New lead-free piezoceramic nanocomposites of Boron Sodium Gadolinium Niobate(BNGN),with general formula(1-x)B_(0.5)Na_(0.5)GdO3xB_(0.5)Na_(0.5)NbO_(3),exhibiting a Morphotropic Phase Boundary(MPB),have been synthesized following hydrothermal method followed by solid state *** occurrence of MPB at the composition with x=0.55,at which rhombohedral and monoclinic phases are found to coexist,has been confirmed using powder *** accounts for the occurrence of large remnant polarization when the sintered ceramic pellets are subjected to electric poling at 2KV/*** microstructure of various compositions is confirmed by SEM *** and piezoelectric properties of the samples are found to be comparable to those of commercial grade *** the MPB,the d_(33)coefficient is found to be 556 pC/N,which is close to that of commercial grade PZT,which makes BNGN a promising material to substitute lead containing PZT in the near future.

Due to the advances of intelligent transportation system(ITSs),traffic forecasting has gained significant interest as robust traffic prediction acts as an important part in different ITSs namely traffic signal control,navigation,route mapping,*** traffic prediction model aims to predict the traffic conditions based on the past traffic *** more accurate traffic prediction,this study proposes an optimal deep learning-enabled statistical analysis *** study offers the design of optimal convolutional neural network with attention long short term memory(OCNN-ALSTM)model for traffic *** proposed OCNN-ALSTM technique primarily preprocesses the traffic data by the use of min-max normalization ***,OCNN-ALSTM technique was executed for classifying and predicting the traffic data in real time *** enhancing the predictive outcomes of the OCNN-ALSTM technique,the bird swarm algorithm(BSA)is employed to it and thereby overall efficacy of the network gets *** design of BSA for optimal hyperparameter tuning of the CNN-ALSTM model shows the novelty of the *** experimental validation of the OCNNALSTM technique is performed using benchmark datasets and the results are examined under several *** simulation results reported the enhanced outcomes of the OCNN-ALSTM model over the recent methods under several dimensions.

Potassium Sodium Bismuth Titanate (KNBT) ceramics, with the general formula (1 - x)K0.5Bi0.5TiO3 -xNa0.5Bi0.5TiO3, have been synthesized following hydrothermal route, starting with solid solutions of pure perovskite nanoceramics of KBT and NBT in desired stoichiometric weight ratios, followed by sintering between 850°C and 1000°C for few hours. Pure KNBT nanoceramics with perovskite structure, having mean particle size around 30 nm, could be obtained. Morphology of the samples is found to depend strongly on composition. A change of composition results in a phase change, as evident from X-ray structure analysis. This phase change is a result of rhombohedral to tetragonal morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) in the sample with x around 0.80. Composition dependent occurrence of MPB leads to formation of needle like structures with micrometer length scales. These are typical of tetragonal lamellar structures, suggesting partial induction of tetragonal polar order from rhombohedral structure at MPB. Dielectric and piezoelectric properties, such as dielectric constant and loss, piezoelectric coefficients and figures of merit, exhibit threshold maxima in their values at the composition corresponding to MPB. These values reported for a lead-free piezoceramic, synthesized by a comparatively simple hydrothermal route, are highly promising, and comparable to well-known PZT.

The demand of present technology inviting the popularity of multivalued optical computation system to coup up with the latest scenario of ultrahigh processing speed and handling large amount of data The magnitude comparator is the heart of the arithmetic and logic unit(ALU)in any logical processing and computing *** this paper,a trinary magnitude comparator circuit has been proposed and implemented with modified trinary number(MTN)*** tree architecture(OTA)of the proposed circuit has been realized reasonably using Savart plate and spatial light modulators(SLM).A simulation algorithm has also been developed and implemented to prove the authenticity of the proposed circuit through the simulation.

The memory devices in multi-valued logic are of most significance in modem research. This paper deals with the implementation of basic memory devices in multi-valued logic using Savart plate and spatial light modulator （SLM） based optoelectronic circuits. Photons are used here as the carder to speed up the operations. Optical tree architecture （OTA） has been also utilized in the optical interconnection network. We have exploited the advantages of Savart plates, SLMs and OTA and proposed the SLM based high speed JK, D-type and T-type flip-flops in a trinary system.

The parity generators and the checkers are the most important circuits in communication systems. With the development of multi-valued logic (MVL), the proposed system with parity generators and checkers is the most required using the recently developed optoelectronic technology in the modified trinary number (MTN) system. This system also meets up the tremendous needs of speeds by exploiting the savart plates and spatial light modulators (SLM) in the optical tree architecture (OTA).

Smart city-aspiring urban areas should have a number of necessary elements in place to achieve the intended *** controlling and management of traffic conditions,increased safety and surveillance,and enhanced incident avoidance and management should be top priorities in smart city *** the same time,Vehicle License Plate Number Recognition(VLPNR)has become a hot research topic,owing to several real-time applications like automated toll fee processing,traffic law enforcement,private space access control,and road traffic *** VLPNR is a computer vision-based technique which is employed in the recognition of automobiles based on vehicle number *** current research paper presents an effective Deep Learning(DL)-based VLPNR called DLVLPNR model to identify and recognize the alphanumeric characters present in license *** proposed model involves two main stages namely,license plate detection and Tesseract-based character *** detection of alphanumeric characters present in license plate takes place with the help of fast RCNN with Inception V2 ***,the characters in the detected number plate are extracted using Tesseract Optical Character Recognition(OCR)*** performance of DL-VLPNR model was tested in this paper using two benchmark databases,and the experimental outcome established the superior performance of the model compared to other methods.

A homogeneous layer of Bi_2O_3-Bi_(14)WO_(24) composite(BWO/Bi_2O_3) thin film was fabricated using a combination of electrodeposition and thermal treatment. The evenly distributed Bi14 WO24 component within the Bi_2O_3 layer was found to be important in stabilising the photoelectrochemical performances of Bi_2O_3 photoanode by promoting the photoelectron transport. The unmodified Bi_2O_3 suffered from severe photocorrosion as proven by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and inductively coupled plasma(ICP) analyses while the composite thin film was active without noticeable activity decay for at least 3 h of illumination. This strategy might be applicable to other photocatalysts with stability issues.
