The copper-catalyzed and metal-free azide-alkyne click polymerizations have become efficient tools for polymer synthesis. However,the 1,3-dipolar polycycloadditions between internal alkynes and azides are rarely employed to construct functional polymers. Herein, the polycycloadditions of dibutynoate(1) and tetraphenylethene-containing diazides(2) were carried out at 100 °C for 12 h under solvent-and catalyst-free conditions, producing soluble poly(methyltriazolylcarboxylate)s(PMTCs) with high molecular weights in high yields. The resultant polymers were thermally stable with 5% weight loss temperatures up to 377 °C. The PMTCs showed aggregation-induced emission(AIE)properties. They could work as fluorescent sensors for detecting explosive with high sensitivity, and generate two-dimensional fluorescent photopatterns with high resolution. furthermore, their triazolium salts could be utilized for cell-imaging applications.

Aim: To study the effect of extra-corporeal shock wave (ESW) on the penile hemodynamics and histopathology in rats. Methods: Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided at random into 3 groups. ESW application was performed with a Siemens Lithostar with the rats under anesthesia lying prone on the balloon probe. Rats in Group Ⅰ received a total of 1000 shocks at 18 kV and immediately underwent hemodynamic evaluation performed by direct electrostimulation of the cavernous nerve and measurement of intracavernous pressure (ICP). Rats in Group Ⅱ received 3 times 1000 shocks at 18 kV at weekly intervals and hemodynamic evaluation was performed 1 month after the last ESW application. Group Ⅲ served as the control. Histopathological examinations of penile tissues were done on Masson's trichrome and hematoxylin and eosin stained sections. Results: Penile hemodynamic evaluation showed a trend toward a diminished mean maximal ICP, duration of erection, ICP during the plateau phase and maximal ICP/blood pressure ratio in Group Ⅰ, although there was no significant significance. The mean latency period in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was prolonged. Petechial bleeding within tunical layers and small loci of hemorrhage within the corpora cavernosa were observed in Group Ⅰ. However, histopathological examination failed to reveal any significant differences between the groups in terms of smooth muscle content, tunical thickness, organization of collagen bundles and elastic fiber-lattice framework. A magneto-optical trap (MoT) for cesium atoms that operates without a separate repumping laser is reported. The differences between a normal MoT and this kind of MoT have been experimentally studied. The influences of a repumping laser on cooling and trapping cesium atoms in the MoT have been carefully investigated. The results reveal that it is the critical injection-locked state of the diode laser that makes magneto-optical trapping of cesium atoms possible without a separate repumping laser.

The introduction of the operative microscope for andrological surgery in the 1970s provided enhanced magnification and accuracy, unparalleled to any previous visual loop or magnification techniques. This technology revolutionized techniques for microsurgery in andrology. Today, we may be on the verge of a second such revolution by the incorporation of robotic assisted platforms for microsurgery in andrology. Robotic assisted microsurgery is being utilized to a greater degree in andrology and a number of other microsurgical fields, such as ophthalmology, hand surgery, plastics and reconstructive surgery. The potential advantages of robotic assisted platforms include elimination of tremor, improved stability, surgeon ergonomics, scalability of motion, multi-input visual interphases with up to three simultaneous visual views, enhanced magnification, and the ability to manipulate three surgical instruments and cameras simultaneously. This review paper begins with the historical development of robotic microsurgery. It then provides an in-depth presentation of the technique and outcomes of common robotic microsurgical andrological procedures, such as vasectomy reversal, subinguinal varicocelectomy, targeted spermatic cord denervation （for chronic orchialgia） and robotic assisted microsurgical testicular sperm extraction （microTESE）.

With the rapidly aging human population,age-related cognitive decline and dementia are becoming increasingly prevalent *** is considered the main risk factor for cognitive decline and acts through alterations in the composition of the gut microbiota,microbial metabolites,and the functions of *** microbiota–gut–brain axis has been the focus of multiple studies and is closely associated with cognitive *** article provides a comprehensive review of the specific changes that occur in the composition of the gut microbiota and microbial metabolites in older individuals and discusses how the aging of astrocytes and reactive astrocytosis are closely related to age-related cognitive decline and neurodegenerative *** article also summarizes the gut microbiota components that affect astrocyte function,mainly through the vagus nerve,immune responses,circadian rhythms,and microbial ***,this article summarizes the mechanism by which the gut microbiota–astrocyte axis plays a role in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s *** findings have revealed the critical role of the microbiota–astrocyte axis in age-related cognitive decline,aiding in a deeper understanding of potential gut microbiome-based adjuvant therapy strategies for this condition.

We study the smoothing method for the solution of generalized semi-infinite optimization problems from （o. Stein, G. Still： Solving semi-infinite optimization problems with interior point techniques, SIAM J. Control optim., 42（2003）, pp. 769-788）. It is shown that Karush-Kuhn-Tucker points of the smoothed problems do not necessarily converge to a Karush-Kuhn-Tucker point of the original problem, as could be expected from results in （f. facchinei, H. Jiang, L. Qi： A smoothing method for mathematical programs with equilibrium constraints, Math. Program., 85（1999）, pp. 107-134）. Instead, they might merely converge to a fritz John point. We give, however, different additional assumptions which guarantee convergence to Karush-Kuhn：Tucker points.
