As an essential part in the toolbox of super-resolution microscopy,stimulated emission depletion(STED)nanoscopy has been widely explored in revealing the substructure and bioactivities in fluorescence *** the applied STED fluorophores,silicon-substituted rhodamines(SiRs)belong to one of the most extensively employed *** carboxy-SiR was favored in STED bioimaging with many advantages,including reliable photostability,cell permeability,tunable fluorogenicity,feasible structural decoration and so *** reviewed the research of carboxy-SiR in the STED nanoscopy and hopefully this can inspire more efforts in the design and application of STED fluorophores.

Precision agriculture accounts for within-field variability for targeted treatment rather than uniform treatment of an entire *** is built on agricultural mechanization and state-of-the-art technologies of geographical information systems(GIS),global positioning systems(GPS)and remote sensing,and is used to monitor soil,crop growth,weed infestation,insects,diseases,and water status in farm fields to provide data and information to guide agricultural management *** agriculture began with mapping of crop fields at different scales to support agricultural planning and decision *** the development of variable-rate technology,precision agriculture focuses more on tactical actions in controlling variable-rate seeding,fertilizer and pesticide application,and irrigation in real-time or within the crop season instead of mapping a field in one crop season to make decisions for the next crop *** the development of aerial variable-rate systems,low-altitude airborne systems can provide high-resolution data for prescription variable-rate *** systems for multispectral imaging using a number of imaging sensors(cameras)were *** aerial vehicles(UAVs)provide a unique platform for remote sensing of crop fields at slow speeds and low-altitudes,and they are efficient and more flexible than manned agricultural airplanes,which often cannot provide images at both low altitude and low speed for capture of high-quality *** are also more universal in their applicability than agricultural aircraft since the latter are used only in specific *** study presents the low-altitude remote sensing systems developed for detection of crop stress caused by multiple ***,as a special platform,were discussed for crop sensing based on the researchers'studies.

The one-colour resonant two-photon ionization （R2PI） spectrum of the 1-fluoronaphthalene （1FN） dimer has been studied in the wavelength range of 304 to 322 nm by using a supersonic molecular beam and time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Compared with the original band 00^0 （at 313.8 nm） of the S1 ← So transition of the 1FN monomer, a red-shifted band was observed in the 1FN dimer spectrum at about 315 nm with a relatively large linewidth, nearly 2 nm. Based on the consideration of inductive effect and ab initio calculations, this red-shifted band is assigned to the first electronic excited transition of the 1FN dimer. A possible geometric structure of the 1FN dimer is also obtained with calculations that the two 1FN molecules are combined through two hydrogen bonds which are formed between the hydrogen atom of a molecule and the fluorine atom of a neighbouring molecule. A time-dependent calculation was also carried out and the results are consistent with the experimental data.

When studying the regular polygonal inclusion in 1997, Nozaki and Taya discovered numerically some remarkable properties of Eshelby tensor： Eshelby tensor at the center and the averaged Eshelby tensor over the inclusion domain are equal to that of a circular inclusion and independent of the orientation of the inclusion. Then Kawashita and Nozaki justified the properties mathematically. In the present paper, some other properties of a regular polygonal inclusion are discovered. We find that for an N-fold regular polygonal inclusion except for a square, the arithmetic mean of Eshelby tensors at N rotational symmetrical points in the inclusion is also equal to the Eshelby tensor for a circular inclusion and independent of the orientation of the inclusion. Furthermore, in two corollaries, we point out that Eshelby tensor at the center, the averaged Eshelby tensor over the inclusion domain, and the line integral average of Eshelby tensors along any concentric circle of the inclusion are all identical with the arithmetic mean.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the relationship between the miR-21 level in peripheral blood and ***:A systematic literature searching of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,PubMed,Web of Science and EMBASE by keywords was performed up to the end of November *** statistical analysis was performed using the state16.0 ***:A total of 9 studies including 577 hypertension patients and 344 healthy controls were *** combined effect SMD was 1.53(95%CI:0.58-2.47,P=0.002).It is suggested that the level of miR-21 in peripheral blood of patients with hypertension is higher than that of *** subgroup analysis,the level of miR-21 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)in hypertensives was higher than that in controls(SMD=3.49,95%CI:1.24-5.74),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).But the association was not found in plasma(P=0.375).No publication bias was found in our study by Begg's funnel plot and Egger's ***:The increased level of miR-21 in peripheral blood,especially in PBMC,is a risk factor for *** by the number of included studies,the conclusion still needs to be verified by more high-quality studies.

The pumping test in an unconfined aquifer with and without a low-permeability soil was studied experimentally to reveal the influence of the negative air pressure （NP） caused by the upper layer on the water content （w）, the water pressure （Pw）, as well as on the capillary pressure （Pc）. The study demonstrates that the NP generated in the vadose zone during pumping in the capper aquifer has a significant influence on w, Pw and Pc The Pc obtained from the capped aquifer is smaller than that without the upper layer. After the NP reaches a peak, the influence of the NP on Pc. is gradually declined as the air inflows through the upper layer which makes the NP gradually return to zero. When the air pressure returns to the atmospheric pressure, Pc in the vadose zone is only correlated with Pw, the same as the case with no upper layer.

Rice blast is a devastating disease worldwide,threatening rice production and food *** blast fun-gus Magnaporthe oryzae invades the host via the appressorium,a specialized pressure-generating struc-ture that generates enormous turgor pressure to penetrate the host ***,owing to ongoing evolution of fungicide resistance,it is vitally important to identify new targets and ***,we show that Trs85,a subunit of the transport protein particle III complex,is essential for appressorium-mediated infection in *** explain how Trs85 regulates autophagy through Ypt1(a small guano-sine triphosphatase protein)in *** then identify a key conserved amphipathic a helix within Trs85 that is associated with pathogenicity of *** computer-aided screening,we identify a lead compound,SP-141,that affects autophagy and the Trs85–Ypt1 ***-141 demonstrates a substantial capacity to effectively inhibit infection caused by the rice blast fungus while also exhibiting wide-ranging potential as an antifungal agent with broad-spectrum *** together,our data show that Trs85 is a potential new target and that SP-141 has potential for the control of rice *** thus provide a novel strategy that may help in thefight against rice blast.

In this paper, a distributed control scheme has been developed for consensus of single integrator multi-agent systems with directed fixed communication topology for arbitrarily large constant, time-varying or distributed communication delays. It is proved that the closed loop control system can reach consensus with an exponential convergence rate if and only if the topology is quasi-strongly connected. Simulation results are also provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
