Design and experiment of nail tooth picking up device for strip type residual film recycling and baling machine

In order to solve the problem of residual film pollution caused by large area of co.ton mulched planting in Xinjiang,a strip type residual film recycling and baling machine was designed,which can co.plete mulching film picking up,impurities separation,baling and other *** picking up device,as the key part of residual film recycling machine,was designed and *** kinematics of the pick-up nail tooth was analyzed,and its motion equation,motion trajectory and the co.ditions for co.pleting the film pick-up were *** the key parameters were determined by analyzing the co.ditions of no missing picking and the stress of the residual *** to the Box-Benhnken test design principle,field experiments were carried out with the forward speed of machine,the pickup speed ratio and the number of auxiliary film removing mechanisms as the key experimental factors,and the residual film pickup rate,the co.ton stalk co.tent and the residual film winding rate as the operation performance indexes of the picking up *** mathematical models between the experimental factors and indexes were established,and the effect of each factor was *** multi-objective parameter optimization and field experiment,the optimal co.bination of operation parameters was obtained as follows:the forward speed of machine of 1.67 m/s,the pickup speed ratio of 1.13,and the number of auxiliary film removing mechanisms of *** this parameter co.bination,the pickup rate of residual film was 88.9%,the co.ton stalk co.tent in recycled residual film of 3.9%,and the residual film winding rate of 1.5%.The absolute error with the theoretical value was less than 0.6%.The research results show that the picking up device has stable operation performance and good residual film recycling effect,which meets the design and practical operation requirements.

Limited surface lubrication and bacterial biofilm formation pose great challenges to biomedical *** hydrophilic lubricated co.tings and bacterial resistance co.tings have been reported,the harsh and tedious synthesis greatly co.promises their application,and more importantly,the bacterial resistance property has seldom been investigated in co.bination with the lubrication *** this study,bioinspired by the performances of mussel and articular cartilage,we successfully synthesized self-adhesive lubricated co.ting and simultaneously achieved optimal lubrication and bacterial resistance ***,we reported the mechanism of bacterial resistance on the nanoscale by studying the adhesion interactions between biomimetic co.ting and hydrophilic/hydrophobic tip or living bacteria via atomic force *** summary,the self-adhesive lubricated co.ting can effectively enhance lubrication and bacterial resistance performances based on hydration lubrication and hydration repulsion,and represent a universal and facial strategy for surface functionalization of biomedical implants.

A Facile Synthesis of Cerium Phosphate Nanofiber by Solution-solid Method

A solution-solid method is developed to co.struct cerium phosphate （CePO4） nanofibers. Tetraphosphoric acid formed the co.densed linear polyphosphate （PnO3n＋1）^（n＋2）- before reacting with cerium carbonate （Ce2（co.）3） powder, which was favourable for one dimensional CePO4 nanofibers forming. The growth mechanism was proposed based on solution-solid process. CePOa nanofibers display strong UV luminescence emission and weak blue emission.

Here,we co.pare the porosity,microstructure and mechanical property of 4047 Al–Si alloys prepared by wire-arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)and co.ventional casting.X-ray microsco.y reveals that WAAM causes a higher volume fraction of gas pores in co.parison with co.ventional *** refi nements ofα-Al dendrites,eutectic Si particles and Ferich intermetallic co.pounds are achieved by WAAM,resulting from its rapid solidifi cation *** ultimate tensile strength(UTS,up to 205.6 MPa)and yield stress(YS,up to 98.0 MPa)are improved by WAAM at the expense of elongation after *** mechanical property anisotropy between scanning direction and build direction is minimal for alloys via *** microstructure refi nement and strength enhancement are enabled by increasing the travel speed of welding torch from 300 to 420 mm/min.

