Metabolomics for the diagnosis of bladder cancer: A systematic review

Objective: Metabolomics has been extensively utilized in bladder cancer (BCa) research, employing mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to compare various variables (tissues, serum, blood, and urine). This study aimed to identify potential biomarkers for early BCa ***: A search strategy was designed to identify clinical trials, descriptive and analytical observational studies from databases such as Medline, Embase, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences. inclusion criteria comprised studies involving BCa tissue, serum, blood, or urine profiling using widely adopted metabolomics techniques like mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. Primary outcomes included description of metabolites and metabolomics profiling in BCa patients and the association of metabolites and metabolomics profiling with BCa diagnosis compared to control patients. The risk of bias was assessed using the Quality Assessment of Studies of diagnostic ***: The search strategy yielded 2832 studies, of which 30 case-control studies were included. Urine was predominantly used as the primary sample for metabolite identification. Risk of bias was often unclear inpatient selection, blinding of the index test, and reference standard assessment, but no applicability concerns were observed. Metabolites and metabolomics profiles associated with BCa diagnosis were identified in glucose, amino acids, nucleotides, lipids, and aldehydes ***: The identified metabolites in urine included citric acid, valine, tryptophan, taurine, aspartic acid, uridine, ribose, phosphocholine, and carnitine. Tissue samples exhibited elevated levels of lactic acid, amino acids, and lipids. This article shows the quality of services in a wireless swarm of drones that form an ad hoc network between them Fly Ad Hoc Networks(FANET).Each drone has the ability to send and receive information(like a router);and can behave as a hierarchical node whit the intregration of three protocols:Multiprotocol Label Switch(MPLS),Fast Hierarchical Ad Hoc Mobile(FHAM)and internet Protocol version 6(iPv6),in conclusion MPLS+FHAM+*** metrics analyzed in the FANET are:delay,jitter,throughput,lost and sent packets/*** process was carried out with swarms composed of 10,20,30 and 40 units;in this work,the stage with 40 droneswas analyzed showing registration processes,and sentmessages sequences between different drones that were part of the same swarm.A special analysis about the traffic between drones(end-to-end)was carried out,as well as the possible security flaws in each drone and the current status and future trends in real *** future trends,in a real environment,we took as a starting point,metrics results obtained in the simulation(positive according to the obtained results).These results gave us a clear vision of how the network will behave in a real environment with the aim to carry out the experiment on a physical level in the near *** work also shows the experience quality from the service quality metrics obtained through a mathematical *** quality of experience model will allow us to use it objectively in the agricultural sector,which is a great interest area and is where we are working with *** in this article we show our advances for a business model applied to the aforementioned agricultural sector,as well as the data analysis and services available to the end *** services available to the end customer have been classified into a basic,medium,advanced and plus level.

Sustainable transit vehicle tracking service,using intelligent transportation system services and emerging communication technologies:A review

The most salient problems of transit vehicle service in Latin American intermediate cities include:the high number of passengers involved in traffic accidents;traffic congestion caused by transit vehicles,and pollution generated by these vehicles,which increases in high congestion *** improve upon this situation,a research was conducted on the transit vehicle tracking service,which is a basic service for implementing mobility solutions for the aforementioned problems,the most relevant characteristics of this service for the context of Latin American intermediate cities were identified,and an implementation was *** paper presents the four stages of the study:(a)a review of the state-of-the-art of services or systems related to vehicle tracking,including wireless communications technologies,implemented sustainability approaches,usage of special algorithms for efficiency improvement,and the intelligent transportation system(iTS)architecture used as a basis;(b)the process of identifying relevant characteristics of the service for a given context;(c)proposal of an iTS architecture for this service in an intermediate city,its requirements and the suggested technologies;and(d)development of experiments for validating usage of the key suggested *** review allowed to identify the main service characteristics,with regard to vehicle positioning technologies,the recommended wireless communication technology(long range,LoRa),energy consumption considerations,and use of artificial intelligence(Ai)to calculate waiting time of users at bus ***,an iTS architecture for the city of Popayan(Colombian city)considering the aforementioned characteristics is proposed,and the experiments related to the use of these technologies are described in detail.

Acute kidney injury in severely injured patients admitted to the intensive Care Unit
