Ischemic stroke is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide,with an increasing trend and tendency for onset at a younger ***,in particular,bears a high burden of stroke *** recent years,the inflammatory response after stroke has become a research hotspot:understanding the role of inflammatory response in tissue damage and repair following ischemic stroke is an important direction for its *** review summarizes several major cells involved in the inflammatory response following ischemic stroke,including microglia,neutrophils,monocytes,lymphocytes,and ***,we have also highlighted the recent progress in various treatments for ischemic stroke,particularly in the field of stem cell ***,understanding the complex interactions between inflammation and ischemic stroke can provide valuable insights for developing treatment strategies and improving patient *** cell therapy may potentially become an important component of ischemic stroke treatment.

Ecological monitoring vehicles are equipped with a range of sensors and monitoring devices designed to gather data on ecological and environmental *** vehicles are crucial in various fields,including environmental science research,ecological and environmental monitoring projects,disaster response,and emergency management.A key method employed in these vehicles for achieving high-precision positioning is LiDAR(lightlaser detection and ranging)-Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM).However,maintaining highprecision localization in complex scenarios,such as degraded environments or when dynamic objects are present,remains a significant *** address this issue,we integrate both semantic and texture information from LiDAR and cameras to enhance the robustness and efficiency of data ***,semantic information simplifies the modeling of scene elements,reducing the reliance on dense point clouds,which can be less ***,visual texture information complements LiDAR-Visual localization by providing additional contextual *** incorporating semantic and texture details frompaired images and point clouds,we significantly improve the quality of data association,thereby increasing the success rate of *** approach not only enhances the operational capabilities of ecological monitoring vehicles in complex environments but also contributes to improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ecological monitoring and environmental protection efforts.

Stroke is classified as ischemic or hemorrhagic,and there are few effective treatments for either *** mechanisms play a critical role in secondary brain injury following a stroke,which manifests as cytokine release,blood–brain barrier disruption,neuronal cell death,and ultimately behavioral *** the inflammatory response has been shown to mitigate this cascade of events in experimental stroke ***,in clinical trials of anti-inflammatory agents,longterm immunosuppression has not demonstrated significant clinical benefits for *** may be attributable to the dichotomous roles of inflammation in both tissue injury and repair,as well as the complex pathophysiologic inflammatory processes in *** acute harmful inflammatory responses or inducing a phenotypic shift from a pro-inflammatory to an anti-inflammatory state at specific time points after a stroke are alternative and promising therapeutic *** agents that can modulate inflammation requires a detailed understanding of the inflammatory processes of ***,epigenetic reprogramming plays a crucial role in modulating post-stroke inflammation and can potentially be exploited for stroke *** this review,we summarize current findings on the epigenetic regulation of the inflammatory response in stroke,focusing on key signaling pathways including nuclear factor-kappa B,Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription,and mitogen-activated protein kinase as well as inflammasome *** also discuss promising molecular targets for stroke *** evidence to date indicates that therapeutic targeting of the epigenetic regulation of inflammation can shift the balance from inflammation-induced tissue injury to repair following stroke,leading to improved post-stroke outcomes.

Secure beamforming and deployment design for rate-splitting multiple access-based UAV communications

Rate-splitting multiple access(RSMA) has recently gained attention as a potential robust multiple access(MA)scheme for upcoming wireless networks. Given its ability to efficiently utilize wireless resources and design interference management strategies, it can be applied to unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) networks to provide convenient services for large-scale access ground users. However, due to the line-of-sight(LoS) broadcast nature of UAV transmission, information is susceptible to eavesdropping in RSMA-based UAV networks. Moreover, the superposition of signals at the receiver in such networks becomes complicated. To cope with the challenge, we propose a two-user multi-input single-output(MISO) RSMA-based UAV secure transmission framework in downlink communication networks. In a passive eavesdropping scenario, our goal is to maximize the sum secrecy rate by optimizing the transmit beamforming and deployment location of the UAV-base station(UAV-BS),while considering quality-of-service(QoS) constraints, maximum transmit power, and flight space limitations. To address the non-convexity of the proposed problem, the optimization problem is first decoupled into two subproblems. Then, the successive convex approximation(SCA) method is employed to solve each subproblem using different propositions. In addition, an alternating optimization(AO)-based location RSMA(L-RSMA) beamforming algorithm is developed to implement joint optimization to obtain the suboptimal solution. Numerical results demonstrate that(1) the proposed L-RSMA scheme yields a28.97% higher sum secrecy rate than the baseline L-space division multiple access(SDMA) scheme;(2) the proposed L-RSMA scheme improves the security performance by 42.61% compared to the L-non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA) scheme.

Control Strategy Research of a Selective Catalytic Reduction System for Heavy-Duty Application

An AdBlue dosing control strategy of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system is developed for a heavy-duty diesel (HDD) engine. The strategy includes a raw emission prediction model, an ammonia (NH3) coverage prediction model, a transient heat hysteresis correction algorithm, an NH3 leakage control model for transient operation conditions, and a feedback controller (FBC). FBC has been developed by using mathematical manipulation to change output signal of sensor based on cross-sensitivity of nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor to NH3. The quantification of control parameters is based on experiments and Nyquist stability criterion. FBC is enabled in most test conditions to satisfy the stability requirements. NOxconversion (DeNOx) efficiency of SCR system is 82.4% in European steady-state cycle (ESC) test and 80.3% in European transient cycle (ETC) test, while the leakage of NH3 is under 10−5volume fraction in average. © 2017, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany.

