Introduction:Brucellosis is an important zoonotic infectious disease with its main mode of transmission from livestock to *** study analyzed epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis from 2016 to 2019 in china,aiming to understand progress of the National Program of Brucellosis Prevention and ***:The research obtained data on human brucellosis cases reported through china’s National Notifiable Disease Reporting System(NNDRS)from January 1,2016 to December 31,2019 and described brucellosis epidemiological patterns by region,seasonality,age,sex,and ***:The number of cases reported nationwide in china decreased from 47,139(3.4/100,000)in 2016 to 37,947(2.7/100,000)in 2018,and then increased to 44,036(3.2/100,000)in 2019,with an average annual incidence of 3.0/100,000 during the four study *** in Xinjiang declined from 35.6/100,000 in 2016 to 16.3/100,000 in 2019-an average annual decrease of 22.9%.Brucellosis in Inner Mongolia increased from 23.8/100,000 in 2016 to 54.4/100,000 in 2019-an average increase of 31.8%per year and accounting for 22%of all reported *** china reported 95.2%of cases during this period and still had an incidence of 7.2/100,000 and 87.0%of counties being affected by brucellosis in *** this region in 2019,males aged 45-64 years old had an incidence of over 15.9/100,000,compared with over 7.0/100,000 among females aged 45-64 years ***:Although there was progress in prevention and control of human brucellosis in some provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)in 2016 through 2019,progress was limited nationwide and there was an overall resurgence of brucellosis in *** resurgence was primarily in Inner *** One Health approach should be strengthened to ensure successful and sustainable brucellosis prevention and control in china.

On-site and real-time non-destructive measurement of elastic constants for materials of a component in a in-service structure is a challenge due to structural complexities,such as ambiguous boundary,variable thickness,nonuniform material *** work develops for the first time a method that uses ultrasound echo groups and artificial neural network(ANN)for reliable on-site real-time identification of material *** use of echo groups allows the use of lower frequencies,and hence more accommodative to structural *** train the ANNs,a numerical model is established that is capable of computing the waveform of ultrasonic echo groups for any given set of material properties of a given *** waveform of an ultrasonic echo groups at an interest location on the surface the structure with material parameters varying in a predefined range are then computed using the numerical *** results in a set of dataset for training the ANN *** the ANN is trained,the material parameters can be identified simultaneously using the actual measured echo waveform as input to the *** tests have been conducted both numerically and experimentally to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of the currently proposed *** results show that the maximum identification error of numerical example is less than 2%,and the maximum identification error of experimental test is less than 7%.Compared with currently prevailing methods and equipment,the proposefy the density and thickness,in addition to the elastic ***,the reliability and accuracy of inverse prediction is significantly ***,it has broad applications and enables real-time field measurements,which has not been fulfilled by any other available methods or equipment.

Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)*** a famous medicinal plant commonly used in East *** saponins isolated from *** are the main biologically active compounds,among which polygalacin D(PGD)has been reported to be an anti-tumor ***,its anti-tumor mechanism against hepatocellular carcinoma is *** study aimed to explore the inhibitory effect of PGD in hepatocellular carcinoma cells and related mechanisms of *** found that PGD exerted significant inhibitory effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cells through apoptosis and *** of the expression of apoptosis-related proteins and autophagy-related proteins revealed that this phenomenon was attributed to the mitochondrial apoptosis and mitophagy ***,using specific inhibitors,we found that apoptosis and autophagy had mutually reinforcing *** addition,further analysis of autophagy showed that PGD induced mitophagy by increasing BCL2 interacting protein 3 like(BNIP3L)*** vivo experiments demonstrated that PGD significantly inhibited tumor growth and increased the levels of apoptosis and autophagy in ***,our findings showed that PGD induced cell death of hepatocellular carcinoma cells primarily through mitochondrial apoptosis and mitophagy ***,PGD can be used as an apoptosis and autophagy agonist in the research and development of antitumor agents.
