Fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy(FLIM)has been rapidly developed over the past 30 years and widely applied in biomedical *** progress in fluorophore-dyed probe design has widened the application prospects of *** fluorescence lifetime is sensitive to microenvironments and molecule alterations,FLIM is promising for the detection of pathological *** cancer-related FLIM applications can be divided into three main categories:(i)FLIM with autofluorescence molecules in or out of a cell,especially with reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,and flavin adenine dinucleotide for cellular metabolism research;(ii)FLIM with Förster resonance energy transfer for monitoring protein interactions;and(iii)FLIM with fluorophore-dyed probes for specific aberration *** in nanomaterial production and efficient calculation systems,as well as novel cancer biomarker discoveries,have promoted FLIM optimization,offering more opportunities for medical research and applications to cancer diagnosis and treatment *** review summarizes cutting-edge researches from 2015 to 2020 on cancer-related FLIM applications and the potential of FLIM for future cancer diagnosis methods and anti-cancer therapy *** also highlight current challenges and provide perspectives for further investigation.

Background:Liver dysfunction was common in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),but its association with clinical features and poor prognosis has not been fully *** study aimed to determine the role of liver dysfunction in COVID-19 and understand the predictors for worse outcomes in patients with liver ***:We conducted this multicenter,retrospective study in five designated hospitals for COVID-19 ***-confirmed COVID-19 patients were enrolled and classified into the normal live function group and liver dysfunction group according to liver enzymes,bilirubin,and albumin on admission,*** of baseline,clinical manifestations,and outcomes were collected and compared in the paired ***:Of the 649 included COVID-19 patients,200(30.8%),69(10.6%),and 267(41.1%)patients had elevated liver enzymes,increased bilirubin,and low-level albumin,***,cough,and dyspnea were the most common symptoms and showed an increased proportion in the liver dysfunction *** with patients in the normal liver function group,patients with liver dysfunction manifested decreased lymphocytes,higher level of leukocytes,neutrophils,inflammatory indicators,and cytokines,as well as more severe impairment in kidney function and *** were more likely to show bilateral involvement and more pulmonary lobes involved according to chest *** increased proportion of patients who developed severe/critical conditions and needed mechanical ventilation and systemic glucocorticoid therapy,patients with liver dysfunc-tion on admission showed significantly higher in-hospital ***,cardiac troponin I≥1.5 ng/mL was identified as an independent mortality predictor in the elevated liver enzymes ***:Patients with liver dysfunction on admission had worse clinical manifestation,and resulted in higher rate of severe/critical type,receiving mechanical ventilation and in-hospital mortality.

AIM: To investigate the optimal magnetic pressure and provide a theoretical basis for choledochojejunostomy magnetic compressive anastomosis(magnamosis).METHODS: Four groups of neodymium-iron-boron magnets with different magnetic pressures of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 MPa were used to complete the choledochojejunostomy magnamosis. Twenty-six young mongrel dogs were randomly divided into five groups: four groups with different magnetic pressures and 1 group with a hand-suture anastomosis. Serum bilirubin levels were measured in all groups before and 1 wk, 2 wk, 3 wk, 1 mo and 3 mo after surgery. Daily abdominal X-ray fluoroscopy was carried out postoperatively to detect the path and the excretion of the magnet. The animals were euthanized at 1 or 3 mo after the operation, the burst pressure was detected in each anastomosis, and the gross appearance and histology were compared according to the ***: The surgical procedures were all successfully performed in animals. However, animals of group D(magnetic pressure of 0.4 MPa) all experienced complications with bile leakage(4/4), whereas half of animals in group A(magnetic pressure of 0.1 MPa) experienced complications(3/6), 1 animal in the manual group E developed anastomotic stenosis, and animals in group B and group C(magnetic pressure of 0.2 MPa and 0.3 MPa, respectively) all healed well without complications. These results also suggested that the time required to form the stoma was inversely proportional to the magnetic pressure; however, the burst pressure of group A was smaller than those of the other groups at 1 mo(187.5 ± 17.7 vs 290 ± 10/296.7 ± 5.7/287.5 ± 3.5, P < 0.05); the remaining groups did not differ significantly. Field Trapping technology of Sex Attractants against Major Pests of Broccoli