Biomimetic injectable hydrogel microspheres with enhanced lubrication and co.trollable drug release for the treatment of osteoarthritis

The occurrence of osteoarthritis(OA)is highly associated with the reduced lubrication property of the joint,where a progressive and irreversible damage of the articular cartilage and co.secutive inflammatory response dominate the *** this study,bioinspired by the super-lubrication property of cartilage and catecholamine chemistry of mussel,we successfully developed injectable hydrogel microspheres with enhanced lubrication and co.trollable drug release for OA ***,the lubricating microspheres(GelMA@DMA-MPC)were fabricated by dip co.ting a self-adhesive polymer(DMA-MPC,synthesized by free radical co.olymerization)on superficial surface of photo-crosslinked methacrylate gelatin hydrogel microspheres(GelMA,prepared via microfluidic technology),and encapsulated with an anti-inflammatory drug of diclofenac sodium(DS)to achieve the dual-functional *** tribological test and drug release test showed the enhanced lubrication and sustained drug release of the GelMA@DMA-MPC *** addition,the functionalized microspheres were intra-articularly injected into the rat knee joint with an OA model,and the biological tests including qRT-PCR,immunofluorescence staining assay,X-ray radiography and histological staining assay all revealed that the bioco.patible microspheres provided significant therapeutic effect against the development of *** summary,the injectable hydrogel microspheres developed herein greatly improved lubrication and achieved sustained local drug release,therefore representing a facile and promising technique for the treatment of OA.

Cellular automaton simulation of dynamic recrystallization behavior in V-10Cr-5Ti alloy under hot deformation co.ditions

The deformation behavior of V-10Cr-5Ti alloy was studied on the Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator at the temperatures of 950-1350℃, and the strain rates of 0.01-10 s^-1. Based on the Arrhenius model, dislocation density model, nucleation model and grain growth model, a numerical cellular automaton (CA) model co.pling simulation of hot deformation is established to simulate and characterize the microstructural evolution during DRX. The results show that the flow stress is fairly sensitive to the strain rate and deformation temperature. The error between the predicted stress by the Arrhenius model and the actual measured value is less than 8%. The initial average grain size calculated by the CA model is 86.25 μm, which is close to the experimental result (85.63 μm). The simulations show that the effect of initial grain size on the dynamic recrystallization microstructure evolution is not significant, while increasing the strain rate or reducing the temperature can refine the recrystallized grains.

Large bone defects resulting from fractures and disease are a major clinical challenge,being often unable to heal spontaneously by the body’s repair *** of evidence have shown that hypoxia-induced overproduction of ROS in bone defect region has a major impact on delaying bone ***,replenishing excess oxygen in a short time cause high oxygen tension that affect the activity of osteoblast precursor ***,reasonably restoring the hypoxic co.dition of bone microenvironment is essential for facilitating bone ***,we designed ROS scavenging and responsive prolonged oxygen-generating hydrogels(CPP-L/GelMA)as a“bone microenvironment regulative hydrogel”to reverse the hypoxic microenvironment in bone defects ***-L/GelMA hydrogels co.prises an antioxidant enzyme catalase(CAT)and ROS-responsive oxygen-releasing nanoparticles(PFC@PLGA/PPS)co.loaded liposome(CCP-L)and GelMA *** hypoxic co.dition,CPP-L/GelMA can release CAT for degrading hydrogen peroxide to generate oxygen and be triggered by superfluous ROS to co.tinuously release the oxygen for more than 2 *** prolonged oxygen enriched microenvironment generated by CPP-L/GelMA hydrogel significantly enhanced angiogenesis and osteogenesis while inhibited ***,CPP-L/GelMA showed excellent bone regeneration effect in a mice skull defect model through the Nrf2-BMAL1-autophagy ***,CPP-L/GelMA,as a bone microenvironment regulative hydrogel for bone tissue respiration,can effectively scavenge ROS and provide prolonged oxygen supply acco.ding to the demand in bone defect region,possessing of great clinical therapeutic potential.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmaco.ogical drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with co.plex diseases,as stable co.onary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamaco.ogical drug with high quality co.trol,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly co.frmed that DHl co.ldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%co.fidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 co.pared with the co.trol group,calculated by weighted gene co.expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest co.elation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to antico.gulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is co.elated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target
