposed finite-time *** last,a numerical simulation example is presented to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed *** networks can be classified as static(feedforward)and dynamic(recurrent)nets[1].The former nets do not perform well in dealing with training data and using any information of the local data structure[2].In contrast to the feedforward neural networks,RNNs are constituted by high dimensional hidden states with dynamics.

In this paper,the bifurcation properties of the vibro-impact systems with an uncertain parameter under the impulse and harmonic excitations are ***,by means of the orthogonal polynomial approximation(OPA)method,the nonlinear damping and stiffness are expanded into the linear combination of the state *** condition for the appearance of the vibro-impact phenomenon is to be transformed based on the calculation of themean ***,the stochastic vibro-impact systemcan be turned into an equivalent high-dimensional deterministic non-smooth *** different Poincarésections are chosen to analyze the bifurcation properties and the impact numbers are identified for the periodic ***,the numerical results verify the effectiveness of the approximation method for analyzing the considered nonlinear ***,the bifurcation properties of the system with an uncertain parameter are explored through the high-dimensional deterministic *** can be found that the excitation frequency can induce period-doubling bifurcation and grazing *** the randomintensitymay result in a diffusion-based trajectory and the impact with the constraint plane,which induces the topological behavior of the non-smooth system to change *** is also found that grazing bifurcation appears in advance with increasing of the random *** stronger impulse force can result in the appearance of the diffusion phenomenon.

Data-driven slicing for dimension reduction in regressions:A likelihood-ratio approach

To efficiently estimate the central subspace in sufficient dimension reduction,response discretization via slicing its range is one of the most used methodologies when inverse regression-based methods are ***,existing slicing schemes are almost all ad hoc and not widely ***,how to define datadriven schemes with certain optimal properties is a longstanding problem in this *** research described here is then ***,we introduce a likelihood-ratio-based framework for dimension reduction,subsuming the popularly used methods including the sliced inverse regression,the sliced average variance estimation and the likelihood acquired ***,we propose a regularized log likelihood-ratio criterion to obtain a data-driven slicing scheme and derive the asymptotic properties of the estimators.A simulation study is carried out to examine the performance of the proposed method and that of existing methods.A data set concerning concrete compressive strength is also analyzed for illustration and comparison.
