This study investigated the relationships between human resource(HR)practices,employee psychological empowerment,employee innovative work behavior,and firm innovation capability in the context of the Information and Communication Technology(ICT)sector in *** the social Exchange Theory(SET)as a guiding framework,this study explored how employee psychological empowerment and innovative work behavior mediated the influence of HR practices on a firm’s innovative *** on extensive data collected from ICT organizations in Jordan,our analysis had several key findings.A significant positive correlation between HR practices and psychological empowerment was *** design emerged as the most influential factor affecting psychological empowerment,whereas compensation had a weaker ***,we established that psychological empowerment significantly enhanced innovative work behavior,underscoring its role as a catalyst for innovative work behavior within the ***,our study supported the theory that psychological empowerment influenced a firms’innovation capabilities,emphasizing the pivotal role of employee empowerment in driving firm-level innovation in the Jordanian ICT *** findings provide insights for academic and practical audiences,clarifying how HR practices,employee psychological empowerment,and innovative work behavior collectively influenced firm innovation capability within the unique context of the Jordanian ICT sector.

This research paper investigates the relationship between high-performance work systems(HPWS),organisational memory,and employee in-role performance,focus-ing on the direct impact of HPWS on different dimensions of organisational memory and employee in-role performance,as well as the mediating role of organisational memory in this *** a sample of employees working in the tele-communications industry,the study employed structural equation modelling to ana-lyse the relationships among HPWS,organisational memory,and employee in-role *** findings revealed that HPWS positively influence all three dimen-sions of organisational memory and employee in-role performance,with organisa-tional memory partially mediating the relationship between HPWS and employee in-role ***,the study was limited to the telecommunications industry and Dhofar region and did not examine the potential moderating effects of individual-level or contextual factors on the relationships among HPWS,organisa-tional memory,and employee in-role *** study offers practical impli-cations for organizations seeking to improve employee performance and overall effectiveness by highlighting the importance of implementing high-performance work systems and managing organisational memory *** study contrib-utes to the literature on the relationships among HPWS,organisational memory,and employee in-role performance,providing valuable insights into the dynamics of organisational effectiveness.

The aviation industry is a sector that is developing, changing and growing every day in terms of technological and legal framework. There are generally three factors that enable airlines to hold on to the market. These factors are safety, service quality and price. Airline companies can analyze the customers in the market with a focus on price and quality and develop a business model according to their expectations. For example, business class and economy class passenger expectations are different from each other, so the service and price to be offered to them will be different. However, all customers have one common expectation and that is safety. No matter how high quality the service is or how cheap the price is, no one wants to fly with an airline or plane that is not safe. From an airline company’s point of view, an accident or breakdown of one of the company’s aircraft can cause irreparable image loss and financial damage. If we look at past examples, we see that there are many airline companies or maintenance organizations that could not recover after an accident and went bankrupt. Safety is an indispensable factor. Therefore, there is a unit in the sector called the safety management system (SMS), which collects data by taking a proactive and reactive approach. The way and purpose of the safety management system is to take a proactive approach to recognize and prevent unsafe situations before they cause accidents or breakdowns, or to take a reactive approach to find the causes of accidents and breakdowns that have occurred as a result of certain factors and to take the necessary measures to prevent the same situations from happening again in the sector. The field of data mining, which is necessary to predict the future behavior of customers in the field of marketing, is an area that marketing also values. Phishing,an Internet fraudwhere individuals are deceived into revealing critical personal and account information,poses a significant risk to both consumers and web-based *** indicates a persistent rise in phishing ***,these fraudulent schemes are progressively becoming more intricate,thereby rendering them more challenging to ***,it is imperative to utilize sophisticated algorithms to address this *** learning is a highly effective approach for identifying and uncovering these harmful *** learning(ML)approaches can identify common characteristics in most phishing *** this paper,we propose an ensemble approach and compare it with six machine learning techniques to determine the type of website and whether it is normal or not based on two phishing *** that,we used the normalization technique on the dataset to transform the range of all the features into the same *** findings of this paper for all algorithms are as follows in the first dataset based on accuracy,precision,recall,and F1-score,respectively:Decision Tree(DT)(0.964,0.961,0.976,0.968),Random Forest(RF)(0.970,0.964,0.984,0.974),Gradient Boosting(GB)(0.960,0.959,0.971,0.965),XGBoost(XGB)(0.973,0.976,0.976,0.976),AdaBoost(0.934,0.934,0.950,0.942),Multi Layer Perceptron(MLP)(0.970,0.971,0.976,0.974)and Voting(0.978,0.975,0.987,0.981).So,the Voting classifier gave the best *** in the second dataset,all the algorithms gave the same results in four evaluation metrics,which indicates that each of them can effectively accomplish the prediction ***,this approach outperformed the previous work in detecting phishing websites with high accuracy,a lower false negative rate,a shorter prediction time,and a lower false positive rate.