Bending-Torsional Coupled Vibration Test of Large Power Gear Transmission System

In order to test the bending-torsional coupled vibration characteristics of the multi-shafts gear transmission system of large power vehicles,a torsional vibration exciter was used to apply torsional excitation on the gear transmission systems and thirty-two acceleration sensors were used to measure the tangential acceleration of each *** vibration signals and bending vibration signals of each measuring point were obtained by calculation of the four-point-response *** modal parameters of gear transmission systems including nature frequency,modal shape and modal damping ratio were obtained by identifying modal parameters of the torsional vibration signal and bending vibration *** characteristic of the bending vibration and torsional vibration of the gear systems were studied through the analysis of the nature frequency and modal *** nonlinearity characteristic of the gear transmission system was investigated through single frequency excitation test,which can be the foundation for further nonlinearity research.

On-board measurement of particle numbers and their size distribution from a light-duty diesel vehicle:Influences of VSP and altitude

In this study,the particle size-resolved distribution from a China-3 certificated light-duty diesel vehicle was measured by using a portable emission measurement system（PEMS）.In order to examine the influences of vehicle specific power（VSP） and high-altitude operation,measurements were conducted at 8 constant speeds,which ranged from 10 to 80 km/hr at10 km/hr intervals,and two different high altitudes,namely 2200 and 3200 *** results demonstrated that the numbers of particles in all size ranges decreased significantly as VSP increased when the test vehicle was running at lower speeds（〈 20 km/hr）,while at a moderate speed（between 30 and 60 km/hr）,the particle number was statistically insensitive to increase *** high-speed cruising conditions,the numbers of ultrafine particles and PM2.5were insensitive to changes in VSP,but the numbers of nanoparticles and PM10 surged *** increase in the operational altitude of the test vehicle resulted in increased particle number emissions at low and high driving speeds;however,particle numbers obtained at moderate speeds decreased as altitude *** the test vehicle was running at moderate speeds,particle numbers measured at the two altitudes were very close,except for comparatively higher number concentrations of nanoparticles measured at 2200 m.

The management of acute ischemic stroke remains challenging due to its abrupt onset and the narrow treatment window,resulting in high rates of disability and *** therapy for neuroprotection and neurorepair strategies provided new hopes for subacute stroke *** we designed a multistage nanodelivery system that matches the unique microenvironment of the subacute phase of stroke,which utilizes calixarene as a building block to effectively load the neuroprotective drug *** calixarene is designed with glycosidic linkages targeting the glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1)on the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and azo bonds that are responsive to hypoxic ***,the decomposed calixarene molecules themselves possess intrinsic bio-activation to modulate inflammatory responses,achieving a multistage therapeutic approach that transitions from targeting to release and finally to *** approach combines anti-inflammation and neuroprotection,providing a multi-level treatment *** system was validated in a rat model of permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion (pMCAO),demonstrating that intravenous administration of the nanodelivery system repairs brain damage and improves motor function 24 h post-pMCAO *** work offers a precise and integrative strategy for stroke patients missing the acute therapy window to improve functional recovery and enhance the effect of comprehensive treatment.

In November 2018,the real driving emissions(RDE) package 4 of European Commission regulation was released,and the RDE test method was improved,the data processing method and cold start data processing were different from the China 6 lightduty vehicle *** some congested cities of China,the average speed of vehicles during morning and evening rush hours is lower than that in the RDE urban *** order to evaluate the impact of data processing methods,cold starting data processing and congestion conditions on RDE test,the real driving emissions from 5 light-duty GDI gasoline vehicles were measured on the GB6 RDE test route and the typical urban test route *** was found that CO、NO and PN specific emissions based on EU package 4 data processing methods were 22%,46% and 29% higher than the moving average window method results of *** the CO,NO and PN emissions,the reserved cold starting test results of 5 test vehicles are 18%,42% and 15% higher than the results excluding cold starting *** the vehicle A,CO and PN emissions under the typical urban road are greater than GB6 RDE road test emissions,as NO and THC emissions are roughly the *** CO,THC and PN emission results increased in congested road conditions,which were2.8 times,2.9 times and 3.5 times higher than those in the condition of smooth *** of CO,THC and CO along the two test journeys show a decreasing trend with the increase of average speed,as PN emissions show an increasing trend with the increase of average positive acceleration of the *** emission decreases with the increase of average positive acceleration of the travel.

Dynamic emission characteristics and control strategies of air pollutants from motor vehicles in downtown beijing,China

This study combined the real-time monitoring and investigation of traffic flows to comprehensively analyze the road traffic flow and vehicle structure in downtown beijing.A dynamic emission inventory of motor vehicle air pollutants in downtown beijing in 2021 was established,and the impact of these emissions on air quality was simulated and quantified,and different emission reduction control scenarios were proposed to evaluate their environmental improvement effects and explore measures to mitigate the impact of pollution *** results show that the high traffic flow and the structure of the motor vehicle emissions in downtown beijing are the main causes of severe motor vehicle *** data shows that traffic flow in central beijing is dominated by small passenger vehicles,while the vehicle mix is better than in other regions,with 72.0%of vehicles meeting"National V"or higher emission ***,to achieve higher air quality goals,further reducing vehicle emissions is *** on dynamic traffic flow,the average daily emissions of nitrogen oxides(NOX),particulate matters(PM_(2.5))and volatile organic compounds(VOC)from motor vehicles in central beijing are 17.7 tons,0.6 tons and 14.0 tons,respectively,accounting for 23.0%of the city’s average daily motor vehicle *** a zero-emission zone for motor vehicles were implemented in central beijing,the annual average emission level of pollutants will be reduced by 10.4%to 21.0%.The designation of ultra-low emission zones for motor vehicles could be effective in improving the air quality in the center of beijing.
