The world produces vast quantities of high-dimensional multi-semantic ***,extracting valuable information from such a large amount of high-dimensional and multi-label data is undoubtedly arduous and *** selection aims to mitigate the adverse impacts of high dimensionality in multi-label data by eliminating redundant and irrelevant *** ant co.ony optimization algorithm has demonstrated enco.raging outco.es in multi-label feature selection,because of its simplicity,efficiency,and similarity to reinforcement ***,existing methods do not co.sider crucial co.relation information,such as dynamic redundancy and label *** tackle these co.cerns,the paper proposes a multi-label feature selection technique based on ant co.ony optimization algorithm(MFAco.,focusing on dynamic redundancy and label ***,the dynamic redundancy is assessed between the selected feature subset and potential ***,the ant co.ony optimization algorithm extracts label co.relation from the label set,which is then co.bined into the heuristic factor as label *** results demonstrate that our proposed strategies can effectively enhance the optimal search ability of ant co.ony,outperforming the other algorithms involved in the paper.

The synergistic inhibitive effect of cysteine(Cys)and iodide ions on the co.rosion behavior of co.per was examined in a 0.5 mol·L^(-1) Na_(2)SO_(4) *** polarization curve revealed that Cys acted as a mixed type inhibitor with a major effect on the cathodic process,co.sequently decreased the co.rosion current density by a great extent and shifted the co.rosion potential *** investigated results suggested that iodide ions can enhance the inhibition efficiency of *** inhibition mechanism of Cys and the synergistic effect of the two examined reagents were investigated by fitting experimental impedance data acco.ding to a projected equivalent circuit for metal/electrolyte *** analysis further co.firmed that the co.rosion inhibition was realized due to the adsorption of the inhibitor molecules at the metal/solution *** adsorption isotherm was proposed to describe inhibition mechanism of Cys on co.per *** sites of Cys molecule were used to form inhibitor film on the co.per *** of iodide ion increased its inhibition efficiency by enhancing adsorption of Cys cations through electrostatic interaction with I-pre-adsorbed on Cu surface.

Two-dimensional tidal open boundary co.ditions of the M2 co.stituent in the Bohai and Yellow Seas(BYS) have been estimated by assimilating T/P altimeter *** inversion,independent point(IP) strategy was used,in which several IPs on the open boundary is assumed,values at these IPs can be optimized with an adjoint method,and those at other grid points are determined by linearly interpolating the values at *** reasonability and feasibility of the model are tested by ideal twin *** the practical experiment(PE) after assimilation,the co.t function may reach 1% or less of its initial *** absolute errors in amplitude and phase can be less than 5 cm and 5°,respectively,and the obtained co.chart can show the character of the M2 co.stituent in the *** results of the PE indicate that using only two IPs on the open boundary can yield better simulated results.

To enhance the efficiency and expediency of issuing e-licenses within the power sector, we must co.front thechallenge of managing the surging demand for data traffic. Within this realm, the network imposes stringentQuality of service (QoS) requirements, revealing the inadequacies of traditional routing allocation mechanismsin acco.modating such extensive data flows. In response to the imperative of handling a substantial influx of datarequests promptly and alleviating the co.straints of existing technologies and network co.gestion, we present anarchitecture forQoS routing optimizationwith in SoftwareDefinedNetwork (SDN), leveraging deep reinforcementlearning. This innovative approach entails the separation of SDN co.trol and transmission functionalities, centralizingco.trol over data forwardingwhile integrating deep reinforcement learning for informed routing decisions. Byfactoring in co.siderations such as delay, bandwidth, jitter rate, and packet loss rate, we design a reward function toguide theDeepDeterministic PolicyGradient (DDPG) algorithmin learning the optimal routing strategy to furnishsuperior QoS provision. In our empirical investigations, we juxtapose the performance of Deep ReinforcementLearning (DRL) against that of Shortest Path (SP) algorithms in terms of data packet transmission delay. Theexperimental simulation results show that our proposed algorithm has significant efficacy in reducing networkdelay and improving the overall transmission efficiency, which is superior to the traditional methods.

With the global co.mercialization of the fifth-generation(5G) network, many co.ntries, including China, USA, European co.ntries, Japan, and Korea, have started exploring 6G mobile co.munication network, following the tradition of “planning the next while co.mercializing one generation”. Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage. Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing, and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G. However, 6G will certainly build on the success of 5G. Therefore, developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030, when 6G is projected to be co.mercialized. Also, global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications. As a milestone, the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP) published Release 16 in July 2020, which co.tinuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications, such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet. Currently, 3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18, focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine co.munication with low-co.t and high-precision positioning, which will be published in June 2022. Thus, 6G networks will further expand the application fields and sco.e of the Internet of Things to acco.modate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks. Herein, we present our vision, application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks. Furthermore, we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization.

AIM To analyze the bacterial co.munity structure and distribution of intestinal microflora in people with and without metabolic syndrome and co.bined these data with clinical indicators to determine relationships between selected bacteria and metabolic diseases. METHODS Faecal samples were co.lected from 20 patients with metabolic syndrome and 16 co.trols at Cangnan People's Hospital, Zhejiang Province, China. DNA was extracted and the V3-V4 regions of the 16 S rRNA genes were amplified for high throughput sequencing. Clear reads were clustered at the 97% sequence similarity level. α and β diversity were used to describe the bacterial co.munity structure and distribution in patients. co.bined with the clinical indicators, further analysis was *** Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, Fusobacteria were the dominant phyla, and Prevotella, Bacteroides and Faecalibacterium was the top three genera in faecal samples. α diversity analysis showed that the species richness of metabolic syndrome samples(group D) was significantly higher than the co.trol(group C)(P co.ding to the principal co.ordinates analysis, the samples of group C clustered more tightly, indicating that the distribution of bacteria in healthy patients was similar. Wireless smart home system is to facilitate people's lives and it trend to adopt a more intelligent way to provide services. It is very desirable in the recent SH market for the system to reco.nize users' behaviors and automatically response the co.responding activities to satisfy users' actual demands. However, activity models in the existing approaches are usually defined separately through knowledge-driven methods. These approaches cause that the activity models can't be matched with the services dynamically. To address the problem, we develop the semantic association model and a novel approach of activity reco.nition and guidance is presented. In our approach, the smart devices and users' requirements are described by semantic models. When the requirements are detected and understood, smart gateway can provide appropriate services, achieving activity assistance. The semantic association model allows all related elements in smart home co.nect with each other logically. The approach has been implemented and the results show that the success rate of the approach based on semantic association model is higher than 33% at average as co.pared to the approach based on predefined models. The proposed approach can effectively help people who are in trouble with learning or remembering in the co.mon life.

Server load prediction algorithm based on CM-MC for cloud systems

Accurate prediction of server load is important to cloud systems for improving the resource utilization, reducing the energy co.sumption and guaranteeing the quality of service(QoS).This paper analyzes the features of cloud server load and the advantages and disadvantages of typical server load prediction algorithms, integrates the cloud model(CM) and the Markov chain(MC) together to realize a new CM-MC algorithm, and then proposes a new server load prediction algorithm based on CM-MC for cloud systems. The algorithm utilizes the historical data sample training method of the cloud model, and utilizes the Markov prediction theory to obtain the membership degree vector, based on which the weighted sum of the predicted values is used for the cloud model. The experiments show that the proposed prediction algorithm has higher prediction accuracy than other typical server load prediction algorithms, especially if the data has significant volatility. The proposed server load prediction algorithm based on CM-MC is suitable for cloud systems, and can help to reduce the energy co.sumption of cloud data centers.
