Investigation on the Current Status and Effects of Online Course Learning for nursing Students

[Objectives]To explore the current situation and effects of online learning from the perspective of students,as well as the learning dynamics,and to explore the online teaching *** is possible to put forward relevant suggestions for the problems presented by online teaching,find effective teaching methods,and explore appropriate online teaching methods.[Methods]The nursing students of the 2020,2021,and 2022 grades of chengde nursing vocational college were selected as the research subjects.A self-made questionnaire survey method was *** questionnaire had 5 items and 44 questions:3 questions on personal information,9 questions on the teacher level,12 ques-tions on the student level,7 questions on the technical level,and 13 questions on online learning satisfaction.[Results]In the process of on-line teaching,the cooperation between family and school can be carried out to give full play to the important role of family supervision in online learning and other education,which is conducive to maintaining the discipline of online courses on the Internet,increasing the online learning effect of students,and avoiding the temptation of the Internet to the greatest *** the process,we should increase students'self-control in online learning,help students shape realistic goals,and thus improve the effect of online *** level:increase information-based teaching,enrich teaching content,and introduce virtual simulation software to simulate clinical operations,so as to increase students’interest and enthusiasm in learning.[Conclusions]This study is expected to provide a certain reference for the smooth and efficient development of online teaching and online learning skills.

目的系统评价延续护理促进老年人关节功能恢复的有效性及安全性。方法检索Cochrane Library、Web of Science、PubMed、Embase数据库中有关延续护理应用于老年关节置换患者的随机对照试验和队列研究,检索时间从建库到2023年10月25日。2名研究员独立完成文献筛选、数据提取,随机对照试验通过Cochrane偏倚风险工具进行文献偏倚分析,队列研究通过纽卡斯尔-渥太华标准进行文献质量评价。结果共纳入15篇文献,包括34186例膝关节和髋关节置换患者。促进老年髋关节置换患者功能改善的主要指标包括髋关节评分、出院后日常生活指数评分(Barthel Index)及生活质量;对老年膝关节置换患者进行延续护理明显改善的指标包括膝关节运动范围、骨关节炎指数、关节损伤和骨关节炎结果评分;延续护理对术后并发症并没有明显作用。文献质量评价显示纳入文献总体质量较高,但仅1项针对髋关节置换术后患者的研究运用了理论框架。结论延续护理在缓解膝关节疼痛、改善关节活动度及髋关节功能方面发挥了重要作用,但是对生活质量、患者满意度、经济、减少关节置换术后并发症和再次入院率方面的有效性尚需进一步明确。

Research on the Application of Montessori Education Method in Cognitive Training of Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

Objective:To study the application of the Montessori education method in cognitive training in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods:40 cases of senile dementia patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group according to the single and double number table method,with 20 cases in each *** intervention group used the Montessori education method,the principle of which was to implement individualized health interventions based on the individual conditions of the patients,for a period of 6 months;the control group was given conventional treatment and nursing of the *** Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)was used to compare the effects of the two groups of patients before and after health intervention and conduct statistical ***:The score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the Montessori education method for diagnosed Alzheimer’s patients can effectively improve their cognitive function and delay the progress of further dementia.

Factors Influencing Mode of Delivery: A Case-Control Study

The primary objective of this investigation was to scrutinize the prepregnancy conditions and lifestyles of 2046 women residing in Liuzhou City, with the aim of delineating the determinants of delivery methods. Evidently, the study unearthed substantial correlations between prepregnancy body mass index, educational attainment, exposure to passive smoking, medical history, and other variables with the mode of delivery. Furthermore, a predictive nomogram model was formulated to accurately forecast the likelihood of cesarean section. These discernments equip pertinent authorities with the means to institute targeted screening and supportive measures for women contemplating pregnancy based on these identified factors. Moreover, provision of services such as prepregnancy counseling and clinical risk assessments could be instrumental in curbing the incidence of cesarean section.

