Under the requirement of everything over IP, network service shows the following characteristics:(1) network service increases its richness;(2) broadband streaming media beco.es the mainstream. To achieve unified multi-service bearing in the IP network, the largescale access co.vergence network architecture is proposed. This flat access co.vergence structure with ultra-small hops, which shortens the service transmission path, reduces the co.plexity of the edge of the network, and achieves IP strong waist model with the integration of co.putation, storage and transmission. The key technologies are also introduced in this paper, including endto-end performance guarantee for real time interactive services, fog storing mechanism, and built-in safety transmission with integration of aggregation and co.trol.

Hearing loss has beco.e increasingly prevalent and causes co.siderable disability,thus gravely burdening the global *** loss of hair cells is a main cause of sensorineural hearing loss,and currently,the only relatively effective clinical treatments are limited to digital hearing equipment like co.hlear implants and hearing aids,but these are of limited benefit in *** is therefore urgent to understand the mechanisms of damage repair in order to develop new neuroprotective *** present,how to promote the regeneration of functional hair cells is a key scientific question in the field of hearing ***-ple signaling pathways and transcriptional factors trigger the activation of hair cell progenitors and ensure the maturation of newborn hair cells,and in this article,we first review the principal mechanisms underlying hair cell *** then further discuss therapeutic strategies involving the co.regulation of multiple signaling pathways in order to induce effective functional hair cell regeneration after degeneration,and we summarize current achievements in hair cell ***,we discuss potential future approaches,such as small molecule drugs and gene therapy,which might be applied for regenerating functional hair cells in the clinic.

1. Introduction Social development has led to the placement of high standards on ultra-long and ultra-deep mountain tunnels. Disasters may be enco.ntered during the co.struction and maintenance of such mountain tunnels due to high geostress, high geotemperature, high hydraulic pressure, and special adverse strata, in addition to various other problems caused by engineering activities. To deal with uncertain geological co.ditions during mountain tunnel co.struction, co.prehensive geological prediction, refined monitoring, and dynamic design and co.struction methods based on information technology should be adopted. For the operation and maintenance of ultra-long tunnels, the co.cepts of dynamic evacuation rescue, active protection, energy co.servation, and environmental protection should be fully embodied in order to address significant problems related to ventilation, rescue situations, and energy co.sumption. Moreover, integrated co.struction and maintenance should be carried out to achieve digital sensing and intelligent maintenance.

The Circular Electron Positron co.lider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive co.laboration with international *** co.plex co.prises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a co.lider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and co.lider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically acco.modating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton co.lider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs co.pling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary co.ceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the co.ceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),co.prehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a co.t estimate and a preliminary co.struction timeline,establishing a framework for forthco.ing engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** co.mencement of experiments and data co.lection co.ld potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

The digital twin-driven performance model provides an attractive option for the warn gas-path faults of the gas ***,three technical difficulties need to be solved:(1)low modeling precision caused by individual differences between gas turbines,(2)poor solution efficiency due to excessive iterations,and(3)the false alarm and missing alarm brought by the traditional fixed threshold *** paper proposes a digital twin model-based early warning method for gas-path faults that breaks through the above obstacles from three ***,a novel performance modeling strategy is proposed to make the simulation effect close to the actual gas turbine by fusing the mechanism model and measurement ***,the idea of co.trolling the relative accuracy of model parameters is *** introduction of an error module to the existing model can greatly shorten the modeling *** third solution focuses on the early warning based on the digital twin model,which self-learns the alarm threshold of the warning feature of gas-path parameters using the kernel density *** proposed method is utilized to analyze actual measured data of LM2500+,and the results verify that the new-built digital model has higher accuracy and better *** co.parisons show that the proposed method shows evident superiority in early warning of performance faults for gas turbines over other methods.
