Telling stories of China well and rural revitalization strategies are both important words in current Chinese nationalpolicies. As an important position for agricultural propaganda, broadcast media should play the social function ofmedia to help the new pattern of rural development where man and nature coexist harmoniously construct. Thispaper mainly focuses on the “Voice of China Countryside” social education & service program “Nostalgia” (《乡土乡情》) as the research object, based on the theory of narratology, analyzes the narrative voice of “Nostalgia”,thinks about how to tell Chinese country stories well by the agricultural social education & service broadcastprogram in the new era, and passes the voice of the Chinese countryside in the new era.

To study the stability of the west slope in Buzhaoba Open-Pit Mine and determine the aging stability coefficient during slide mass development, the deformation band of the west slope and the slide mass structure of the 34,600 profile are obtained on the basis of hydrology, geology, and monitoring *** residual thrust method is utilized to calculate the stability coefficients, which are 1.225 and 1.00 under sound and transfixion conditions, respectively. According to the rock damage and fragmentation and the principle of mechanical parameter degradation, the mechanical models of the slide mass development of the hard and soft rock slopes are established. An integrated model for calculating the slope stability coefficient is built considering water, vibration, and other external factors that pertain to the structural plane damage mechanism and the generating mechanism of the sliding mass. The change curve of the stability coefficient in the slide mass development is obtained from the relevant analyses,and afterwards, the stability control measures are proposed. The analysis results indicate that in the cracking stage of the hard rock, the slope stability coefficient decreases linearly with the increase in the length Lbof the hard rock crack zone. The linear slope is positively correlated to rock cohesion c. In the transfixion stage of the soft rock, the decrease speed of the stability coefficient is positively correlated to the residual strength of the soft rock. When the slope is stable, the stability coefficient is in a quadratic-linear relationship with the decreased height Dh of the side slope and in a linear relationship with anchoring force P.

Referring expressions comprehension is the task of locating the image region described by a natural language expression,which refer to the properties of the region or the relationships with other *** previous work handles this problem by selecting the most relevant regions from a set of candidate regions,when there are many candidate regions in the set these methods are *** by recent success of image captioning by using deep learning methods,in this paper we proposed a framework to understand the referring expressions by multiple steps of *** present a model for referring expressions comprehension by selecting the most relevant region directly from the *** core of our model is a recurrent attention network which can be seen as an extension of Memory *** proposed model capable of improving the results by multiple computational *** evaluate the proposed model on two referring expression datasets:Visual Genome and Flickr30k *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model outperform previous state-of-the-art methods both in accuracy and *** also conduct an ablation experiment to show that the performance of the model is not getting better with the increase of the attention layers.

Sparse code multiple access-based uplink grant-free transmission(SCMA-UGFT)has been proposed to realize ultra reliable and low latency communication(URLLC)in the fifth generation(5 G)*** the process of resource request and grant,users may collide in the same *** compensate the potential user performance decline,resource scheduling becomes a tough issue in the SCMA-UGFT *** article proposes a duplicated transmission-based resource scheduling(DTBRS)scheme for SCMA-UGFT system by considering the URLLC *** from the existing schemes,not only one shared basic transmission units(BTUs)are allocated to a user equipment(UE)in the proposed DTBRS scheme for initial transmission to realize the duplicated transmission and to guarantee the transmission ***,according to the proposed DTBRS scheme,one or two exclusive BTUs are assigned to a UE for retransmission to avoid the *** last,each packet is given a lifetime to limit the transmission latency to meet the URLLC latency *** simulation demonstrates that the DTBRS scheme can achieve a better performance than the existing state-of-the-art scheme in terms of the average packet drop rate.

Small-object detection has long been a ***-megapixel cameras are used to solve this problem in ***,current detectors are inefficient for high-resolution *** this work,we propose a new module called Pre-Locate Net,which is a plug-and-play structure that can be combined with most popular *** inspire the use of classification ideas to obtain candidate regions in images,greatly reducing the amount of calculation,and thus achieving rapid detection in high-resolution ***-Locate Net mainly includes two parts,candidate region classification and behavior *** region classification is used to obtain a candidate region,and behavior classification is used to estimate the scale of an *** follow-up processing is adopted according to different scales to balance the variance of the network *** from the popular candidate region generation method,we abandon the idea of regression of a bounding box and adopt the concept of classification,so as to realize the prediction of a candidate region in the shallow *** build a high-resolution dataset of aircraft and landing gears covering complex scenes to verify the effectiveness of our *** to state-of-the-art detectors(e.g.,Guided anchoring,Libra-RCNN,and FASF),our method achieves the best m AP of 94.5 on 1920×1080 images at 16.7 FPS.

