This paper presents a novel cooperative value iteration(VI)-based adaptive dynamic programming method for multi-player differential game models with a convergence *** players are divided into two groups in the learning process and adapt their policies *** method removes the dependence of admissible initial policies,which is one of the main drawbacks of the PI-based ***,this algorithm enables the players to adapt their control policies without full knowledge of others’ system parameters or control *** efficacy of our method is illustrated by three examples.

This paper is devoted to event-triggered synchronization of delayed memristive neural networks with H∞and passivity *** aim is to guarantee the exponential synchronization and mixed H∞and passivity control for memristive neural networks by using event-triggered ***,a switching system is constructed under the event-triggered control ***,by adopting a piece-wise Lyapunov functional,a sufficient condition is established for the exponential synchronization and mixed H_(∞)and passivity ***,an event-triggered controller design scheme is proposed using matrix decoupling ***,the effectiveness of the designed controller is exemplified by a numerical example.

In the coal-to-ethylene glycol(CTEG)process,precisely estimating quality variables is crucial for process monitoring,optimization,and control.A significant challenge in this regard is relying on offline laboratory analysis to obtain these variables,which often incurs substantial monetary costs and significant time *** resulting few-shot learning scenarios present a hurdle to the efficient development of predictive *** address this issue,our study introduces the transferable adversarial slow feature extraction network(TASF-Net),an innovative approach designed specifically for few-shot quality prediction in the CTEG ***-Net uniquely integrates the slowness principle with a deep Bayesian framework,effectively capturing the nonlinear and inertial characteristics of the CTEG ***,the model employs a variable attention mechanism to identify quality-related input variables adaptively at each time step.A key strength of TASF-Net lies in its ability to navigate the complex measurement noise,outliers,and system interference typical in CTEG *** learning strategy using a min-max game is adopted to improve its robustness and ability to model irregular industrial data accurately and ***,an incremental refining transfer learning framework is designed to further improve few-shot prediction performance achieved by transferring knowledge from the pretrained model on the source domain to the target *** effectiveness and superiority of TASF-Net have been empirically validated using a real-world CTEG *** with some state-of-the-art methods,TASF-Net demonstrates exceptional capability in addressing the intricate challenges for few-shot quality prediction in the CTEG process.

Animal derived materials have been widely used in biomedical products owing to their good biocompatibility and appropriate mechanical *** is crucial to evaluate the immunotoxicity of such materials in preclinical testing to prevent severe immune responses in *** this study,a pipeline of immunotoxicity tests was established to evaluate animal-derived materials before de-cellularization and final *** pipeline contains a serial of animal tests on BALB/c mice and an in vitro quantification test for a-Gal *** is wellrecognized that the interaction between materials and patients profoundly alters immune responses,thus,a comprehensive dataset including body weight,immune organ coefficient,histopathology,peripheral hematology,serum immunoglobulin level,spleen lymphocyte proliferation rate,and their subpopulation was created and analyzed using the SPSS *** results clearly suggested that the de-cellularized materials possessed better biocompatibility,in addition,the a-Gal antigen content was effectively decreased by 96.0%after ***,this study confirmed that this multi-step enzymatic de-cellularization treatment is a potent method to reduce the immunotoxicity of animal-derived ***,the experimental pipeline will likely be transferable to other biomedical materials and products.

Objective Viral encephalitis is an infectious disease severely affecting human *** is caused by a wide variety of viral pathogens,including herpes viruses,flaviviruses,enteroviruses,and other *** laboratory diagnosis of viral encephalitis is a worldwide ***,high-throughput sequencing technology has provided new tools for diagnosing central nervous system ***,In this study,we established a multipathogen detection platform for viral encephalitis based on amplicon *** We designed nine pairs of specific polymerase chain reaction(PCR)primers for the 12 viruses by reviewing the relevant *** detection ability of the primers was verified by software simulation and the detection of known positive *** sequencing was used to validate the samples,and consistency was compared with Sanger *** The results showed that the target sequences of various pathogens were obtained at a coverage depth level greater than 20×,and the sequence lengths were consistent with the sizes of the predicted *** sequences were verified using the National Center for Biotechnology Information BLAST,and all results were consistent with the results of Sanger *** Amplicon-based high-throughput sequencing technology is feasible as a supplementary method for the pathogenic detection of viral *** is also a useful tool for the high-volume screening of clinical samples.

This paper considers the problem of approximating the infinite-horizon value function of the discrete-time switched LQR *** particular,the authors propose a new value iteration method to generate a sequence of monotonically decreasing functions that converges exponentially to the value *** method facilitates us to use coarse approximations resulting from faster but less accurate algorithms for further value iteration,and thus,the proposed approach is capable of achieving a better approximation for a given computation time compared with the existing *** numerical examples are presented in this paper to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Introduction:Newer skin tests,including the ESAT6-CFP10(EC)skin test,were recommended for diagnosing Mycobacterium tuberculosis(***)***,no data exist assessing the diagnostic performance of the EC skin test among foreign students with different skin ***:A cohort study at Nanjing Medical University screened incoming foreign *** EC skin test was used to assess for *** infection,and results were read at 24,48,72,and 96-hours ***:Among 96 participants,*** infection rates at 24,48,72,and 96-hours post-injection were 3.13%,7.29%,13.54%,and 9.38%,*** infection rates were lower among individuals with darker skin tones,the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.186),and variations were consistent across different measurement *** analysis revealed 5.3%in the continuousincreasing group,86.5%in the low-stable group,and 5.2%in the elevated-decreasing ***,participants in the elevated-decreasing group had lighter skin tones,with trajectory patterns consistent across different skin ***:The EC skin test is safe,and redness diameter is a more reliable indicator than *** should be collected within 48 to 72 hours,with verification at 72 hours crucial if initial results are ***,skin color does not affect EC skin test outcomes.
