Objective: Moxibustion, proven to be effective for many disorders, involves burning *** produces smoke and causes inhalable *** objective of the present study was to evaluate the toxicity of moxa smoke following a 3-month occupational exposure in ***: In the study, 96 rats were randomly divided into four groups(12 males and 12 females per group): the control and three moxa smoke exposure group to evaluate the toxic effects at different dosages which equivalent to three times, and equivalent to nine times the occupational exposure concentration: low,(3.0±0.5) mg/m3; middle,(9.0±1.0) mg/m3; high,(28.0±1.0) mg/*** rat was placed in an automatic dynamic exposure device at three different dosages which are equivalent to three times, and equivalent to nine times the occupational exposure concentration, for 200 min/day and 5 days a week(equivalent to the occupational exposure time).Rats were sacrificed after 12 weeks of ***: There were no deaths in any groups, and there was no observed effect in any moxa smoke dosage group for haematological parameters(such as WBC, HGB, PLT), clinical chemistry parameters(such as AST, ALT, UREA, CR, TP, TBIL), routine urinalysis(such as URO, BIL, BLD, KET, NIT), BW, ratio of organ weight to BW and no histopathological changes(such as lungs, hearts, spleens, livers, kidneys, testicle, and the womb).Conclusion: It was found that, moxa smoke has no adverse effects on rats following a 3-month equivalent to nine times occupational exposure level, and there is no significant difference among the control and three moxa smoke *** data suggest that moxa smoke that experienced a regular moxibustion clinic is safe.

目的调查参加研究的5所医院红细胞输注指征,输血前后血红蛋白（Hb）水平变化以及与红细胞输注相关的其他临床因素,对临床红细胞输注提供科学依据。方法对5家医院的血库信息系统查询2013年全年住院患者中首次红细胞输注病例,并从中随机选择1000例收集相关数据,病例不满1 000例的医院的全部病例纳入研究;将所有数据按照人口统计学特征、并发症、是否手术、红细胞特征以及Hb水平进行区分。根据主要疾病诊断将病例属于6大诊断组的病例分出,选择在同一时间段入院且在相同诊断组的未输血病例为作为对照,进行临床队列研究,对输注前Hb水平及其他红细胞输注相关临床因素进行统计学分析。结果从约5 000例红细胞输注患者中选择出属于6个诊断组的病例1 356例,对照病例1 201例,外科患者（病例数/对照数）包括骨科手术组（312/216）;普外科手术组（367/332）;内科患者包括实体瘤（230/232）;消化道出血（212/221）;心血管疾病（87/77）;血液系统恶性肿瘤（100/101）。Hb水平与手术患者和内科患者的红细胞输注均具有相关性。手术患者中,Hb为（70—90） g/L患者组相对于Hb〉100 g/L患者组,输注红细胞的OR值（95%可信区间）为27. 0（13. 9—52. 7）,内科患者中该OR值为71. 5（37. 8—135. 4）。外科患者红细胞输注只与红细胞输注前Hb水平相关;内科患者中主要诊断、不同医院以及年龄〉75岁等均是进行红细胞输注的独立因素。心血管疾病患者组相对于实体瘤患者组进行红细胞输注的OR值为2. 5（1. 2—4. 9）,血液系统恶性肿瘤患者组与消化道出血患者组相对于实体瘤患者组进行红细胞输注的OR值分别为0. 4（0. 2—0. 6）和0. 5（0. 3—0. 8）。其中46%的血液系统恶性肿瘤患者红细胞输注前的Hb〈60 g/L。结论红细胞输注前Hb水平是与红细胞输注最相关的因素。其他相关临床因素包括年龄、心血管疾病、主要诊断等仅与内科患者的红细胞输注相关,与外科患者红细胞输注无关。比较西方国家红细胞输注标准[输血前Hb：（70—80） g/L]与中国红细胞输注标准（输血前Hb：60 g/L）的临床研究将为科学合理的红细胞输注标准的制定提供依据。

