The collapse phenomenon, the parallelism principle and states correlation are used to define a type of a grover rapid search engine. In our approach, the observer’s query and the grover-unsorted-data are stored in different memories where the global state is represented by a tensor product of the associated states. In the proposed formalism, each query-state input activates an adjusted operator that implements the unsorted state in an appropriate 2-D grover representation. It will be shown that once the representation is set, it takes mainly two operations to complete the whole query search. This seems to be a very efficient search algorithm.

Plasma membrane Ca2+pumps(PMCA)play a major role in Ca2+homeostasis and signaling by extruding cellular Ca2+with high *** isoforms are encoded by four genes which are expressed differentially in various cell types in normal and disease ***, PMCA isoform selective inhibitors would aid in delineating their role in physiology and *** are testing the hypothesis that extracellular domains of PMCA can be used as allosteric targets to obtain a novel class of PMCA-specific inhibitors termed caloxins. This review presents the concepts behind the invention of caloxins and our progress in this area.A section is also devoted to the applications of caloxins in literature. We anticipate that isoform-selective caloxins will aid in understanding PMCA physiology in health and disease. With strategies to develop therapeutics from bioactive peptides,caloxins may become clinically useful in car diovascular diseases,neurological disorders,retinopathy,cancer and contraception.

Objective:To assess the effect of sericin against pentylenetetrazole(PTZ)kindling epilepsy and its associated ***:Epilepsy was induced with PTZ at the dose of 30 mg/kg *** alternative days for 25 days in *** was administered orally at the doses of 250,500,and 1000 mg/kg for 35 *** behavioral activities were performed using an elevated plus maze,forced swim test,and Morris water maze test.A PTZ challenge test was conducted on day *** day 35,rats were sacrificed to perform oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,neuroinflammation,neurotransmitters,GABA-T activity,and histopathological ***:Sericin at 500 and 1000 mg/kg significantly reduced behavioral changes and neuroinflammatory cytokines,as well as improved oxidative stress,mitochondrial enzyme complex activity,neurotransmitter level,and GABA-T enzymatic activity(Pkindling in rat ***:Sericin mitigates epilepsy-associated secondary complications possibly by the modulation of mitochondrial enzyme complexes and GABA-T enzymatic activity.

Conditions for advantageous quantum Bitcoin mining

Our aim is to determine the conditions for quantum computing technology to give rise to the security risks associated with quantum Bitcoin ***,we determine the speed and energy efficiency a quantum computer needs to offer an advantage over classical *** analyze the setting in which the Bitcoin network is entirely classical except for a single quantum miner with a small hash rate compared to the *** develop a closed-form approximation for the probability that the quantum miner successfully mines a block,with this probability dependent on the number of grover iterations the quantum miner applies before making a ***,we show that for a quantum miner that is“peaceful”,this success probability is maximized if the quantum miner applies grover iterations for 16 min before measuring,which is surprising,as the network mines blocks every 10 min on *** this optimal mining procedure,we show that the quantum miner outperforms a classical computer in efficiency(cost per block)if the condition Qgrover iteration,C is the cost of a classical hash,r is the quantum miner's speed in grover iterations per second,and b is a factor that attains its maximum if the quantum miner uses our optimal mining *** condition lays the foundation for determining when quantum mining and the known security risks associated with it will arise.
