In this article, we prove the following statement that is true for both unbounded and bounded Vilenkin systems： for any ε∈ （0, 1）, there exists a measurable set E C [0, 1） of measure bigger than 1 - s such that for any function f ∈ LI[0, 1）, it is possible to find a function g ∈ L^1 [0, 1） coinciding with f on E and the absolute values of non zero Fourier coefficients of g with respect to the Vilenkin system are monotonically decreasing.

The emergence of van der Waals(vdW)materials resulted in the discovery of their high optical,mechanical,and electronic anisotropic properties,immediately enabling countless novel phenomena and *** success inspired an intensive search for the highest possible anisotropic properties among vdW ***,the identification of the most promising among the huge family of vdW materials is a challenging quest requiring innovative ***,we suggest an easy-to-use method for such a survey based on the crystallographic geometrical perspective of vdW materials followed by their optical *** our approach,we found As2S3 as a highly anisotropic vdW *** demonstrates high in-plane optical anisotropy that is~20%larger than for rutile and over two times as large as calcite,high refractive index,and transparency in the visible range,overcoming the century-long record set by *** these benefits,As2S3 opens a pathway towards nextgeneration nanophotonics as demonstrated by an ultrathin true zero-order quarter-wave plate that combines classical and the Fabry–Pérot optical phase ***,our approach provides an effective and easy-to-use method to find vdW materials with the utmost anisotropic properties.

Data-driven models for battery state estimation require extensive experimental training data,which may not be available or suitable for specific tasks like open-circuit voltage(OCV)reconstruction and subsequent state of health(SOH)*** study addresses this issue by developing a transfer-learning-based OCV reconstruction model using a temporal convolutional long short-term memory(TCN-LSTM)network trained on synthetic data from an automotive nickel cobalt aluminium oxide(NCA)cell generated through a mechanistic model *** data consists of voltage curves at constant temperature,C-rates between C/30 to 1C,and a SOH-range from 70%to 100%.The model is refined via Bayesian optimization and then applied to four use cases with reduced experimental nickel manganese cobalt oxide(NMC)cell training data for higher use *** TL models’performances are compared with models trained solely on experimental data,focusing on different C-rates and voltage *** results demonstrate that the OCV reconstruction mean absolute error(MAE)within the average battery electric vehicle(BEV)home charging window(30%to 85%state of charge(SOC))is less than 22 mV for the first three use cases across all *** SOH estimated from the reconstructed OCV exhibits an mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)below 2.2%for these *** study further investigates the impact of the source domain on TL by incorporating two additional synthetic datasets,a lithium iron phosphate(LFP)cell and an entirely artificial,non-existing,cell,showing that solely the shifting and scaling of gradient changes in the charging curve suffice to transfer knowledge,even between different cell chemistries.A key limitation with respect to extrapolation capability is identified and evidenced in our fourth use case,where the absence of such comprehensive data hindered the TL process.

Due to the instructive role of the peristaltic phenomenon in the human body, interests have been developed in recent years towards peristaltic transport with various thermo-physical *** current investigation reveals the effects of the magnetic field and variable transport properties on the peristaltic transport of a Casson fluid slip flow through an inclined *** coupled partial differential equations regulate the fluid flow. Through the perturbation method, the momentum and energy equations are solved for small values of variable viscosity and thermal conductivity, and the closed-form solution is obtained for mass transfer. The impact on physiological quantities of related parameters of interest is evaluated and discussed via graphs. The results obtained for the current flow represent some interesting behaviors which have applications in the biomedical field.

We study quintessence cosmology with an effective A-term in Lyra manifold. We consider three different models by choosing variable A depending on time, the Hubble parameter and the energy density of dark matter and dark energy. Dark energy is assumed as quintessence which interacts with the dark matter. Using numerical analysis we investigate the behavior of cosmological parameters in three different models and compare our results with observational data. state-finder diagnostic is also performed for all models.

Sexual selection often leads to evolution of conspicuous signals,raising the chances of attracting not only potential mates,but also *** lacertid lizards,ultraviolet(UV)-blue spots on flanks and shoulders represent such a *** level of correlation between male and female ornamen-tation is also known to ***,the phenotype of females may change in the absence of sexual *** tested this hypothesis on a complex of parthenogenetic and bisexual lizards of the genus *** evaluated area,counts,and chromatic properties(UV opponency,sat-uration)of UV-blue spots and compared the values between the clones and their bisexual progeni-tor *** found a fair heterogeneity between the parthenogenetic species,but no general tendency toward higher crypsis or *** of the parthenogens were not signifi-cantly different from the values of sexual females.A possible explanation is that the changes in se-lective forces associated with parthenogenetic reproduction are too small to affect the resulting pattern of selective pressures on the studied traits,or that the phenotypes of the parthenogens re-sult from the unique combination of parental genomes and are conserved by clonal reproduction.

Valentin's rock lizard (Darevskia valentini) is suggested to be the pare nt for several parthenoge netic species (e.g., D. armeniaca, D. bendimahiensis, D. sapphirina, and D. unisexualis) that evolved through hybridization. Complex evolutionary processes (ineluding reticulate evolution) are occurring within the areas where Valentin' s rock lizard coexists with these and other rock lizards. Hence, a detailed biological specification of this species is important for understanding how vertebrates evolve. Valentin's rock lizard is a longlived (up to 9 years), small diurnal lizard with larger females than males, which is unlike other species of the genus. Their relatively large eggs and early reproducti on period, which occurs just after emerge nee from winter shelters, are adaptatio ns for living in a high elevation climate (higher than 2 000 m a.s.l.). Their body temperatures (31 -32℃) are comparable to body temperatures of rock lizards living in milder climates, though female body temperature is more depe ndent on substrate temperature and basking due to their lower activity than that found in males. Population density fluctuates from several individuals to several hundred per hectare and is not affected by parthenogen coexistenee, although hybrids do occur in sexually biased populations where males are more common than females. The male home range is larger than that of females, though these home ranges broadly overlap. Prey is not limited in the mountain meadows and Valentin's rock lizards feed on a great variety of arthropods. Infan ticide occurs in high-de nsity populati ons.
