Through the comparison of calcination conditions between cement preclinkering technology and cement precalcining technology,we studied the characteristics of temperature field distribution of cement preclinkering technology systems including cyclone preheater,preclinkering furnace,and rotary *** used numericalsimulation method to obtain data of temperature field *** results are found by system *** ratio of tailcoalof cement preclinkering technology is about 70%,and raw mealtemperature can reach 1070 ℃.Shorter L/D kiln type of preclinkering technology can obtain more stable calcining zone *** highest solid temperature of cement preclinkering technology is higher than 80 ℃,and high temperature region（〉1450 ℃）length is 2 times,which is beneficialfor calcining clinker and higher clinker *** cement preclinkering technology can obtain more performance temperature filed,which improves both the solid-phase reaction and liquid-phase reaction.

New phosphors Sr2ZnSi2O7： M （M=Mn2＋, Tb3＋） were synthesized through solid-state reaction, and their photoluminescent properties under UV and VUV region were investigated. The results showed that Sr2ZnSi2O7：Mn2＋ emitted green light with the strongest emission peak centered at 525 nm, and its quenching concentration under 254 and 147 nm excitation occurred at x = 0.08 and 0.06, respectively. Sr2ZnSi2O7： Th3＋ emitted green light with the strongest emission peak centered at 541 nm, and its quenching concentration under 254 and 147 nm excitation also appeared at y = 0.25. At 147 nm excitation, the emission intensities of Sr2Zn0.54Si2O7： 0.06Mn2＋ and Sr1.75ZnSi2O7： 0.25Tb3＋ phosphors were 54% and 36% of that of Zn1.96SiO4：0.04Mn2＋, respectively. And their decay times （τ1/e） were about 3.18 ms and 3.9 ms, respectively.

Novel indium nitride （INN） leaf-like nanosheets and nanowires have been grown on Si substrate by chemical vapor deposition method. The characterization results indicate that the samples are single-crystalline, and the growth direction of the nanowires and nanoleaves is [0001]. The growth mechanism of the InN nanoleaves is following the pattern of vapor-liquid-solid process with a three-step growth process. In addition, the room temperature photoluminescence spectra of two nanostructures show band-to-band emissions around 0.706 eV, where the emission from single nanoleaf is stronger than nanowire, showing potential for applications in optoelectronic devices.

To improve the visible light absorption and photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide nanotube arrays(TONTAs), ZnFe_2O_4(ZFO) nanocrystals were perfused into pristine TONTA pipelines using a novel bias voltageassisted perfusion method. ZFO nanocrystals were well anchored on the inner walls of the pristine TONTAs when the ZFO suspensions(0.025 mg m L^(-1)) were kept under a60 V bias voltage for 1 h. After annealing at 750 °C for2 h, the heterostructured ZFO/Fe_2 TiO_5(FTO)/TiO_2 composite nanotube arrays were successfully obtained. Furthermore, Fe^(3+)was reduced to Fe^(2+)when solid solution reactions occurred at the interface of ZFO and the pristine TONTAs. Introducing ZFO significantly enhanced thevisible light absorption of the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs relative to that of the annealed TONTAs. The coexistence of type I and staggered type II band alignment in the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs facilitated the separation of photogenerated electrons and holes, thereby improving the efficiency of the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs for photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue when irradiated with simulated sunlight.

The MCNP5 code was employed to simulate the γ-ray shielding capacity of tungstate composites. The experimental results were applied to verify the applicability of the Monte Carlo program. PbWO4 and Bi2WO6were prepared and added into ethylene propylene diene monomer （EPDM） to obtain the composites, which were tested in the y-ray shielding. Both the theoretical simulation and experiments were carefully chosen and well designed. The results of the two methods were found to be highly consistent. In addition, the conditions during the numerical simulation were optimized and double-layer γ-ray shielding systems were studied. It was found that the γ-ray shielding performance can be influenced not only by the material thickness ratio but also by the arrangement of the composites.

