摘 要:As an environmental-friendly and renewable material, cellulose micro/nano particle has a great potential for replacing the poisonous chemicals. In the past time,we investigated a green Pickering emulsion stabilized by cellulose micro/nanoparticles. The influence of the cellulose particle size, surface hydrophilicity,and crystallity on the stabilization and properties of the emulsions had been carried out. Moreover, the well-defined organhydrogel could be obtained in Pickering emulsion templated method. The concept of complementary hetero-networks within a gel matrix would inspire researchers to design soft materials with complex functions.