[Objective]The paper was to explore the comprehensive sexual attraction control technology of main pests in broccoli,and to improve the green control technology of main pests in broccoli.[Method]The comprehensive control technology of sex attractants against major pests in broccoli was studied by using special sex attractants,lures and traps.[Result]The mixed quantities of Spodoptera litura,Spodoptera exigua and Plutella xylostella were fluctuated in a"W"shape in broccoli growing season in coastal area of Taizhou,central Zhejiang province,including seedling growth period(July to August),rosette and bud growth period(late September to early November),late harvest period of late-ripening broccoli(after early march).*** and *** occurred severely at seedling stage;***,*** and *** occurred simultaneously at rosette and bud growth period;*** damaged florets of lateral branches in late harvest *** trapping effects of combination A and E against ***,*** and *** were the best;more than 1260 individuals of ***,*** and *** were daily trapped per hectare,and the occurrence and damage of the three insect pests could be basically *** the sex attract produced in Ningbo as an example,the combination of *** S type∶*** S type∶*** blue type=1∶1∶4 distributed in five stars of clubs(space 10-20 cm)showed good comprehensive trapping effect in large area demonstration;traps were hung at the height of 0.5 m(0.2 m for ***),and lures were replaced once every 30-40 d.[Conclusion]Using special sex attractants,the comprehensive effects on ***,*** and *** were determined at rosette and bud growth period of broccoli through combination modes,and supporting application technology were put forward,making great progress in exploring and improving sex attractant combination against insect pests.

Analysis of Pharmacodynamic Substance Basis of Fufang Changtai in Treating Colorectal Cancer by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS Combined with Network Pharmacology

[Objectives] To systematically study the main active components of Fufang Changtai(FFCT) in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC), and to explore its mechanism of action. [Methods] The main chemical components of FFCT were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) combined with automatic analysis platform, and the main pharmacodynamic substances of FFCT were studied by network pharmacology method and its mechanism of action was explored. The binding degree between the active components and the core targets were verified by molecular docking technology. [Results] A total of 86 compounds were identified from FFCT, among which 26 compounds were Ginsenoside Rg3, Ginsenoside Rb1, Astragaloside III, etc. The key target pathway enrichment analysis showed that FFCT played its role in the treatment of CRC mainly through the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway. [Conclusions] This study comprehensively identified the FFCT components. Supplemented by network pharmacology and molecular docking technology, it is expected to provide a scientific theoretical basis and an important reference for FFCT therapeutic components identification, key target verification and mechanism of action in the treatment of CRC.

Xuanwei area, in southwestern China,harbors the highest female lung cancer rate in the country(Supplementary Table 1) [1]. Epidemiological studies have shown that lung cancer incidence in Xuanwei area is associated with the use of different types of local coal for household cooking and heating [2]. The genomic landscape of Xuanwei female adenocarcinoma(XWFA), the most distinctive feature of lung cancer in Xuanwei, has yet to be elucidated systematically. Here,we provide the fundamental resource of genomic datasets for further exploration of XWFA molecular mechanisms and development of targetable therapy.

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Zhuang Medicine Yangxue Xiaozheng Decoction in treating the combined Ems of dampness and blood stasis in Guangxi;Methods:100 patients with endometriosis treated in Lili Clinic of Famous Doctor,Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital from Mach 2016 to May 2017 were chosen as the research *** to the random grouping method,patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(The Zhuang Medicine Yangxue Xiaozheng Decoction(ZYF)Group)and the control group(Chinese patent medicine SanJieZhenTongJiaoNang(SJZT)group with 50 cases in each *** treatment,the TCM syndrome score,changes in pelvic mass size,hepatocyte growth factor(HGP)levels,and clinical effects before and after treatment were ***:After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the ZYF group was 88%,which were significantly better than 70%of the SJZT *** difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:With a significant effect on patients with the combined Ems of dampness and blood stasis in Guangxi,Zhuang Medicine Yangxue Xiaozheng Decoction can improve the uterine cavity mass and reduce serum HGP level.
