Determination of Coumoxystrobin Residue in Vegetables by QeEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS

[Objectives]This study was conducted to establish a method for determining residual coumoxystrobin in vegetables using QeEChERS-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(QeEChERS-LC-MS/MS).[Methods]The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,and the extract was purified by QeEChERS,concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and then detected.[Results]Coumoxystrobin had a good linear relation in the range of 0.01-10.0 mg/kg,and the linear equation was y=4686.92×x+5683.28,R^(2)=*** limit of detection was 0.001 mg/kg,and the limit of quantitation was 0.003 mg/kg.[Conclusions]The method has the advantages of convenient and fast operation and stable detection process,and can provide technical support for the supervision and monitoring of coumoxystrobin.

China's financial market has undergone significant changes since financial deleveraging commenced and regulatory supervision was tightened in *** China-US trade tensions have further increased the uncertainties of external *** this article,we use a Bayesian approach instead of the standard maximum likelihood estimation in the Laubach-Williams model to estimate the natural interest rate by considering financial factors and open conditions,and analyze the relationships among the natural interest rate,economic activities and monetary *** find that technological and demographic factors are the main drivers of natural interest rates,while financial factors and open conditions also play important *** particular,shocks in the financial markets and the external economic environment in recent years are important reasons for the decline of China's natural interest ***,it is necessary to strengthen research on the estimation of the natural interest rate to ensure China's transformation into more price-based monetary policy and high-quality development.

Low-Carbon economy is the main direction of China＇s sustainable development in the future, in which technical innovation is the key. Standardization and low-carbon economy interact with each other and develop together in the principle of continuous improvement and spiral progress. They embed the social development system in a flexible mode of technical penetration, and become the important links in the industrialization chain of technical innovation. Standardization promotes the low-carbon economic development in seven aspects including ＂systematic coordination and overall promotion＂, ＂technical accumulation and innovative diffusion＂, ＂quality improvement and waste reduction＂, ＂continuous improvement and spiral progress＂, ＂barrier elimination and cooperation enhancement＂, ＂technical support for market mechanism＂ and ＂local standards and regional emission reduction＂, etc. This paper is a periodical research achievement of Two-oriented Society.

In China,the seed industry has fierce competition. The situation of homogeneous management and homogeneous products is serious. A key problem is simple and outmoded marketing channel of seed. It threatens sustainable development of seed enterprises. At present,the two-level distribution channel of seed industry has problems of similarity,low access threshold,and unfair benefit distribution,and thus urgently needs innovation. The innovation of distribution channel is inevitable requirement for promoting reorganization of China's seed industry and building of new order,is necessary weapon for dealing with trans-national seed industry competition,is essential measure for lifting the overall service level of seed industry,and is also essential means for conforming to stage development of China's agriculture. The innovation of seed marketing channel should consider changes of future agricultural development,deep-level demand of industrial market and services,scitech development level,fair distribution of industrial profit,and differentiated competition. It is recommended that channel innovation should follow the flat principle,have new and unique conception,give full play connection advantage of marginal industry,realize complementary advantages and mutual promotion,strengthen service awareness,combine with agricultural development trend,and seek sci-tech innovation of channel carrier- variety.

Five new toosendanin limonoids with highly oxidative furan ring walsurobustones A-D(1-4),and one new furan ring degraded limonoid walsurobustone E(5)together with one known compound toonapubesic acid B(6)were isolated from the leaves of Walsura *** structures were elucidated by NMR and MS ***,the absolute configuration of toonapubesic acid B(6)was confirmed by X-ray diffraction *** 1-6 exhibited good cytotoxicity against the cancer cell lines HL-60,SMMC-7721,A-549,MCF-7,and SW480.

Patrinia scabiosaefolia,is used as wild vegetable in China for more than 2000 years,with a variety of pharmacological activities,including anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and *** on our ongoing research on chemical constituents and hypoglycemic activity of ***,4 lignan compounds,(+)-isolariciresinol(1),7R,7’R,8S,8’S-(+)-neo-olivil-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),4-O-methylcedrusin(3)and patrinian A(4),were isolated and identifi *** hypoglycemic activity showed that compounds 2 and 3 could extremely signifi cantly improve insulin resistance at 100(P<0.001),50(P<0.001)and 25μmol/L(P<0.01)in IR 3T3-L1 *** compound 4 only promoted glucose uptake by IR 3T3-L1 cells at 100μmol/L(P<0.01).Western blotting experiments showed that compounds 2 and 4 up-regulated the protein expressions of p-IRS,PI-3K,p-AKT and glucose transporter 4(GLUT4),and promoted the transcription of GLUT4 ***,the mechanisms of compounds 2 and 4 were presumed to improve IR by activating PI-3K/AKT signaling pathway.