With the rapid development of information technology in contemporary times,the blended teaching mode that blends online and offline courses has become an international trend in higher *** blended tourism management courses at Chongqing Three Gorges University as an example,we explored the impact of such teaching reform on student satisfaction based on the SERVPERF *** analysis of 179 valid questionnaires revealed that five elements of the reform,namely,reliability,assurance,valuableness,responsiveness,and empathy,have a significant positive impact on students’learning ***,in the context of blended courses,factors such as a stable and reliable teaching environment,comprehensively guaranteed educational conditions,teaching content that highly aligns with students’demands and value expectations,prompt responses to students’needs and feedback,and empathetic consideration of students’perspectives are critical for enhancing student *** on these conclusions,we propose several strategies and methods for improving the effectiveness of blended teaching in the hope of propelling its continuous improvement and optimization,thus further elevating the quality of higher education.

Malnutrition refers to the deficiency, imbalances, or excesses in a person’s intake of energy or nutrients [1]. Khan defines anaemia as below level of Haemoglobin in red blood shown by a lower number of functioning red blood cells [2]. The crisis in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon has led to several negative effects on children’s living conditions. There has been an increase in malnutrition and anaemia in the South West Region and Kumba in particular. The main objective of this study was “to examine the prevalence of malnutrition and anaemia in children ≤ 5 years of age in some conflict-hit areas of Meme Division”. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 2023 from March to June. We recruited 200 children ≤ 5 years into the study from three hospitals. The regional hospital annex in Kumba, Presbyterian General Hospital Kumba and the Ntam Hospital in Kumba. Socio-demographic factors were assessed using questionnaire, nutritional status was assessed by the use anthropometric measurements and an auto haematology analyser was used to determine anaemia. The overall prevalence of malnutrition in the study area was 40.5%. The prevalence of malnutrition varied significantly (P social migrations from rural areas to Urban areas which are safer.

Pricing strategies can have a huge impact on a company’s success. This paper focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in dynamic pricing strategies. A good understanding of the possible benefits and challenges will help companies to understand the impact of their chosen pricing strategies. AI-driven Dynamic pricing has great opportunities to increase a firm’s profits. Firms can benefit from personalized pricing based on personal behavior and characteristics, as well as cost reduction by increasing efficiency and reducing the need to use manual work and automation. However, AI-driven dynamic rewarding can have a negative impact on customers’ perception of trust, fairness and transparency. Since price discrimination is used, ethical issues such as privacy and equity may arise. Understanding the businesses and customers that determine pricing strategy is so important that one cannot exist without the other. It will provide a comprehensive overview of the main advantages and disadvantages of AI-assisted dynamic pricing strategy. The main objective of this research is to uncover the most notable advantages and disadvantages of implementing AI-enabled dynamic pricing strategies. Future research can extend the understanding of algorithmic pricing through case studies. In this way, new, practical implications can be developed in the future. It is important to investigate how issues related to customers’ trust and feelings of unfairness can be mitigated, for example by price framing.

As a pivotal element within the modern service industry,tourism possesses the capacity to reconfigure regional economic dynamics,alter resource flow patterns,and notably influence urban green *** establishing an evaluation index system for urban green development across 60 prefecture-level cities within the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to 2021,this study employs the spatial Durbin model to delve into the nonlinear relationship between the tourism economy and urban green ***,it investigates the heterogeneous impact of the tourism economy on green development across varying levels of *** study reveals several key findings:(1)Both tourism economy and urban green development exhibit significant spatial clustering,with tourism economy showing“midstream>downstream>upstream”and urban green development showing“downstream>midstream>upstream”.(2)The tourism economy exerts a non-linear positive influence on the green development of cities,characterized by a non-linear inverted“S”shape in its direct impact and a nonlinear“S”shape in its indirect impact.(3)As urbanization rate level escalate,the positive influence of the tourism economy on urban green development follows a non-linear trajectory,initially declining before ***,when the urbanization rate level is below the first threshold value,the tourism economy notably promotes urban green ***,between the first and second threshold values,this positive impact diminishes,only to rebound beyond the second threshold value.

Sentiment analysis is becoming increasingly important in today’s digital age, with social media being a significantsource of user-generated content. The development of sentiment lexicons that can support languages other thanEnglish is a challenging task, especially for analyzing sentiment analysis in social media reviews. Most existingsentiment analysis systems focus on English, leaving a significant research gap in other languages due to limitedresources and tools. This research aims to address this gap by building a sentiment lexicon for local languages,which is then used with a machine learning algorithm for efficient sentiment analysis. In the first step, a lexiconis developed that includes five languages: Urdu, Roman Urdu, Pashto, Roman Pashto, and English. The sentimentscores from SentiWordNet are associated with each word in the lexicon to produce an effective sentiment score. Inthe second step, a naive Bayesian algorithm is applied to the developed lexicon for efficient sentiment analysis ofRoman Pashto. Both the sentiment lexicon and sentiment analysis steps were evaluated using information retrievalmetrics, with an accuracy score of 0.89 for the sentiment lexicon and 0.83 for the sentiment analysis. The resultsshowcase the potential for improving software engineering tasks related to user feedback analysis and productdevelopment.
