An Intelligent System for Analysing Manas Prakrti in Human resource management

Human resource management is said to be the importance of spiritual, ethical, and human values that condition human behaviour. The immediate problem that it poses for a full understanding of human functioning is that the inner subjective experiences of consciousness based on human resource management. Ayurveda occupies the heights of human psychological accomplishment and could usefully call upon the insights of any of these sources to aid in addressing the problematic nature of modern-day businesses and have significant bearing on human behaviour. Manas prakrti in Ayuverda contributes to the study of personality. Tamas-Rajas-Sattva temperamental groups give rise to the framework of Space-Time-Causation when evolution starts in association with Consciousness Principle in manas prakrti. In this paper I present a methodology to analyze Temperamental groups that are found in manas prakrti by using an intelligent system. This will guide understand, instrumental values, operating values, and weak values of employees in human resource management.

Salt Balance of Moderately Saline-Alkaline Rangeland Soil and Runoff Water Quality from Rainfall Simulation studies near Moab,Utah U.S.A.

A Walnut Gulch rainfall simulator was used to determine runoff water quality and salt balance of a Sandy Loam moderately saline-alkaline site containing 0.27%of gypsum near Moab,*** rainfall intensities corresponding to 2,10,25 and 50-year storm return intervals were applied to dry *** each rainfall simulation,time-stamped runoff samples were also collected for the determination of ions *** water and solute content by depth increments were determined before and after *** correlation coefficients between the applied simulation water and the amounts of Cl-,SO42-,NO3-and sum of anions in runoff water were positive and ranged between 0.922 and *** correlation coefficients for Ca2+,Mg2+,Na+,K+and sum of cations ranged between 0.783 and *** concluded from the data analysis that:(1)The amounts of ions in simulation water and in runoff water represent less than 1%of sum of the soil soluble content before rainfall simulation.(2)The CEC contained about 250%the sum of cation in saturated extract.(3)The very small amount of gypsum in the soil contained 50%the sum of saturated extract *** means that special attention should be paid to CEC and gypsum content in the management of such ***,when modeling runoff and water quality from soils with these properties the modelers must include suitable subroutines considering gypsum and CEC of the soil for accurate prediction of runoff water quality.

Water Demand management Is a Must in MENA Countries…But Is It Enough?

The majority of Middle East and North Africa(MENA)countries suffer from chronic imbalance between available water supply and rising water *** imbalance is expected to worsen even further in the future as a result of sharp population growth,rapid economic development and climate change,unless major positive measures are implemented to augment water supply and manage water *** supply management approach,on its own,practiced by many countries in the region for so many years has so far demonstrated its inability to bridge the“water gap”between available water resources and rising water demand,as most traditional water resourced in almost all MENA countries have been exploited(or over exploited),and the cost of non-traditional water resources has become increasingly prohibitively high,apart from its environmental *** management is regarded by many water experts in the region as the answer or“panacea”for the water imbalance ***,is demand management approach alone able to solve the problem of water scarcity in the MENA region?In other words,if all demand management measures have been fully implemented,would there still be gaps between supply and demand that need to be filled with supply augmentation,andwill supply management options still need to be part of the solution?This paper tries to answer this question by reviewing several works in this domain,particularly,recent studies by the World Bank[9-11].It was concluded that,although water demand management measures should be given the first priority,especially,in the agricultural sector where it has the maximum impact,demand management on its own will not be able to bridge the“water gap”,and supply management options,such as sea water desalination and the re-use of treated wastewater,will be part of the solution.
