Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is an innovative approach that utilizes photochemical reactions for non-invasive disease *** PDT is limited by the low penetration depth of visible light required for ***,we employed upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)to extend the activation wavelength of photosensitizers into the infrared range,enabling a treatment depth of over 10 ***,we also used the abundant amino groups of branched polyethyleneimine(PEI)with spatial structure to enhance the loading capacity of protoporphyrin(PPIX),and we ultimately improved skin tumor clearance ***,we achieved tumor-specific treatment by utilizing folic acid(FA)targeting and active enrichment of *** to cellular experimental results,we demonstrated the remarkable reactive oxygen species generation capability of the material and ultra-low dark ***,we investigated the apoptosis mechanism and demonstrated that the synthesized nanoparticle stimulates the up-regulation of apoptosis-associated proteins Bax/Bcl-2 and Cyto *** in vivo experiments involving intravenous injection in mouse tails,we investigated the anticancer efficacy of the nanoparticle,confirming its excellent PDT *** research provides a promising avenue for future non-invasive treatment of deep-seated tumors,offering a method for the treatment and management of specific cancers.

The metabolic process of chiral drugs plays a significant role in clinics and in research on ***,we experimentally demonstrate by all-optical means that the chiral molecules can be quickly discriminated and monitored with the ultrahighorder modes excited in a metal cladding optofluidic chip,achieving over 5 times sensitivity with a low-dosage *** show that the varying concentration of the chiral drugs can be monitored both in cell and animal experiments,presenting a significant difference between chiral enantiomers at the optimal function time and the effect of the *** our knowledge,this approach provides a new way to achieve important chiral discrimination for the pharmacokinetics and the pharmacodynamics and may present opportunities in indicating the health status of humans.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Switching Localization Algorithm based on CKF

To solve the problem of large positioning error and discontinuous positioning of special forces members when moving in cross-region indoors and outdoors, and to compensate for the linearization error and local convergence problem that may exist in the extended Kalman filter(EKF)in nonlinear systems, that is,the iterative results may be trapped in a local optimum situation, a seamless indoor-outdoor switching localization algorithm based on cubature Kalman filter (CKF) is proposed. CKF does not require the computation of Jacobian matrices, which can improve computational efficiency and filtering accuracy to a certain extent. In the system, an inertial measurement unit (IMU) is employed to correct the positioning errors of ultra-wideband (UWB)and BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS).The positioning data from UWB and BeiDou in cross-region are weighted fused and then fused with the data from the IMU using CKF to obtain the final accurate positioning information. This study designs a scene-switching mechanism to achieve seamless switching between indoor and outdoor positioning scenes. By jointly analyzing the positioning accuracy of UWB and BeiDou,the positioning scene is determined, and appropriate counting thresholds are set to avoid frequent erroneous scene switches. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves a positioning accuracy of approximately 21.7 cm in cross-region,which can enable seamless integration of indoor and outdoor positioning,avoid positioning jumps, and enhance positioning accuracy.

A Recursive DRL-Based Resource Allocation Method for Multibeam Satellite communication systems

Optimization-based radio resource management(RRM) has shown significant performance gains on high-throughput satellites(HTSs). However, as the number of allocable on-board resources increases, traditional RRM is difficult to apply in real satellite systems due to its intense computational complexity. Deep reinforcement learning(DRL) is a promising solution for the resource allocation problem due to its model-free advantages. Nevertheless, the action space faced by DRL increases exponentially with the increase of communication scale, which leads to an excessive exploration cost of the algorithm. In this paper, we propose a recursive frequency resource allocation algorithm based on long-short term memory(LSTM) and proximal policy optimization(PPO), called PPO-RA-LOOP,where RA means resource allocation and LOOP means the algorithm outputs actions in a recursive manner. Specifically, the PPO algorithm uses LSTM network to recursively generate sub-actions about frequency resource allocation for each beam, which significantly cuts down the action space. In addition, the LSTM-based recursive architecture allows PPO to better allocate the next frequency resource by using the generated sub-actions information as a prior knowledge, which reduces the complexity of the neural network. The simulation results show that PPO-RA-LOOP achieved higher spectral efficiency and system satisfaction compared with other frequency allocation algorithms.

Static Analysis Techniques for Fixing Software Defects in MPI-Based Parallel Programs

The Message Passing Interface (MPI) is a widely accepted standard for parallel computing on distributed ***, MPI implementations can contain defects that impact the reliability and performance of parallelapplications. Detecting and correcting these defects is crucial, yet there is a lack of published models specificallydesigned for correctingMPI defects. To address this, we propose a model for detecting and correcting MPI defects(DC_MPI), which aims to detect and correct defects in various types of MPI communication, including blockingpoint-to-point (BPTP), nonblocking point-to-point (NBPTP), and collective communication (CC). The defectsaddressed by the DC_MPI model include illegal MPI calls, deadlocks (DL), race conditions (RC), and messagemismatches (MM). To assess the effectiveness of the DC_MPI model, we performed experiments on a datasetconsisting of 40 MPI codes. The results indicate that the model achieved a detection rate of 37 out of 40 codes,resulting in an overall detection accuracy of 92.5%. Additionally, the execution duration of the DC_MPI modelranged from 0.81 to 1.36 s. These findings show that the DC_MPI model is useful in detecting and correctingdefects in MPI implementations, thereby enhancing the reliability and performance of parallel applications. TheDC_MPImodel fills an important research gap and provides a valuable tool for improving the quality ofMPI-basedparallel computing systems.