Background Based on the excellent medical care and management system for Chinese veterans,as well as the detailed medical documentation available,we aim to construct a Chinese Veteran Clinical Research （CVCR） platform on noncommunicable diseases （NCDs） and carry out studies of the primary disabling *** The Geriatric Neurology Department of Chinese People＇s Liberation Army General Hospital and veterans＇ hospitals serve as the leading and participating units in the platform *** fundamental constituents of the platform are veteran *** typical cluster sampling is adopted to recruit veteran communities.A cross-sectional study of mental,neurological,and substance use （MNS） disorders are performed in two stages using screening scale such as the Mini-Mental State Examination and Montreal cognitive assessment,followed by systematic neuropsychological assessments to make clinical diagnoses,evaluated disease awareness and care *** A total of 9 676 among 277 veteran communities from 18 cities are recruited into this platform,yielding a response rate of 83.86％.8 812 subjects complete the MNS subproject screening and total response rate is 91.70％.The average participant age is （82.01±4.61） years,69.47％ of veterans are 80 years or *** participants are male （94.01％）,83.36％ of subjects have at least a junior high school *** overall health status of veterans is good and *** most common NCD are cardiovascular disorders （86.44％）,urinary and genital diseases （73.14％）,eye and ear problems （66.25％）,endocrine （56.56％） and neuro-psychiatric disturbances （50.78％）.Conclusion We first construct a veterans＇ comprehensive clinical research platform for the study of NCDs that is primarily composed of highly educated Chinese males of advanced age and utilize this platform to complete a cross-sectional national investigation of MNS disorders among *** good and stable health condition of the veterans could facilitat

Background: This document includes recommendations and guidelines issued by a group of Mexican researchers and specialists gathered in the First National Colloquium for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML) by initiative of Instituto Nacional de Cancerología and with the support of the Leukaemia Department of the MD Anderson Cancer center. Mexico lacks of updated information taken from its own reality on the diagnosis and treatment of CML and other haematological disorders;besides, there are no national guidelines. Aim: To publish a consensus document with guidelines for the management of CML adjusted to the national environment and overall characteristics. Method: The participants answered a DELPHI questionnaire about the overall aspects of the disease, aiming to target controversial topics, discuss them in the colloquium, and to agree on the best ones. After those meetings, a final document was drawn up. Results: The group presents recommendations for definition, diagnosis, prognosis, monitoring, and treatment of CML in Mexico. Conclusions: Having consensus guidelines for the clinical management of CML in our country will enable the consensual practice of Mexican specialists regarding the clinical approach to CML, as well as optimize the resources which allow the rational planning of the medical care strategies.

引言血管性认知损害（vascular cognitive impairment,VCI）诊断共识的缺乏（体现为多种不同评估方案的使用）,妨碍了对其理解和治疗的推进.多个国家的大量临床医生和研究人员参与了2个阶段血管性认知损害分类共识研究（Vascular Impairment of Cognition Classification Consensus Study,VICCCS）,旨在就VCI的诊断原则（VICCCS-1）和诊断方案（VICCCS-2）达成一致意见.本文提供了VICCCS-2的相关内容.方法使用VICCCS-1达成的原则和已发表的诊断指南作为在线德尔菲（Delphi）调查的参考基点,以期对VCI的临床诊断达成共识.结果共进行了6轮调查,每轮有65～79名专家参与,他们就VICCCS修订的轻度和重度VCI的诊断指南达成共识,并肯定了美国国立神经疾病与卒中研究所-加拿大卒中网（National Institute of Neurological disorders and Stroke–Canadian Stroke Network,NINDS-CSN）发布的神经心理学评估方案和对影像学检查的推荐意见.讨论VICCCS-2建议规范化应用NINDS-CSN推荐的神经心理学和影像学评估方案诊断VCI,以促进研究协作.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.