The spontaneous formation of self-assembly monolayer(SAM) on various substrates represents an effective strategy for interfacial engineering of optoele ctronic ***-selective SAM is becoming popular among high-performance inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs),but the presence of strong acidic anchors(such as-PO3H2) in state-of-the-art SAM is detrimental to device ***,we report for the first time that acidity-weakened boric acid can function as an alternative anchor to construct efficient SAM-based hole-sele ctive contact(HSC) for *** calculations reve al that boric acid spontaneously chemisorbs onto indium tin oxide(ITO) surface with oxygen vacancies facilitating the adsorption *** and electrical measurements indicate that boric acid anchor significantly mitigates ITO *** excess boric acid containing molecules improves perovskite deposition and results in a coherent and well-passivated bottom interface,which boosts the fill factor(FF) performance for a variety of perovskite *** optimal boric acid-anchoring HSC(MTPA-BA) can achieve power conversion efficiency close to 23% with a high FF of 85.2%.More importantly,the devices show improved stability:90% of their initial efficiency is retained after 2400 h of storage(ISOS-D-1) or 400 h of operation(ISOS-L-1),which are 5-fold higher than those of phosphonic acid SAM-based ***-weakened boric acid SAMs,which are friendly to ITO,exhibits well the great potential to improve the stability of the interface as well as the device.

设计钛基金属有机骨架(MOF)实现高效光催化CO_(2)还原具有重要意义但仍极具挑战.本文发展了一种新的一步原位水蚀刻方法制备超细Pd纳米颗粒/多级孔Ti-MOFs高效光催化剂,其中水刻蚀在形成多级孔结构的同时也为Pd的锚定提供了丰富位点,进而在光还原的作用下一步实现Pd纳米颗粒在MOFs表面和内部的负载.得益于多级孔结构和超细Pd颗粒负载,Pd/hMUV-10在350℃光照下的CO产率高达65.9 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1),比目前最先进的MOF基催化剂高出约两个数量级,并超过大多数已报道的无机半导体基催化剂.在200℃相对温和的条件下,CO的产率也达到3.36 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1).在350℃的连续循环测试中,催化剂活性几乎没有衰减.理论计算表明,Pd负载可增强对CO_(2)的吸附和降低CO_(2)还原能垒,从而实现高效光热CO_(2)还原.本文所报道的Pd/hMUV-10催化剂有望在工业CO_(2)捕获和转化中得到应用.

We apply the state-of-the-art many-body dispersion(MBD)method to study the anchoring behavior in lithium-sulfur(Li–S)batteries,which is closely related to the notorious“shuttle effect”.Based on the experimental results of metal sulfides(FeS and SnS_(2)),we find that the MBD method gives a more accurate prediction of anchoring mechanism compared with other van der Waals(vdW)inclusive *** systematically investigate the anchoring mechanism of two prototypal anchoring materials—Ti_(2)CF_(2) and doped-graphene *** many-body effect is found to play an important role on the reduction of anchoring behaviors,especially when the systems have large polarization and the vdW interactions predominate the anchoring *** work deepens the fundamental understanding of the anchoring mechanism,and provides a more accurate criterion for screening anchoring materials for suppressing the shuttle effect.

artificial ion channels that enable high-efficiency ion transport have important implications in nanofluidics and biomedical applications such as drug ***,we show a simulation-based chemical design of a biomimetic sodium channel that possesses permeation rate and selectivity potentially higher than those of the state-of-the-art natural vertebrate voltage-gated sodium ***,our theoretical findings have undergone empirical testing,aligning well with the Arrhenius law as derived from a diverse range of experimental *** high-efficiency ion transport is achieved by anchoring the carboxylate functional groups within the channel filter.A key chemical guiding principle underlying the ion channel design is that the free-energy barrier for the Na^(+)passage across the channel should be comparable to typical thermal energy at room *** the implementation of the chemical design,we found that the relatively low free-energy barrier can be attributed to the compensation effect of the carboxylate groups to the partially lost oxygen shell of the ion within the ion channel,as well as to the consonant vibration of the ions inside and outside the *** mechanistic understanding brings new insight,at the molecular level,into the high-efficiency ion transport across the designed membrane *** proof of principle achieved from the simulations will stimulate future experimental confirmation and potential applications of the high-performance artificial channels in nanofluidics and in bioinspired iontronics.
