Objective To determine the active components of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker(Tu Bie Chong)and explore the mechanisms underlying its fracture-healing *** A modified Einhorn method was used to develop a rat tibial fracture *** of bone healing was assessed using radiological *** O/fast green and CD31 immunohistochemical staining were performed to evaluate the growth of bone cells and angiogenesis at the fracture *** blue and wound healing assays were used to analyze cell viability and *** Transwell assay was used to explore the invasion capacity of the *** formation assays were used to assess the angiogenesis capacity of human vascular endothelial cells(HUVECs).qRT-PCR was used to evaluate the changes in gene transcription *** Tu Bie Chong fraction 3(TF3)significantly shortened the fracture healing time in model rats.X-ray results showed that on day 14,fracture healing in the TF3 treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P=.0086).Tissue staining showed that cartilage growth and the number of H-shaped blood vessels at the fracture site of the TF3 treatment group were better than those of the control *** vitro,TF3 significantly promoted the proliferation and wound healing of MC3T3-E1s and HUVECs(all P<.01).Transwell assays showed that TF3 promoted the migration of HUVECs,but inhibited the migration of MC3T3-E1 *** formation experiments confirmed that TF3 markedly promoted the ability of vascular endothelial cells to form *** expression analysis revealed that TF3 significantly promoted the expression of VEGFA,SPOCD1,NGF,and NGFR in *** MC3T3-E1 cells,the transcript levels of RUNX2 and COL2A1 were significantly elevated following TF3 *** TF3 promotes fracture healing by promoting bone regeneration associated with the RUNX2 pathway and angiogenesis associated with the VEGFA pathway.

Previous studies have shown that exposure to black carbon(BC,a tracer of traffic-related air pollution)and psychosocial stress are both associated with adverse cardiac effects,but whether psychosocial stress could modify the cardiac effects of BC is *** investigate the potential modifying effect of psychosocial stress on the associations between acute exposure to BC and typical cardiac health variables,real-time personal 24 h measurements were conducted in a repeated-measure study among adults with elevated blood pressure(high-risk group)and a panel study among normal adults(low-risk group)in *** cardiac health variables included ST-segment depression events,heart rate,and heart rate variability(HRV)*** Stress Scale,State Anxiety Inventory and Self-rating Depression Scale were used to assess the recent psychosocial stress status of the participants,and a composite stress index was established based on these *** linear mixed-effects model was used to analyze the associations between BC exposure and cardiac health variables and potential effect modification by psychosocial stress.A total of 9724 h measurements among 97 participants in the repeated-measure study and 20224 h measurements among 87 participants in the panel study were included in the final *** BC exposure was significantly associated with increased ST-segment depression events and heart rate and decreases in HRV in both *** marginal effects of acute BC exposure on most cardiac health variables generally tended to be amplified under higher vs low levels of psychosocial stress in both studies,with the composite stress index apparently modifying the associations of BC exposure with most ST-segment depression events and HRV *** findings suggest that psychosocial stress may increase the participants’cardiac susceptibility to BC exposure,which could be helpful for the identification of susceptible individuals in the context of traff

背景/目的:世界卫生大会建议应减少儿童暴露于不健康食物的几率。营养素度量法模型被用于定义儿童食品是否健康,并作为规范和限制广告的依据。但是,营养素度量法有几十种模型,这些模型的一致性目前还不明确。本研究的目的是测量8种营养素度量法的一致性,这8种营养素度量法都被用于规范儿童食物广告,如多少量和什么样的食物能够允许在电视台播放广告给儿童。材料/方法:收集2008年英国的儿童食品商业电视广告代表数据。该数据包括11763条广告336种不同的产品或品牌。此外,还通过公司网站、食品包装和食物成分表获得营养素数据,计算不同营养素度量法模型的评分。结果:不同营养素度量法模型允许的商业广告的比例从2.1%(0.4%,3.7%)至47.4%(42.1%,52.6%)。模型之间两两比较的一致性Kappa系数有一半都低于0.2,表明模型之间的一致性较差。结论:政策制定者在规范和管理儿童食品广告时,应慎重选用营养素度量法模型。
