Wheat streak mosaic virus（WSMV）has become a re-emerging pathogen in cereal crops in the czech *** was first reported in the former czechoslovakia in the early 1980s,and then no record of the virus was documented until *** incidence of the virus was recorded in recent years in several winter wheat fields and many grass ***,we surveyed the incidence of WSMV in cereal *** results demonstrated the existence of the virus in winter wheat and volunteer wheat during each year of the monitoring period,which spanned from 2013–*** the range of infected samples was low（6.4%of the total tested samples）,a high incidence of well-distributed virus was *** at least six fields,the virus reached severe and potentially epidemic *** accordance with our previous report detailing WSMV infection of native grasses,we tested several grass species commonly grown in the czech *** found that some grass species acted as experimental hosts and possible reservoirs of the virus;these included Anthoxanthum odoratum（sweet vernal grass）,Arrhenatherum elatius（false oat-grass）,Lolium multiflorum（Italian rye-grass）,Bromus japonicus（Japanese chess）,Echinochloa crus-galli（barnyard grass）,Holcus lanatus（meadow soft grass）and Holcus mollis（creeping soft grass）.Some of these grass species are also important weeds of cereals,which may be the potential source of WSMV infection in cereal *** widely used winter wheat cultivars were tested in the field after artificial inoculation with WSMV to evaluate virus titre by ***,the tested cultivars had a low virus titre,which is associated with mild disease symptoms and may provide a good level of crop resistance to WSMV.

Río Fardes剖面位于西班牙南部Granada东北,构造上属于深水环境的Subbetic中带。该剖面主要由白垩纪Fardes组第Ⅱ段和第Ⅲ段(半)远洋沉积构成,并出现浊流沉积和混杂沉积。本次研究在Fardes组浊流层序内首次发现两段红色沉积。钙质超微化石表明红层的时间从Turonian早期(UC7 带)到Coniacian中期—晚期界线(UC10/?UC11带)。红层由mm级红色泥岩夹灰色、杂色、偶尔黑色泥岩和钙质泥岩组成。沉积学研究表明新发现的Turonian Coniacian远洋红色泥岩沉积形成于CCD面之下深水盆地环境,浊流和碎屑流沉积强烈地影响着(半)远洋环境的背景泥岩相,并成为红色沉积结束的原因。

The Qooshchi area lies to northwest of Orumieh Lake in western Azerb ai jan, NW Iran. A basement metamorphic complex, consisting of Precambrian schists and gneisses, has been intruded by gabbros and diorites. Granitoids are grouped into five suites according to their mineralogy, texture and exposed features. Th e main body, pink Qooshchi granite, and apophyse like, myrmekite bearing grani toids are discussed in this paper. On the basis of field observations and micros copic studies, an intensive metasomatism has overprinted the country rocks, espe cially gabbros, transforming them into a more felsic composition. A prior ev ent of intensive deformation and cataclasis preceded the metasomatism, allowing the introduction of hydrothermal fluids. K metasomatism converted plagioclase i nto K feldspar (microcline), myrmekite, and sodic plagioclase as Si metasomati sm replaced the ferromagnesian silicates by quartz. Apophyse like bodies within gabbros, called leucometasomatites, are formed during this process.

The general structure of the Chinese Altai has been commonly regarded as being formed by five tectono-stratigraphic ‘terranes’ separated by large-scale strike-slip ***,extensivestudyofthedetritalzirconofthePaleozoicvolcano-sedimentary sequences shown that the variably metamorphosed Cambro-Ordovician sequence, known as the Habahe Group, is present at least in four ‘terranes’.

Gibberellins(GAs)are an important hormone in regulating plant growth and development,and DELLA protein is an essential negative regulator of GA signal *** aim of the study was to clone a GAinhibiting protein DELLA from trifoliate orange(Poncirus trifoliata ***.)and to analyze the bioinformations and expression patterns of the protein gene in tissues and in response to drought stress.A DELLA protein was isolated from trifoliate orange and named as PtGai(Genebank number:MZ170959).The PtGai protein had 1731 bp open reading frames,along with 576 amino acid codes,and also grouped with sweet orange(XM_006430552.4).The PtGai protein sequence was 65%homology with the sequences of DELLA proteins in other plant *** protein existed in the nucleus based on the prediction of subcellular *** protein could be expressed in roots,stems,and leaves,along with the highest expression in *** was upregulated by drought stress in leaves and roots,along with the decrease of root total GA concentration and the inhibition of shoot and root biomass *** indicated the characteristics of PtGai protein and the roles of PtGai in GA synthesis and plant growth.

Snow-melt runoff is an important factor in control of flooding and soil erosion in higher and cold regions of the *** 1992-2008-2008,processes of snow accumulation and melting were monitored at two adjacent sites of the Paljakka environmental research centre(Finland).The forest stand of mature spruce(Picea abies)has been compared with adjacent,local,and open *** the forest,snowpack duration fluctuated for 180-245 days,with a maximum depth of 78-152 cm and snow-water content of 167-406 mm,while in the open grassland this occurred for some 20 days less,with maximum depth 65-122 cm,and snow-water content 143-288 *** snow-water captured in the canopy reached a maximum 27%of that registered on the ground;the loss of intercepted snow by sublimation was approximately 26% of the annual *** the high melt period(April-May),the degree-day factor in the forest stand achieved 60%of values observed in the grassland(2.3-3.5 against 3.8-6.0 mm℃^(-1)day^(-1)).The hydrological model BROOK 90 was employed to analyse potential water resources recharge,and flood risk at *** the normal climate season,snow-melt runoff from the forest exceeded the grassland by 22%(225 against 185 mm).In extreme situations,the maximum daily runoff from snow-melt in the grasslands(57 mm day^(-1))exceeded 2.6 times the values in spruce forest(22 mm day^(-1)).

In this study, we simulated and analyzed the monthly variations of stable water isotopes in different reservoirs at Manaus, Brazil, using the Community Land Model (CLM) that incorporates stable isotopic effects as a diagnostic tool for understanding stable water isotopic processes, filling the observational data gaps and predicting hydrometeorological processes. The simulation results show that the δ 18O values in precipitation, vapor and surface runoff have distinct seasonality with the marked negative correlations with corresponding water amount. Compared with the survey results by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in co-operation with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the simulations by CLM reveal the similar temporal distributions of the δ 18O in precipitation. Moreover, the simulated amount effect between monthly δ 18O and monthly precipitation amount, and MWL (meteoric water line) are all close to the measured values. However, the simulated seasonal difference in the δ 18O in precipitation is distinctly smaller than observed one, and the simulated temporal distribution of the δ 18O in precipitation displays the ideal bimodal seasonality rather than the observed single one. These mismatches are possibly related to the simulation capacity and the veracity in forcing data.
