AIM： To look for the evidence of human papilloma virus （HPV） infection in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas （ESCC） and to investigate the potential role and epidemiology of HPV infection in the pathogenesis of esophageal carcinomas in Henan emigrants. METHODS： Papilloma virus （PV） and HPV were determined by UltrasensiveTM S-P immunohistochemistry （IHC） and in situ hybridization （ISH） in esophageal carcinoma tissues （82 cases） and the normal mucosa （40 cases）. RESULTS： IHC revealed that the positive rate of PV was 75.0%, 68.18% and 72.5% respectively while the HPV （16/18-E6） positive rate was 45.0%, 36.36%, 37.5%, respectively in esophageal carcinoma tissue specimens from Henan emigrants,the local citizens and patients in Hubei Cancer Hospital. The PV and HPV （16/18-E6） were negative in all normal esophageal mucosa specimens. No correlation was found between HPV in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and in grade 1-3 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells. In situ hybridization showed that the HPV （16/18） DNA positive rate was 30.0%, 31.8%, 25.0%, respectively in the 3 groups of samples. No positive hybridization signal was found in 40 normal esophageal mucosa specimens. The positive rate of HPV （16/18） DNA in the esophageal carcinoma specimens was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa specimens （P〈0.05）. The positive rate was not different among the 3 groups of esophageal carcinoma tissue specimens （P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION： HPV infection is high in esophageal carcinoma of Henan emigrants, local residents and patients in Hubei Cancer Hospital. HPV is closely related with esophageal squarnous cell carcinoma. HPV infection may play an important role in esophageal squarnous cell carcinoma.

AIM:To evaluate the performance of the specific French Vittel "Pre-Hospital(PH) resuscitation" criteria in selecting polytrauma patients during the pre-hospital stage and its potential to increase the positive predictive value(PPV) of pre-hospital trauma ***: This was a monocentric prospective cohort study of injured adults transported by emergency medi-cal service to a trauma center. Patients who met any of the field trauma triage criteria were considered "triage positive". Hospital data was statistically linked to prehospital records. The primary outcome of defining a "major trauma patient" was Injury Severity Score(ISS) > 16. RESULTS: There were a total of 200 injured patients evaluated over a 2 years period who met at least 1 triage criterion. The number of false positives was 64 patients(ISS < 16). The PPV was 68%. The sensitivity and the negative predictive value could not be evaluated in this study since it only included patients with positive Vittel criteria. The criterion of "PH resuscitation" was present for 64 patients(32%),but 10 of them had an ISS < 16. This was statistically significant in correlation with the severity of the trauma in univariate analysis(OR = 7.2; P = 0.005; 95%CI: 1.6-31.6). However,despite this correlation the overall PPV was not significantly increased by the use of the criterion "PH resuscitation"(68% vs 67.8%).CONCLUSION: The criterion of "pre-hospital resuscitation" was statistically significant with the severity of the trauma,but did not increase the PPV. The use of "prehospital resuscitation" criterion could be re-considered if these results are confirmed by larger studies.

[目的]探讨全国各地中医类医院的收入结构特点和差异,为政府制定适宜的中医药政策提供决策参考。[方法]根据《2017年全国中医药统计摘编》的数据,对各地区中医类医院的收入结构进行描述性统计和聚类分析。[结果]2017年我国中医综合医院医疗收入占总收入比重为86.6%,低于综合医院;而药品收入占医疗收入的比重为42.2%,其中基本药物占药品收入的比重为32.9%,均高于综合医院。全国各地中医类医院收入结构可分为四类地区,其中门诊收入占医疗总收入比重位于前三位的是北京(68.7%)、上海(59.7%)和天津(55.0%)。[结论]中医类医院与综合医院相比创收能力不足,药品收入比重较高,基本药物的使用情况更好,此外各地中医类医院业务开展存在明显的差异性。

Material and methods Soil sample were collected by soil-corer and afterwards extracted using Tullgren funnels. Measurements and descriptions are based on specimens mounted in temporary cavity slides and studied using a light microscope equipped with a drawing tube. All body measurements are presented in micrometers. The body length was measured in lateral view, from the tip of the rostrum to the posterior edge of the ventral plate, to avoid discrepancies caused by different degrees of notogastral distension. Notogastral width refers to the maximum width in dorsal aspect. Lengths of body setae were measured in lateral aspect. Formulas for leg setation are given in parentheses according to the sequence trochanter-femur-genu-tibia-tarsus （famulus included）.
