Polyethylene oxide(PEO)-based solid-state polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are limited by their poor cyclic stability and inferior ionic conductivity for applicating in high-safety,long-cycling and high-energy-density lithium metal ***,porous boron nitride nanofibers(BNNFs)are filled into PEO-based SPE,which significantly suppresses Li dendrites growth and enhances the electrochemical performance of Li metal *** with high porosity have more active sites to connect with PEO,which can effectively reduce the crystallinity of the PEO matrix and enhance its ionic ***,owing to the hardness and good stability of BNNFs,BNNFs/PEO/Li TFSI electrolyte exhibits a wider electrochemical window,better mechanical property and higher thermal stability compared with PEO/Li TFSI ***,the Li symmetric cell composed of 1%BNNFs/PEO/Li TFSI performs good cyclic stability(>1800 h),and the Li||1%BNNFs/PEO/Li TFSI||LFP full battery shows obviously improved performances in charge-discharge polarization voltage,discharge specific capacity,rate performance and cyclic stability than the Li||PEO/Li TFSI||LFP battery.

Urbanization has profound impacts on ecological *** spaces are a vital component of urban ecosystems and play a crucial role in maintaining ecologi-cal balance and enhancing *** study aimed to investigate the community composition characteristics of butterflies in urban green spaces within the context of rapid ***,it explored the status and dif-ferences in butterfly taxonomic diversity,functional diver-sity,and functional traits among different types of urban green spaces,regions,and urban gradients to provide rel-evant insights for further improving urban green space qual-ity and promoting biodiversity *** conducted a year-long survey of 80 green spaces across different urban Project funding:This work was funded by the National Non Profit Research Institutions of the Chinese Academy of Forestry(CAFYBB2020ZB008),National Natural Science Foundation of China(32371936),and the Research Projects in Anhui Universities in 2022(n atural sciences)(2022AH051874).regions and ring roads within Hefei city,Anhui Province,with monthly sampling intervals over 187 transects.A total of 4822 butterflies,belonging to 5 families,17 subfamilies,40 genera,and 55 species were *** species rich-ness,Shannon,Simpson,functional richness,and Rao’s quadratic entropy indices of butterflies in urban park green spaces were all significantly higher than those in residential and street green spaces(P<0.05).Differences in butterfly diversity and functional traits among different urban regions and ring roads were relatively minor,and small-sized,multi-voltine,and long flying duration butterflies dominated urban green ***,these spaces offer more favorable hab-itats for ***,some residential green spaces and street green spaces demonstrate potential for butterfly conservation.

Previous research reported litchi thaumatin-like protein(LcTLP)could lead to inflammation,which is a factor causing the adverse reactions after excessive intake of *** a main amino acid in litchi pulp,γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)was found with anti-inflammatory ***,this study aimed to investigate the effects of GABA on LcTLP-induced inflammation through RAW264.7 macrophages and C57BL mice *** vitro study showed GABA could effectively regulate the level of inflammatory cytokines(interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,IL-10,and prostaglandin E2)and Ca2+in cells,and inhibit the phosphorylation of p65,IκB,p38,c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK).These results indicate GABA alleviated inflammation through nuclear factor-κB and mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway signaling *** vivo experiment was performed to verify the anti-inflammatory effect of GABA,and the results demonstrated that GABA reduced the inflammation and oxidative stress in the liver of LcTLP-treated mice,as it down-regulated the pro-inflammatory cytokines,malondialdehyde,aspartate transferase,and alanine *** relative expression of phosphorylated p38,JNK and ERK in mice liver with GABA treatment were reduced to 65%,39%and 80%of the control group,***,GABA treatment enriched probiotic bacteria and decreased pathogenic bacteria in mice gut,which reveals GABA could effectively reduce the translocation of gut microbiota.

