A new copper（Ⅱ） compound has been prepared and fully characterized by elemen-tal analysis,IR,TG and single-crystal X-ray *** compound [Cu（4-hba）2（inta）（H2O）]·H2O （4-hba=4-hydroxybenzoic acid,inta=isonicotinamide） 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=7.590（5）,b=11.027（5）,c=23.761（5）,β=102.5740（10）o,V=1974.1（16） 3,Mr=991.84,Z=2,Dc=1.669 g/cm3,F（000）=1020,μ=1.166 mm-1,R=0.0353 and wR=0.0604 for 3166 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））.In compound 1,the copper cation is penta-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from two different 4-hba ligands,two oxygen atoms from two coordinated water molecules and one nitrogen atom from inta ligand,showing a slightly distorted square-pyramidal geometry.

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Cd（5-hip）（phen）]n·nH2O 1 has been hydro- ermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2/n with a = 8.8071（17）, b =12.386（2）, c = 16.981（3） A, β = 100.182（2）°, V = 1823.2（6） A^3, Mr=. 490.73, Dc =1.788 g/cm^3,μ（MoKa） = 1.240 mm^-1, F（000） = 976, Z= 4, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1373 for 2864 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. The Cd atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and four O atoms from 5-hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry.

Modified calcium carbonate (CaCO3) nanoparticles with cubic- and spindle-like configuration were synthesized in situ by the typical bobbling (gas-liquid-solid) method. The modifiers, such as sodium stearate, octadecyl dihydrogen phosphate (ODP) and oleic acid (OA), were used to obtain hydrophobic nanoparticles. The different modification effects of the modifiers were investigated by measuring the active ratio, whiteness and the contact angle. Moreover, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetry analysis (TGA analysis) were employed to characterize the obtained products. A preliminary reaction mechanism was discussed. According to the results, the active ratio of CaCO3 modified by ODP was ca. 99.9% and the value of whiteness was 97.3% when the dosage of modifiers reached 2%. The contact angle was 122.25° for the CaCO3 modified in the presence of sodium stearate, ODP and OA. When modified CaCO3 was filled into PVC, the mechanical properties of products were improved greatly such as rupture intensity, pull intensity and fuse temperature. The compatibility and affinity between the modified CaCO3 nanoparticles and the organic matrixes were greatly improved.

In urea selective catalytic reduction(urea-SCR) systems, the ammonia coverage ratio is an important parameter for satisfying emission regulations. However, this parameter cannot be directly measured by onboard sensors. Most of observers and tracking controllers for the ammonia coverage ratio in the existing literature were designed separately and lacked an overall robustness analysis. In this paper, an observing and tracking controller(AOTC), along with its overall design and stability analysis, is proposed under inputto-state stability(ISS) theory. The proposed AOTC strategy consists of a sliding mode observer based on NHconcentration dynamics and a tracking controller based on the observer dynamics. The stability is discussed considering the uncertainties about the conversion of urea to NHand the cross-sensitivity of the NOsensor, and the principle for adjusting the control parameters is provided. A few transient simulations are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed AOTC strategy.

Temporal expression of c-kit in spermatogenesis of two grasshopper species

Two species of grasshoppers, Calliptamus abbreviatus （Ikonn.） and Shirakiacris shirakii （I. Bol.）, were collected randomly in the Siping area of jilin Province, China. By using immunohistochemical methods and statistical analysis, we observed and compared the temporal expression of c-kit protein in four representative stages of spermatogenesis of the two grasshoppers, namely： spermatogonia; primary spermatocyte; secondary spermatocyte; and mature sperm. Results showed that there was c-kit positive temporal expression at each stage of spermatogenesis, but there were different positive expression levels：（i） weak positive expression of c-kit protein appeared in spermatogonia and the positive granules were thinner; （ii） strong positive expression of c-kit protein existed in primary spermatocyte and positive granules became biggest among all developmental stages; （iii） c-kit positive expression stayed stronger in secondary spermatocyte while positive granules became thinner; （iv） there was a strong positive expression of c-kit and thinner positive granules in mature sperm, which distributed on head and tail; （v） the biggest c-kit positive granules had been found massing at the end of spermary; and （vi） significant differences of c-kit positive expression existed in spermatogenesis between two species of grasshoppers. The results indicated that c-kit protein may play a crucial role in spermatogenesis and even retain the physiological action of sperms and fertilization in grasshoppers.

Simulation and Preparation of Molecular Imprinting System with Atrazine as Template

In this work, atrazine functions as a template molecule, and trifluoromethacrylic acid （TFMAA）, methacrylic acid （MAA）, methyl methacrylate （MMA）, and acrylamide （AM） serve as functional monomers, respectively. By using density functional theory （DFT）, the computational approach was carried out to simulate the self-assembly system of template and functional monomer. The geometry optimization, action sites, binding energies, and molecular imprinting mechanism of complexes with different functional monomers in different proportions were predicted. The simulation results showed that atrazine and the functional monomers interacted through hydrogen bond. Among the 4 functional monomers, the imprinted complex formed by TFMAA and atrazine with a ratio of （1：6） has the lowest binding energy and the best imprinting effect. Then, the microspheres of molecularly imprinted polymer （MIPs） were prepared by precipitating polymerization using atrazine as the template molecule and TFMAA as the functional monomer. The microspheres were observed by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The results showed that atrazine MIP microspheres had average particle size of 400 nm, which was greater than the non-imprinted polymeric microspheres （NIPs）. Dynamic adsorption experiments of MIPs showed that the adsorption reaction reached balance after 200 min. Analysis of the Scatchard plot revealed that the binding sites of MIPs to atrazine were equal class under the studied concentration range. The dissociation constant （Kd） and apparent maximum adsorption quantity （Qmax） of MIPs were 3.6×10^-5 mol/L and 4.83μmol/g, respectively. The study of selective adsorption between atrazine and metribuzin showed that imprinted microspheres had high selectivity for the template molecule atrazine.
