Vibrio alginolyticus is a zoonotic bacterium.A pair of specific primers was designed using the sodB gene sequence of Vibrio alginolyticus HY9901 in order to amplify the full length of the gene by *** results indicated that the total length of the sodB gene was 585 bp and that it could encode 194 amino *** predicted amino acid sequence derivation indicated that the molecular weight of the protein was approximately 21.56 kDa,with an isoelectric point of *** prediction of the N-terminal signal peptide structure of the protein,no significant signal peptide cleavage site was observed,indicating that the protein lacked both a signal peptide and a transmembrane *** amino acid sequence contained an N-glycosylation site,a casein kinase II phosphorylation site,a microsomal C-terminal target signal site,and a manganese and iron superoxide dismutase signal *** probability of intracytoplasmic localization of the SodB protein was 56.5%,which was analyzed according to the subcellular localization of the *** amino acid sequence of the sodB gene of *** exhibited 98%-100%homology to other Vibrio species,clustering into the same subfamily with ***,indicating a relatively close relationship between *** the prediction of protein structure,the proportions ofα-helix,random coil,β-sheet,and extended strand were 48.45%,30.41%,5.67%,and 15.46%,*** similarity to template 1dt0.1.A reached 71.58%.A PTM site analysis revealed the presence of phosphorylation,glycosylation,ubiquitination,sumoylation,acetylation,and methylation modification sites,as well as the absence of lactylation modification sites.

Objective:Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignancies in the world,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is widely used in its treatment in ***,the medication rules of TCM for CRC treatment remain ***,data mining combined with network pharmacology was utilized to establish treatment principles and ***:The CRC cases treated at Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2016 to October 31,2021 were analyzed using data mining ***-Q/TOF-MS analysis was performed to identify the chemical composition of Jiedu Sangen decoction(JSD).Network pharmacology was used to reveal the therapeutic mechanism of ***:A total of 312 cases 2,998 prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria used 343 kinds of traditional Chinese *** nature of the herbs used in treatment was mainly warm and *** taste was mainly sweet,bitter,and *** meridian tropisms were mainly the spleen meridian,followed by lung and stomach *** and replenishing herbs were the most frequently used in ***-frequency herbs were classified into 11 categories by cluster analysis,and 42 association rules were obtained by association rule *** with complex network analysis,3 core prescriptions for clinical CRC treatment were *** Sangen decoction contains 64 chemical ingredients,out of which 31 active ingredients were identified,including polydatin,caffeic acid,and glutamic acid,along with 130 potential targets such as AKT1,SRC,and *** Sangen decoction may play a role in regulating inflammation,immunity,metabolism,and hormones in the development of CRC via pathways such as the relaxin signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,prolactin signaling pathway,and T cell receptor signaling ***:This study summarizes the treatment and medication principles for clinical CRC treatment,promoting the inheritance and development of the traditional Chinese medica

PhoR is a histidine kinase in a two-component regulatory system that regulates phosphorus metabolic pathways and undertakes the key mission of information transmission in pathogenic *** full-length phoR gene was successfully cloned from the Vibrio alginolyticus HY9901 strain.A comprehensive analysis of the cloned gene was conducted using *** analysis revealed that the total length of the phoR gene(GenBank accession No.:KJ958404.1)is 1299 bp,with the coding region containing a total of 432 amino acid *** phylogenetic tree of PhoR revealed that it belongs to the same subclade as *** SMART program was employed for the purpose of functional domain prediction,which revealed that PhoR possesses three major functional domains:PAS(amino acids 98-166),HisKA(amino acids 205-272),and HATPase_c(amino acids 317-429).

Based on the pathophysiological analysis of delayed-onset muscle soreness,the key points of its treatment was summarized in this paper:promoting the repair of injury,improving the metabolic state,and effectively relieving *** key objectives and order of treatment are made clear:first to promote repair,second to improve metabolism,and then to relieve *** through the analysis of the key points of the treatment,the law of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is put forward as follows:puncture those acupoints with the overall regulation function to adjust the secretion of endogenous analgesic substances in the body,at the same time,the special respiratory movement is adopted to improve the metabolic state,and the proper exercises are combined to promote the tissue repair.

蝙蝠是许多人畜共患病病毒的储备宿主。但是关于个体蝙蝠内病毒的多样性和丰度的了解还较少,因此它们之间病毒共感染和溢出的频率也不清楚。我们用无偏的元转录组学方法,对中国云南省采样的149只个体蝙蝠中携带的哺乳动物相关病毒进行了表征。结果显示研究的动物中病毒的高频共感染(即蝙蝠个体同时感染多种病毒物种)和溢出,这可能进一步促进病毒的重组和再组合。