Rechargeable sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are considered as the next-generation secondary *** performance of SIB is determined by the behavior of its electrode surface and the electrode–electrolyte interface during charging and ***,the characteristics of these surfaces and interfaces should be analyzed to realize large-scale energy storage systems with high energy density and long-cycle *** various studies have investigated the properties of electrode materials,few studies have focused on the construction of stable and efficient SIB interfaces,and even fewer have explored the mechanisms of interfacial effects;however,the strategies of regulating interfacial effects are yet to be completely ***,the results obtained thus far are insufficient to draw systematic *** present study reviews the literature on the mechanism of interfacial effects in Na+storage *** interfaces in a sodium-ion storage device include a heterogeneous interface between electrode materials,a solid electrolyte interphase,and a cathode electrolyte *** interfacial effects during the intercalation,transformation,and alloy reactions and the resulting overall battery performance were theoretically *** this review,we aim to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the structures of electrode surface and electrode–electrolyte interface to optimize the performance of *** addition,the challenges of investigating interfacial effects and several possible helpful methods and opportunities for studying the mechanisms of interfacial effects in SIBs will be presented.

Structural effects of sulfonamides on the proliferation dynamics of sulfonamide resistance genes in the sequencing batch reactors and the mechanism

Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)can be easily promoted by antibiotics,however,the structural effects of antibiotics on the proliferation of ARGs dynamic and the associated mechanisms remain obscure in,especially,activated sludge sequencing batch *** the present study,the effects of 9 sulfonamides(SAs)with different structures on the proliferation dynamic of sulfonamide resistance genes(Suls)in the activated sludge sequencing batch reactors and the corresponding mechanisms were determined(30 days),and the results showed that the largest proliferation value(ΔA^(R))of Suls dynamic for SAs(sulfachloropyridazine)was approximately 2.9 times than that of the smallest one(sulfadiazine).The proliferation of Suls was significantly related to the structural features(minHBint6,SssNH,SHBd and SpMax2_Bhm)that represent the biological activity of *** interpret the phenomenon,a mechanistic model was developed and the results indicated that the biodegradation of SAs(T_(1/2))rather than conjugative transfer frequency or mutation frequency tends to be the key process for affecting Suls proliferation.T_(1/2)was proved to be dependent on the interactions between SAs and receptors(E_(binding)),the cleavage mode(bond dissociation energy),and the site of nucleophilic ***,the metagenomic analysis showed that SAs posed significant effect on antibiotic resistome and Tnp31 played a vital role in the proliferation of ***,our findings provide important insight into a theoretical basis for understanding the structural effects of SAs on the proliferation of ARGs in SBR systems.

Determining asteroid properties provides valuable physical insights but inverting them from photometric lightcurves remains computationally *** paper presents a new approach that combines a simplified Cellinoid shape model with the Parallel Differential Evolution(PDE)algorithm to accelerate *** PDE algorithm is more efficient than the Differential Evolution algorithm,achieving an extraordinary speedup of 37.983 with 64 workers on multicore *** PDE algorithm accurately derives period and pole values from simulated *** analysis of real asteroid lightcurves validates the method’s reliability:in comparison with results published elsewhere,the PDE algorithm accurately recovers the rotational periods and,given adequate viewing geometries,closely matches the pole *** PDE approach converges to solutions within 20,000 iterations and under one hour,demonstrating its potential for large-scale data *** work provides a promising new tool for unveiling asteroid physical properties by overcoming key computational bottlenecks.

Analysis of ancient Rongcharong landslide dam failure events in the Suwalong reach of the upper reaches of the Jinsha River

Active tectonic movements and geological disasters frequently occur in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River， increasing the likelihood of landslides obstructing the river. Taking the ancient Rongcharong landslide dam failure events in the Suwalong reach as an example， this paper first analyzes the accuracy and applicability of the commonly used methods in calculating the peak flow of the dam failure， such as the empirical formula， the numerical method based on the physical mechanism， and the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. Then， the peak flood flow of the Rongcharong-dammed lake when it overflows the dam is determined to be 28393～64272m3/s. At the same time， the failure process of landslide dam due to flood erosion was elucidated using the CFD method， which can be divided into three stages: gradual erosion in the initial stage， rapid development in the middle stage， and gradual expansion in the final stage. Finally， the factors that affect the peak flow of floods are analyzed， and suggestions for emergency treatment of landslide dams are put forward. The findings of this research can serve as a valuable reference for disaster prevention and mitigation strategies to adapt to the increasing frequency of landslide-induced river blockages.
