Three coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn（cmba）（bpp）]×H2O}n（1）, {[Zn（cmba）（bpa）1.5]×2.25H2O}n（2） and {[Cd（cmba）（bpa）（H2O）]×H2O}n（3）（H2cmba = 3-（carboxymethyl）benzonic acid, bpp = 1,3-bis（4-pyridyl）propane and bpa = 1,2-bi（4-pyridyl）ethane）, were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a 2D（4,4） grid layer with a side length of 9.827（10）/12.176（13） A. Complex 2 shows a 2D → 2D 2-fold interpenetrating layer structure through the flexible bpa coligands. Compound 3 presents a 2D layer formed from the metal-carboxylate chains further extending through bpa pairs. Furthermore, the solid state luminescent properties of complexes 1~3 were investigated at room temperature.

The objective of this study was to analyze the content ofγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in germinated brown rice(GBR)by using near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)and the pretreatment method of wavelet de-noising(WD).The prediction accuracy of the NIRS model established by the Daubechies5 wavelet basis function at 3 level denoising treatment is the highest,the correlation coefficient for calibration(rc)is 0.931,the root mean square error of calibration(RMSEC)is 0.4038 mg/100 g,the Bias of calibration is 0.006,the correlation coefficient for prediction(rp)is 0.916,the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)is 0.4329 mg/100 g,the Bias of prediction is 0.010,and the ratio of performance to deviation(RPD)is *** showed that the predicted and actual values had high ***,these results indicate that the NIRS model treated by WD is feasible to detect GABA content in GBR rapidly and nondestructively.

The effect of low temperature blanching on firmness of eight vegetables was studied. Preheating vegetables at low temperatures prior to a conventional blanch resulted in firmer *** and time had significant effects on texture,with temperature the most *** optimal conditions,firmness improvements in preheated vegetables as compared to blanched controls were:Bok choy—3.0x(65℃,45 min);Chinese cabbage —1.8x (55℃,45 min);cabbage —1.6x(65oC,15min);green bell peppers—1.36x(70℃,15 min);sugar snap peas—1.7x(65℃,30 min);carrots—2.1x(60℃,15 min)and broccoli—2.9x(60℃,15 min).Thermal stability and optimal temperature for pectin methylesterase in homogenates from these vegetables were also *** relationship between optimum preheating,conditions for textural integrity and pectin methylesterase activity is discussed.

Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, which has been widely used as a fermented milk starter, is a type of probiotic, and certain strains are able to produce exopolysaccharide (EPS). EPS produced from L. bulgaricus contributes to the physical and biological function of dairy products by regulating immune response, and this tendency seems to place EPS with acidic groups. To date, six types of chemical structure have been determined and are basically composed from glucose (Glc), galactose (Gal), and rhamnose (Rha). Eps clusters on chromosome DNA control the EPS synthesis and are transcribed as one mRNA 14 genes with 18kb on L. bulgaricus Lfi5. Furthermore, L. bulgaricus is able to utilize lactose (Lac) as carbohydrate source, repeating units of EPS are synthesized from Glc 6-phosphate, generated by an Embden-Meyerhof (EM) pathway in cellular carbohydrate assimilation. This review discusses EPS produced from L. bulgaricus.

Methionine and its hydroxy analogue(MHA)have been shown to benefit mouse intestinal *** intestinal organoid is a good model that directly reflects the impact of certain nutrients or chemicals on intestinal ***,we aimed to establish a chicken intestinal organoid culture method first and then use the model to explore the influence of methionine deficiency and MHA on intestinal organoid *** results showed that 125-mm cell strainer exhibited the highest efficiency for chicken embryo crypt *** found that transforming growth factor-b inhibitor(A8301)supplementation promoted enterocyte differentiation at the expense of the proliferation of intestinal stem cells(ISC).The mitogen-activated protein kinase p38 inhibitor(SB202190)promoted intestinal organoid formation and enterocyte differentiation but suppressed the differentiation of enteroendocrine cells,goblet cells and Paneth ***,the suppression of enteroendocrine cell and Paneth cell differentiation by SB202190 was alleviated at the presence of *** glycogen synthase kinase 3 inhibitor(CHIR99021),valproic acid(VPA)alone and their combination promoted chicken intestinal organoid formation and enterocyte differentiation at the expense of the expression of Paneth cells and goblet *** serum significantly improved organoid formation,especially in the presence of A8301,SB202190,CHIR99021,and VPA,but inhibited the differentiation of Paneth cells and enteroendocrine *** serum at a concentration of 0.25%meets the requirement of chicken intestinal organoid development,and the beneficial effect of chicken serum on chicken intestinal organoid culture could not be replaced by fetal bovine serum and insulin-like growth ***,commercial mouse organoid culture medium supplemented with A8301,SB202190,CHIR99021,VPA,and chicken serum promotes chicken organoid *** on the chicken intestinal organoid model,we found that methionine deficienc

低蛋白日粮会减少动物组织中蛋白质沉积,影响骨骼肌增重。本文旨在研究低蛋白日粮中添加亮氨酸对成年大鼠骨骼肌重量和蛋白质合成的影响。试验选取36只平均体重为(200±2.7)g的成年SD雄性大鼠,按体重相近原则平均分为3个处理,每个处理12个重复,每个重复1只大鼠。3个处理分别饲喂20%酪蛋白(20%C,CON)、10%酪蛋白+丙氨酸(10%C+Ala,R)以及10%酪蛋白+亮氨酸(10%C+Leu,RL)日粮,试验期为11 d,其中,10%C+Ala组和10%C+Leu组为等氮日粮组。试验第11天,所有大鼠大剂量一次性腹腔注射L-[ring-2H5]苯丙氨酸注射液,测定血清中的氨基酸含量、比目鱼肌和腓肠肌重量、蛋白质合成速率及m TOR信号通路相关分子的表达。结果表明,在3个处理中,RL组血清亮氨酸含量最高(P<0.05),而异亮氨酸含量最低(P<0.05);CON组的缬氨酸含量低于R和RL组(P<0.05),但采食量、蛋白质合成速度和4EBP1的磷酸化高于R和RL组(P<0.05),同时腹脂重量显著下降(P<0.05)。与R组相比,RL组可以增加腓肠肌重量(P<0.05),促进S6K1磷酸化(P<0.05),增加骨骼肌蛋白质合成(P<0.05)。本文结论如下,在成年大鼠长期采食低蛋白日粮的情况下,日粮中添加亮氨酸可以改善大鼠的生长性能,通过提高m TOR通路中S6K1磷酸化水平,促进大鼠骨骼肌蛋白质合成,抑制蛋白质降解。