MicroRNAs as novel molecular targets of green tea polyphenol epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG): relevance and importance to nutrition sciences and cancer prevention

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of single-stranded and non-coding endogenous RNAs with 18-25 nucleotides in length. By binding to the complementary sequences in the 3’untranslated region (3’UTR) of protein coding genes， miRNAs regulate posttranscriptionally the mRNA expression of target genes and enzymes involved in various biological processes. The application of high-throughput sequencing， bioinformatics analysis， and novel detection methods has high-lighted promising roles of miRNAs as both novel biomarkers for tumor diagnosis and critical regulators involved in almost all stages of carcinogenesis including cancer initiation， promotion and progression. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG)， the most investigated active catechin in green tea， has been linked to various health-promoting benefits including chemoprevention and treatment of cancers. In this review， we first present a brief description of EGCG and its major metabolic pathway. It is followed by reviewing the roles of EGCG in the modulation of oncogenic and tumor suppressing miRNAs in some common cancers. These findings suggest that the capacity of EGCG to regulate expression of specific miRNAs provides insights of its new mechanisms of action underlying its chemopreventive and potential beneficial activities against various cancers.

Efficacy and safety of B-ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer: Systematic review and metaanalysis

BACKGROUND Primary liver cancer is one of the most lethal malignancies in the ***-tional treatment methods have limitations in terms of efficacy and ***-diofrequency ablation(RFA)guided by B-ultrasound,as a minimally invasive treatment,has attracted increasing attention in the treatment of primary liver cancer in recent *** To study the efficacy and safety of RFA were compared with those of traditional surgery(TS)for treating small liver *** At least 2 people were required to search domestic and foreign public databases,including foreign databases such as EMBASE,PubMed and the Cochrane Library,and Chinese databases such as the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database,China Biomedical Literature database,Wanfang database and VIP *** trials of RFA vs conventional surgery for small liver cancer were retrieved from January 2008 to January *** were screened and eva-luated according to the quality evaluation criteria in the Cochrane Handbook of Systematic *** meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 *** A total of 10 studies were included in this study,including 1503 patients in the RFA group and 1657 patients in the surgery *** results of the meta-ana-lysis showed that there was no significant difference in 1-year overall survival between the two groups(P>0.05),while the 3-year and 5-year overall survival rates and 1-year,3-year and 5-year tumor-free survival rates in the surgery group were greater than those in the RFA group(P<0.05).In terms of complications,the incidence of complications in the RFA group was lower than that in the surgery group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In terms of long-term survival,TS is better than RFA for small liver cancer ***,RFA has fewer complications and is safer.

Network Pharmacology Based Elucidation of Molecular Mechanisms of Laoke Formula for Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: To explore the specific pharmacological molecular mechanisms of Laoke Formula(LK)on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) based on clinical application, network pharmacology and experimental validation. Methods: Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression analysis were used to evaluate the survival benefit of Chinese medicine(CM) treatment in 296 patients with NSCLC in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from January 2011 to December 2015. The compounds of LK were screened using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform, and the corresponding targets were performed from Swiss Target Prediction. NSCLC-related targets were obtained from Therapeutic Target Database and Comparative Toxicogenomics Database. Key compounds and targets were identified from the compound-target-disease network and protein-protein interaction(PPI) network analysis, respectively. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) and Gene Ontology(GO) enrichment analysis were used to predict the potential signaling pathways involved in the treatment of advanced NSCLC with LK. The binding affinities between key ingredients and targets were further verified using molecular docking. Finally, A549 cell proliferation and migration assay were used to evaluate the antitumor activity of LK. Western blot was used to further verify the expression of key target proteins related to the predicted pathways. Results: Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival of the CM group was longer than that of the non-CM group(36 months vs.26 months), and COX regression analysis showed that LK treatment was an independent favorable prognostic factor(P=0.027). Next, 97 components and 86 potential targets were included in the network pharmacology, KEGG and GO analyses, and the results indicated that LK was associated with proliferation and apoptosis. Research on the Application of Evidence-Based Quality Control Circle to Improve the Implementation Rate of Airway Management Measures in Adult Critically Ill Patients

Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based quality control circle (QCC) in improving the implementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill patients. Methods: Based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) evidence-based health care model, the best evidence of airway management in adult critically ill patients was obtained and applied to the clinic. Results: The total implementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill patients increased from 23.62% before the implementation of quality control circle to 88.82%, and the pulmonary infection rate in critically ill patients decreased from 42.31% to 21.74%, with statistical significance between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based quality control circle activities can standardize the practice standards of airway management in critically ill patients, reduce the occurrence of patients’ airway related complications, and improve clinical outcomes.