The superfine BaCO3 particles were synthesized by high gravity technology with BaCl·2H2O and Na2CO3 as the raw materials. The changes of particle size and morphology were studied by adding different amount of EDTA, and rod-like, near-spherical and cylindrical shape BaCO3 were prepared. The BaCO3 particles were analyzed and characterized by TG/SDAT, SEM, XRD and FT-IR. The results indicated that the crystal transformation temperature and decomposition temperature of BaCO3 had increased because of EDTA addition. With the increase of EDTA amount, the shape of BaCO3 changed from irregular rod-like to near-spherical then to cylindrical shape. All different shape BaCO3 adopts orthorhombic crystal systems.

CuO-doped（Ag0.75Li0.1Na0.1K0.05）NbO3（ALNKN-xCuO, x = 0.2mol%） lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the solid-state reaction method in air atmosphere. The effects of CuO addition on the phase structure, microstructure, and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated. The experimental results show that the ALNKN ceramics without doping CuO possess rhombohedral phase along with K2NbrO16- type phase and metallic silver phase. For all of the CuO-doped ALNKN ceramics, a pure perovskite structure with the orthorhombic phase was obtained by enclosing the samples in a corundum tube. A homogeneous microstructure with＇the grain size of about 1 ~tm was formed for the ceramics with 0.5mo1% CuO. The grain size increases with increasing amount of CuO. The temperature dependence of dielectric properties indicates that the ferroelectric phase of the ALNKN-xCuO ceramics becomes less stable with the addition of CuO. The ceramics with x = lm01% exhibit relatively good electrical properties along with a high Curie temperature. These results will provide a helpful guidance to preparing other AN-based ceramics by solid-state reaction method in air atmosphere.

In this work,Raman spectra and dielectricity-temperature dependence measurements were used to investigate the B-site order degree in CuO-doped Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-PbTiO_(3)ferroelectric *** measurement results indicated a typical relaxor characteristic for all *** the increasing of CuO doping content,the B-site order degree increased first and then ***,the frequency dispersion and the relaxation degree decreased first and then increased while the CuO addition content was increasing,which was thought to be strongly correlated with the variations of the B-site *** opposite variation tendency of the B-site order degree and the relaxation degree revealed that the phase transition dispersity is closely related to the order-disorder behaviors.

Spherical and Radiate Ni Particles Prepared by the Tartrate Precipitation and Thermal Decomposition Method

Nickel tartrate precursor particles were synthesized by the liquid phase precipitation method in an ethanol-water-ammonia mixed solution, with tartaric acid and using nickel chlorate as raw materials, with the pH value controlled at 4.0, and the temperature controlled at 50 ℃. Nickel particles with complicated morphology were prepared by the decomposition of nickel taratrate precursor particles at temperatures of 360, 380 and 400 ℃, respectively. The study of infrared spectroscopy （IR） indicated that the product was pure nickel tartrate. The studies of the atomic absorption spectrometry （AAS） and organic elemental analysis （OEA） indicated that the molar ratio of Ni2＋ to （C4H4O6）2- is close to 1：1. The studies of the differential scanning calorimeter and thermo-gravimetric analysis （DSC-TG） indicated that the chemical formula Niz（C4H4O6） 2.5H2O was confirmed. The studies of X-ray diffractions （XRD） indicated that the silvery white metal powders were pure Ni, with a face-centered cubic crystal structure. The images of scanning electron microscopy （SEM） showed that the morphology of metal Ni particles was obvious spherical and radiate. The diameter of nickel tartrate particles was about 60 μm, which consisted of many nanolathes; and the diameter of metal Ni particles was about 30 μm, which consisted of many lathes about 0.5 μm in thickness.

Conjugated polymers with bisindolylmaleimide （BIM） backbone are obtained by the condensation polymerization of methyl and octanyl N-substituted BIMs with 4,4＇-difluoro-diphenylsulfone and 4,4＇-difluoro-diphenylketone. The structures of polymers are confirmed by F!rlR and NMR spectroscopy. The polymers exhibit both high glass transition temperatures （Tg 〉 175℃） and high decomposition temperatures （T5 〉 395 ℃）. Meanwhile, The uV-vis absorption and fluorescence spectra of the polymers are similar to the corresponding substituted BIMs. The quantum chemistry calculations indicate that the first excited states of polymers are mostly contributed by BIM structures.
